What tools and materials will be required for pasting a car with a film

First of all, it should be noted that do-it-yourself pasting a car with a film requires mandatory compliance with the film coating technology, as well as the availability of a place for the production of these works, where you can create the necessary temperature conditions and absolute cleanliness. The room should have moderate humidity, good lighting and a temperature not lower than 20 ° C. To wrap a car with vinyl wrap, you will need the following tools and materials:

  • the vinyl film of the selected type in the right amount;
  • scissors and a sharp clerical knife;
  • a spray bottle and a soapy solution made from water and detergent or in a ratio of 10:1;
  • plastic or felt squeegee;
  • alcohol or solvent for degreasing the surface, white spirit is best suited for these purposes;
  • technical hair dryer;
  • masking tape;
  • dry rags made of soft, non-fluffy fabric;
  • primer 3M is a composition that enhances the adhesive properties of the adhesive layer of the film.

All this should be prepared in advance and be at hand during work.

What film is better to wrap a car

Today, there are two types of films for pasting a car body - vinyl and polyurethane. Vinyl-based film coverings are available in a variety of styles and colors, allowing them to be used to transform exterior design. They provide protection from UV rays and minor damage, but in terms of their protective properties they are inferior to anti-gravel films made of polyurethane, which are only transparent and are used exclusively to protect the body.

Vinyl films are most often used for tuning and styling a car, which is explained not only by their variety, but also by a lower price.

Such films according to the production method are of two types:

  • calendered;
  • cast.

Cast films are higher quality and durable, they are available in a larger range of types and color schemes, but are somewhat more expensive than calendered ones. What kind of film to choose for your car, everyone decides for himself. But, if you decide to do-it-yourself pasting the car, it is better to choose a cast film, which is of better quality and easier to work with. There are the following types of vinyl films (autovinyl):

  • transparent and colored;
  • matte and glossy;
  • mother-of-pearl and films with a metallic effect;
  • graphic films intended for drawing a picture by digital printing methods;
  • texture films, with a surface stylized as various materials, which include a carbon-look film coating;
  • chameleon-type films, the color of which changes under different angles of view.

brand-detail-img-title">Vinyl film chameleon

The choice is really very large, and everything here depends on your taste, and on what effect you want to get by resorting to this kind of tuning. But, in any case, you need to buy a film famous brands if you want it to easily fit on any body parts with a complex surface topography and last as long as possible. The most popular and in demand in all countries of the world are the following brands:

  • 3M Scotchprint (USA);
  • KPMF (Great Britain);
  • Hexis (France);
  • ORACAL (Germany).

To determine how much film is needed for gluing, you need to know the area of all body elements on which it will be applied. It is quite difficult to perform exactly such measurements, therefore, for an approximate calculation of the need for material and its cost, they use proven data.

For full wrapping of the car body, which is recommended when using auto vinyl, the following film consumption is accepted, depending on the car class:

  • compact B-class cars - from 18 to 21 sq. m;
  • middle class cars (C-class) 23-24 m 2;
  • large family cars D-class 25-27 sq.m.;
  • business class cars (E-class) - from 27 to 30 square meters;
  • sports coupe S-class 30-34 m 2;
  • compact SUVs 25-30 sq. m;
  • large SUVs 34-37 m 2.

Vinyl film in rolls

It is best to buy auto vinyl in rolls 1.52 m wide, so that when pasting large body elements, you do not have to make joints.

Preparing your car for vinyl wrap

In order for the film coating to last longer, before pasting the car with a film, the car must be prepared accordingly. For this you need:

  • wash the car well with car shampoo and carefully inspect its paintwork for damage and stubborn dirt;
  • in the presence of remaining stains from insects or bitumen, remove them with a solvent or alcohol;
  • polish body paintwork, to a smoother surface, the adhesion of the adhesive layer of the film will be much stronger;
  • degrease complex body elements;
  • wipe the entire car with a dry cloth.

Ways to wrap a car with a film

There are two methods used today for film coating:

  • dry;
  • wet.

They are largely similar to each other and differ only in the technology of applying the film to the surface to be treated.

In the dry method, the film is immediately applied to the surface, without pre-training last. In the actions of the gluer, there must be maximum accuracy and confidence in movements, because the adhesive layer will immediately stick to the body part being glued. The advantages of this method are:

  • saving time for work;
  • better adhesion;
  • no need for long-term drying of the car after applying the film.

