One of the most anticipated versions of this class brand off-road, finally, pleases the eyes of motorists and just fans of Toyota. The first photo of the new frame SUV Toyota Land Cruiser 200 of the latest generation appeared on March 23 this year. The official presentation of the right-hand drive version of the novelty took place in Japan not so long ago, on August 17, 2015.

The most noticeable is the redesigned front of the car with brand new LED-filled headlights, which are visually cut as if by a false radiator grille. In general, the optics seem to be a little narrower. On the front of the hood, you can see a huge stamping in the form of a gutter with stampings located on the sides.

The changes also affected the bumper and foglights. The latter, by the way, have become an order of magnitude more comfortable and are still located at the edges of the bumper. The hood and taillights have also evolved. As a body color, two more color options will be available - Dark BlueMica and Copper BrownMica (dark blue and brown), which managed to bring the color palette to 9 options to choose from.

On the side, we see a line made of chrome, which is the sample of the lower border of the side glazing. The whole image was complemented by a redesigned hood. It has a different surface relief with a raised central part due to stampings and a longitudinal depression in its middle part.

Inside, we can see a new, now redesigned and more functional steering wheel. The center console is also redesigned, it has become more modern. The multimedia complex is represented by a 9-inch screen. A modified instrument panel, it flaunts a 4.2-inch screen.

As an option, you can order a black Alcantara ceiling. A major revision has affected technical equipment of this model: the first ToyotaSafetySense P security complex appeared. This means that now the driver of the system has at his disposal:
— auto braking;
— surveillance and control of blind zones;
— tracking of road markings;
- system adaptive cruise control;
— Constant monitoring of tire pressure;
- a system of circular observation, which allows you to easily look under the bottom too.
The floor tunnel has also been redone. Now you can control the 4-axis drive and some other additional functions from it.

Of course, I was surprised by the fact that the novelty did not receive an eight-speed automatic box, which snatched off the model year. It should be noted right away that these motors are typical only for cars with a right-hand drive, which are intended for the Japanese market.
