Direct acceptance is an organizational process that begins with an initial contact with the client by phone, an appointment made in advance in accordance with the wishes of the clients, and the distribution of the acceptance by the dispatcher throughout the day, so that each client receives the personal attention of the receptionist. Indirect acceptance differs from the direct one in that the client leaves his car at the PA for subsequent maintenance or repair. After completion of the work, the client is notified by phone or otherwise, after which he takes the repaired car. Pre-entry. The system of pre-setting the date and time of handing over the car for repair is convenient for the customer - he can choose a convenient time or make the most of the car for business, handing it over for repair in the evening or at night.