Car pasting with a dry method can only be afforded by experienced professionals who have gained a hand in the daily performance of such operations.

brand-detail-img-title">Car Wrap Tool

The wet method involves applying a film coating to a surface treated with a soapy solution. This allows, in case of errors in applying the film, to correct its position relative to the body part. This method is ideal for beginners, or for those who decide to apply a film coating with their own hands.

If you decide to change appearance of your car, by applying autovinyl, you must definitely decide how to paste over the car with a film - the entire body or its individual parts. Today, many specialized car services offer various options when the film is applied, including on individual parts:

  • rear and front bumper;
  • hood and roof;
  • car fenders;
  • doors and thresholds.

When using vinyl film, it is desirable to cover the entire body with it, because such material does not transmit ultraviolet light. And the paintwork of body elements not covered with a film, by the time it is removed, may have time to burn out in the sun, and will be noticeably different from the rest of the car.

How to wrap your car with a wet film

The technology of car wrapping with a wet method is quite simple. To do this work with your own hands, you must:

  • Mark the material, for which, without removing the substrate, attach the film to each element of the body and mark the cut line.
  • According to the markup, cut the material. You need to perform work on a flat surface using a clerical knife and scissors, leaving a small margin of film on all sides.
  • Spray the soap solution evenly over the entire surface of the body part to be glued, leaving no dry spots on it to prevent the film from sticking to the body.
  • Laying the appropriate pattern on a flat surface front side down, carefully remove the backing paper from the adhesive layer.
  • Try, as accurately as possible, to apply the film on the body element, pulling it slightly, and fixing it at the upper corners. If this did not work out the first time, you need to lift the material and correct its position relative to the boundaries of the body part.
  • With a plastic squeegee, smooth the film from the center to the edges, displacing the soap solution from under it.
  • After removing the soapy water, repeat this procedure, heating the film with a technical hair dryer, and at the same time smoothing it from the center to the edges with a felt squeegee. The drying temperature should be in the range of 50-70 o C. This is done to activate the adhesive layer. Try not to overheat the film surface. The hair dryer must be held at an angle of 45 ° and not closer than 20 cm from the surface of the film.
  • Cut the edges of the film, leaving a margin of 5 mm, smear them with a primer and, bending, glue to the end surface of the part, smoothing with a plastic squeegee.
  • Wipe the glued surface with a dry cloth and leave the car to dry at the same temperature for 24 hours.

It will take another 4-10 days for the final adhesion of the film. During this period, you should not quickly drive a car and wash it.

How to glue a film on a car with a dry method

The technology of dry wrapping a car with autovinyl differs from the wet method only in that the film, after removing the substrate, is applied to the dry surface of the body elements.

brand-detail-img-title">Dry wrapping machine technology

This work is best done with an assistant, and when working, adhere to the following recommendations:

  • for a more accurate film overlay, you need to carefully mark the material and cut with a small margin;
  • without removing the substrate, try on the pattern, marking its edges on the body with masking tape;
  • remove the substrate only on a flat surface, avoiding its sticking;
  • start applying the film from a part of the part with a smaller radius of curvature in order to slightly stretch the material during further operations;
  • in case of inaccurate application, slightly warm up the film and, removing it from the surface to be glued, perform the operation more accurately.

Removing the vinyl film from the car

The application of film coatings on a car body is a popular type of styling, the popularity of which is also explained by the fact that at any time, the film can be easily removed without damage to the paintwork, returning the car to its previous state, or pasting it with another material.

To remove the auto vinyl you need:

  • warm up the car in a warm room or in the sun;
  • heating the surface with a technical hair dryer to 70-80 ° C, pry off the film from one of the edges and begin to slowly pull it up under acute angle moving towards the center of the coverage;
  • having reached the middle, repeat the procedure, starting from the other side;
  • special care must be taken to remove the film from plastic parts so as not to overheat them and not deform;
  • if after removing the film, traces of the adhesive layer remain on the surface of the paintwork, remove them with a solvent or alcohol.

Subject to all technological requirements, removing the autovinyl from the car, as well as pasting the body, can be completely done by hand, without resorting to the services of specialized services.

Each driver can cover the car with a film. Own vehicle needs changes. Otherwise, trips become boring and mundane. Film Benefits

Film - interesting choice motorists. They probably want to change the hood or roof for a long time. Although you can cover it with any elements to categorically change the design. What are the benefits that drive this choice?

