The extreme groups in this list look very curious - C includes transitional models from the lower classes, and E - if not premium cars, then those that come close to them.

In fact, in any of the existing classes, perhaps except for A (mini) and F (premium), the situation is quite similar - cars belonging to the representatives of their segment are gradually moving towards vehicles of a higher level during the modernization carried out by manufacturers. As a rule, this is accompanied by an increase in size, engine power and comfort level.

This situation is typical for the E class. Initially, the cars related to it, in accordance with the existing classification, were considered average, or because of the predilection of businessmen for them - business class. This is a rather difficult segment in terms of assessing the characteristics of the machines included in it.
