The speed of 120-130 for a typewriter is quite comfortable, if you score on the noise of the wind, engine, tires and head unit.
Engine 0.8 liters in 52 hp (if I don’t confuse) it’s quite enough to calmly stay in the main stream and start briskly from a traffic light in 1st gear up to 20 km / h. For the city, the dynamics are enough, BUT while you are driving alone or with your girlfriend (43kg). The box on the Matiz is not bad. The gear shifts easily. Lever travel is small. gear ratios well-chosen and allow you to squeeze all the juice out of the goner engine. Sometimes the first one is not immediately stuck (especially when coasting) or reverse gear. The reliability of the box in my case is DISGUSTING!
In winter, the car did not start 2 times: once due to a dead battery, the second due to stupidity. Started with the gas pedal pressed - filled the candles. The rest has always started. Not without difficulty, but the plant. On snowy roads it feels like the car lacks weight, normal wheels and length. When accelerating, it starts to wobble. My girlfriend is nervous, but I, on the contrary, like it. And yes, I love drifting. Still sin on the rubber. We spent the whole winter in a demi-season. Therefore, my advice to all future motorists: WINTER TIRES FOR MATIZ MUST BE WITH SPIKES!!! How many times have I cursed this demi-season when I could not get out of a trifling hole.