  • Ease of application;
  • Diversity;
  • Low price.

Car wrapping does not require professional skills. However, you will need some equipment and, of course, accuracy in doing the work.

Today experienced drivers regularly change the design of the car, preferring not to stop at the same option. If you look at each plus in detail, it will be clear why the acquisition remains an ideal step.

Ease of application

It won't take long. Working with this material does not require professional skills, so even young people quickly cope with the task. They do not even need any additional tool, which is the main advantage of the transformation.

If you want to apply a film on the hood, you just need to spend your own time. Right in your own garage, you can freely cope with the case, and assistants will not be needed for this. Comparison with any other work, in particular, with local painting, confirms the correctness of the choice of each person.

Diversity

Modern film in the catalog will amaze with its amazing variety. No matter what you want to change, you can always find a car best option which will be delivered in just a few hours. Yes, the main issue is always the shade, which usually makes you spend a lot of time choosing, but this is not the only problem.

Pasting a car with a film will also allow you to get the original surface texture. So, if you want to install a "carbon" spoiler, it is not necessary to urgently look for a suitable body element, which will cost a lot. It is enough to purchase the desired material and apply it to the surface, gently bending the edges.

Low price

It is difficult to find a unique paint for a car. Now on the roads you can find various options, so every time drivers have to spend a lot of time evaluating design decisions. In any case, they will be given a huge amount, which often turns out to be an unbearable burden for the car owner.

Film is an inexpensive solution. Turning to products major manufacturers, you can make the pasted surface amazing. After that, painting or polishing is no longer required. It is worth considering this if you do not want to face unpleasant difficulties again. They have long been a thing of the past, so people calmly drag the body into the new material.

What can be filmed?

The fine film easily lays down on various surfaces. Through it, you can completely change the appearance of the car, making it attractive and bright. Because of this, some people have a question, what can be fitted?

Experts say that hauling a car - best alternative painting. It is no coincidence that they assert this fact, preferring to indicate the reasons for their own words. Now you can apply the material to the hood, doors, external elements or for the whole body. Moreover, pasting in any case will take a minimum of time, so do not worry about the difficulties.

Professionals often advise wrapping a car in order to refuse painting. Still paintwork does not have sufficient beauty, and also requires permanent care. For this reason, it is more profitable to refuse it, having received additional protection.

Wrong opinion about the film

Wrapping a car with film remains the ideal solution, but some drivers continue to have doubts. They indicate good reasons to consider. It is worth considering the main facts presented by them. After that, it will be possible to understand why professionals prefer a modern approach.

  1. The film is scratched. This is an empty statement, since scratches and chips regularly appear on the painted surface. You always have to fight with them, but the polymer surface withstands mechanical damage much better.
  2. The sticker comes off during washing. Yes, similar cases frequently encountered in the application of compressors with high pressure. The reason is incorrect application. To obtain a completely flat surface, the edges must be carefully bent inward.
  3. Cleaning of glued surfaces occurs together with the paint. Such situations are an example of motorist error. He needs to take the application seriously and apply the material as tightly as possible. This will prevent air entry and subsequent damage.

Doubts appear solely because of the mistakes of negligent motorists. Tightened cars look great and require almost no maintenance. This choice remains ideal in all respects, so you should not refuse it. It is better to cast aside doubts and do the necessary work correctly.

Using the new film, you can quickly change external design cars. This does not require the help of specialists, so you can easily reduce your own costs. You need to turn to the catalogs of manufacturers, and then seriously think about the changes.

A car can be different - a gray, boring and unremarkable piece of iron or, conversely, a bright, catchy spot on the road, in a memorable way, original and unique in the hands of a skilled and talented owner. The owners come to this image in different ways. Some limit themselves to repainting the car, others apply airbrushing, and still others completely cover the car instead of new paint. self-adhesive film. Let's consider the last case in more detail.

Car wrapping with vinyl film - what is it?

The essence of the work is that body parts and plumage (bumpers, moldings, spoilers) are treated with a special vinyl film. Regardless of the size of the part, it is applied as a whole, without joints and folds. The edges are bent and glued on the reverse side or cut off at the joints (according to this principle, the machine is pasted with a matte film). A combination of different colors can achieve even greater originality and a memorable look. It is also possible to paste the car interior with a film, or rather its elements. These are decorative panels, plastic slips, facings.

