But the list of what you need to pass the inspection in 2019 does not end there. Additionally, the following will be checked:

• the integrity of the belts responsible for safety while driving;
• aprons to protect against dirt;
• seats;
• visors against the sun;
• sound signal;
• mirrors reflecting the rear view;
• towing device, if it is provided for by the design;
• glass (the machine will not pass MOT if cracks are found on windshield in the area of ​​​​the wipers and in the driver's seat);
• license plate;
• technical fluids that are used in the car;
• locks on doors;
• tinting - the ability of the front windows to transmit sunlight should be at least 70%, and the side windows - at least 75%.

• mud aprons;
• sun visors;
• seats;
• sound signal;

1. Fire extinguisher (it must be serviceable, with an expiration date that allows its use, and its fire extinguisher must be at least 2 liters).

For example, in Moscow, the maximum maintenance cost for passenger car is 720 rubles, in St. Petersburg - 881 rubles, in the Krasnodar Territory - 651 rubles, in Novosibirsk - 435 rubles, in the Perm Territory - 370 rubles.

From January 1, 2012, the state duty for technical inspection is not charged.

You can pay for maintenance in different ways: some points provide receipts for payment through a bank, some are equipped with payment terminals, some accept credit cards and even cash.