Pasting a car with a film, in addition to a purely aesthetic aspect, allows you to hide some body defects. Scratches, scuffs, faded paint in places, small chips- all this allows you to close the vinyl film. This is a big plus.

Varieties

Types of film for car this moment there are many. They are matte, glossy, simple smooth and textured, with imitation of various surfaces. The most popular is pasting the car with carbon film (imitation of the texture of carbon fiber). Colors of coloring also have hundreds of shades. All films are self-adhesive, i.e. have on the back surface of the composition, closed by the substrate.

Methods and methods of application

Despite the apparent complexity of the work, having trained on small details, after gaining experience, it is quite possible to wrap the machine with a film with your own hands.

There are only two application methods:

  • Dry.
  • Wet.

The first method involves tearing off the substrate and gluing the film to the intended place. This method allows you to quickly paste over the desired surface, however, it requires a good eye and accuracy of movements, since the pasted film cannot be moved in the event of an error without losing its presentation. In other words, the film is glued only once exactly where it was supposed to. This method is used only by masters. The method requires considerable experience and skills in working with film.

In the second case, as the name suggests, a liquid is used as an intermediate layer. The surface before pasting is wetted with soapy water. Thanks to this, the film can be moved over the surface and even torn off before the water dries. Therefore, with this pasting method, it becomes possible to eliminate most of your own mistakes. This method is easier to work with and better suited for beginners.

The disadvantage is that when pasting in this way, many water bubbles appear under the surface of the film. They have to be driven to the edge of the glued area.

Room preparation

Special attention should be given to the room in which the machine will be pasted over with a film. Work on outdoors absolutely not recommended. Outdoor air contains dust particles that can get on the prepared surface of the car and the adhesive composition of the film. After sticking, they will form bubbles that cannot be removed.

Therefore, pasting with a film on the machine should be carried out only indoors, and in a clean room with moderate humidity. Particular attention should be paid to lighting. The machine must be lit evenly, from all sides, in order to notice everything possible defects pasting. Also, attention should be paid to the temperature inside the room. Minimum - 20 degrees Celsius. At lower temperatures, the film will not adhere well and will not last long.

Materials and tools

Do-it-yourself car wrapping with a film requires some tools:

Squeegee made of plastic and felt. Both serve to smooth the film and remove water and air bubbles.

Scissors, big and small.

- Stationery knife with replaceable break-off blades.

Masking tape.

Solvent for degreasing the surface or removing excess adhesive (white spirit works best).

Hairdryer for film heating. It would be better to use building hair dryer, which will provide a higher heating temperature and faster operation.

Soft cloth to smooth the film.

Sprayer with soap solution for its application to the prepared surface.

The solution is prepared by mixing 10 parts of water with 1 part of detergent (liquid soap). It does not make sense to wet the surface with plain water. The film cannot be moved.

Surface preparation

Body panels and body kit elements must be prepared for pasting: thoroughly washed and dried. This can be done both in a car wash and with your own hands. In any case, the surface should be wiped again with a clean cloth before pasting to remove all grains of sand and dirt. Irregularities and dents need to be puttied and sanded to level the surface. So, the smoother the surface, the better the film will stick.

You should also pay attention to the places on the back of the panels where the bent edges of the film will be glued. They must also be clean and even.

Application process

Taping the machine with a film begins with a fitting. To do this, it is applied to the panel, and the places of possible bending of the edges are marked with masking tape. Trying on is a very crucial moment, because if the cutting is incorrect, the cut will be damaged. After all, the film is glued in one piece, without joints. The required fragment is cut off with a small margin. After fitting, the surface is degreased and checked again for the absence of dirt and dust. The substrate is separated from the film, and a soap solution is applied to the surface to be glued with a sprayer.

The film is gently glued to the surface from the center to the edges and smoothed in the same directions. A rubber squeegee drives water and bubbles to the edges. The film is gradually smoothed out. It is necessary to constantly heat it so that it softens and the glue grabs better. When a wrinkle appears, the film can be torn off and re-glued. Particular attention should be paid to curved surfaces. This is where the help of a hair dryer is especially needed. So the film warms up and stretches into the right sides. In this case, it is necessary to prevent its overheating, as well as deformation of the structure.

Heat stretch is especially noticeable when wrapping the car with carbon film. After smoothing, all air bubbles are finally driven to the edges and the edges are bent, which are also heated with a hair dryer. The glued segment is once again heated with a hairdryer over the entire surface and wiped with a rag. In the same way, all the required elements of the car body or interior are processed.

Every car owner is visited by the idea to improve something in his iron friend. Someone for this purpose goes to a tuning studio, and someone to their own garage.

One of the most simple ways change car appearance, hide minor abrasions and defects, is a film, including carbon.

Motorists choose it for its unusual appearance, as well as for the ability to stick it on their own.

Choosing a carbon film

The carbon film itself is one of the varieties of the usual vinyl film. The difference is only in the pattern and colors.

At the moment, three types of films are sold:

  • 2D - smooth film with a pattern imitating carbon. The most simple and cheap option. The disadvantage is the weak similarity with original material, the advantages include a low price;
  • 3D is an imitation of not only the image, but also the carbon relief. Such a film has a ribbed texture reminiscent of the original;
  • 4D is a novelty that has appeared relatively recently. Like 3D, it has a relief texture, but thanks to a special deeper pattern, it the new kind most similar to real carbon. There are almost no drawbacks to this variety, except for one - it is difficult to find it on sale and its price is quite high.

The choice of coating depends on the surface you wish to transform.

For small plastic parts inside the cabin, the simplest 2D film will suffice.

But if you need to paste over body parts, you should take a closer look at 3D. In addition to external advantages, such a film has longer term service and more reliably protects the body from external influences.

How to glue carbon film on a car

To understand the technique carbon fiber wrapping, the first step is to purchase all necessary tools and only then start working.

Overview of required inventory

Work is carried out in a warm room with constant temperature above 20 degrees Celsius.

Required inventory:

  • Raquel,
  • Scissors, make sure they are sharp; stationery knife,
  • Powerful hair dryer
  • For the wet method, a soap solution that you can prepare yourself by adding liquid soap and a spray bottle to warm water,
  • Degreaser, e.g. alcohol/white spirit,
  • microfiber cloth,
  • Magnets or tape, preferably masking tape.

We glue the carbon film on the hood by a dry method

  1. Take care to working surface was clean and dry
  2. Degrease the hood with white spirit, after this procedure it is important not to touch the surface with your hands and make sure that dust particles do not settle on it. That is why choose a clean room and carry out all work as quickly as possible,
  3. Attach the film, securing it with magnets or masking tape on all sides,
  4. Cut the workpiece in the shape of the hood, leaving about 3-5 cm at the edges, for this, use sharp scissors or a clerical knife;,
  5. Carefully release one of the sides from the magnets and fold back half of the sheet. Make an incision on the protective cover, in the middle of the film appliqué. Remove protective covering from half a sheet
  6. Moving slowly from the center to the edges glue the carbon film, smoothing out irregularities with a squeegee, repeat the manipulation with the second side,
  7. If air bubbles or unevenness remain, heat up the film sections with a hot jet of a hair dryer and use a squeegee to etch the air bubbles to the edges until they disappear completely,
  8. Bend the free edges under the bumper, fixing with heat-resistant glue.

We apply carbon to the spoiler with a wet method

You can personalize the rear of the car yourself.

"Wet" method:

  1. The part must be clean and grease-free, as in the first case, do not allow dust and other foreign bodies to enter;
  2. Prepared for each individual element: the spoiler itself, mounts. To do this, we cut out a stencil from a sheet of film, the width and length of which exceeds the parameters of the part by several centimeters.
  3. On the stencil, marks are made along the axis of the element with a marker;
  4. Using a spray bottle, apply a soapy solution to the surface, then begin to glue it;
  5. In order for the film to better follow the curves of the spoiler, heat it up with a hair dryer, making it more plastic. Smooth the carbon along the relief of the part, while trying not to damage it or stretch it too much;
  6. Using a hair dryer, dry the part, while getting rid of the resulting irregularities, wait until the soap solution is completely dry under the film.

Correctly glue carbon on plastic

It is no more difficult to glue carbon on plastic than on metal body elements. However, it is also impossible to call a simple task.

Small details have unusual shapes, many bends and irregularities.

If you still want to decorate the plastic inside the cabin and side mirrors, use the following instructions:

  1. First, prepare the parts: dismantle and disassemble the side mirrors (if required) and interior plastic so you make your job a lot easier.
  2. Prepare the plastic for work: clean and degrease it,
  3. Pasting takes place both dry and wet, depending on the complexity of the forms,
  4. Make blanks from the film, leaving 1-2 cm in stock,
  5. Apply the film to the surface
  6. Use a blow dryer and a squeegee to smooth the edges
  7. Bend the free edge inside the part, securing it with glue,
  8. You can mount the updated plastic back.

In order for the work to go smoothly and the part not to be damaged, read the advice of experienced craftsmen.

Tricks and life experience that will help you in your work:

  • Be sure to leave spare centimeters so that there is something to tuck over the edge of the element. Such a simple technique will also make the film serve you much longer;
  • If you processed large body elements: hood, bumper, roof, it is advisable to leave the car in a warm room for a day and not operate this period;
  • The first couple of weeks the film is most susceptible to external influences. During this period, more careful operation of the car is recommended, it is advisable to abandon car washes for this time;
  • When working, be sure to make sure that the napkin is made of lint-free material, and the squeegee is plastic. By choosing high-quality inventory, you get rid of possible future problems.
  • Roll complex bends where air remains with your finger so as not to damage the surface with a squeegee;

Now you know how to quickly and independently give your four-wheeled friend a spectacular appearance that makes him stand out in the general stream.

It remains only to arm yourself with everything you need and boldly get to work. You will succeed.

Today, tuning is a popular way to make your car stand out on the road. It helps to decorate the appearance of the car in different ways, emphasizing its main advantages. Tuning the appearance of a car includes the installation of add-ons (rails, spoilers), as well as painting or pasting with a film. It is the latter type of tuning that is often used, as it has the following advantages:

  • pasting massages small external flaws(dents, scratches, chipped paint);
  • helps to highlight the car thanks to wide choice various color schemes;
  • acts as a reliable protector of the surface of the machine from the influence of adverse factors environment(temperature changes, moisture, dust) and chemicals (thanks to this, you can safely go to the sink if necessary, because the product does not deform after the procedure).
Car wrapping with carbon film

The relatively inexpensive vinyl or carbon fiber that is used for wrapping is quite durable. Thanks to this, you can change the appearance vehicle beyond recognition, because there are vinyl films with various drawings, patterns or imitation of the color of animals on sale. Carbon products, on the contrary, imitate real carbon fiber not only visually, but also tactilely when fitted to a car.

There are two ways to make a hauling of your car with a film:

  • turn to specialists in a car service for pasting the entire car or its parts;
  • do the stretching yourself.

The second method, of course, will be cheaper, but it will be relevant for you if you have free time and comply with all tightness standards.

Vinyl Wrapping Machine

Technology and methodology

There are several stages in car wrapping technology:

  • degreasing, surface cleaning;
  • preparatory work with the film (forming parts of the desired size);
  • selection of tools.

One of the most important issues, which you need to decide, along with the choice of auto sticker - the necessary conditions for work.

For example, the temperature in the room should be in the range from +10 to +30 degrees. This helps the product stay flexible. Also, there should be no dust in the working room: if it settles during the upholstery of the car, microdefects and irregularities form.

Do not try to stretch the product. If you need to stick it on a certain area, it may deform and eventually take its original shape anyway. Such a technique will be effective only when pasting uneven car body surfaces. At the same time, try to tighten the surface of the car as tightly as possible. You may need a squeegee - a device for smoothing out air bubbles and pressing the sticker to the surface.

You can use one of 2 pasting methods:

  • dry. It is considered more reliable than the second method, as it provides for a standard constriction. The film is smoothed with a squeegee. To stretch the product, you can use a building hair dryer;
  • wet. It involves the use of non-aggressive detergents that can be applied to the inside (adhesive) side, as well as to the surface of the car. After that, the coating is applied to the body, pressing with circular movements of the squeegee.

Before starting work, you should familiarize yourself with the features of vinyl or carbon fiber, which will be used as a sticker on the car body. Before applying them to a large area of the surface, try tightening small parts with them. This will allow you to avoid difficulties with gluing the product in the future.

To avoid the formation of air bubbles, you can buy a special vinyl film with channels for removing air bubbles.

Car wrapping with film

Work algorithm

Generally, when gluing the surface of a car, you should start from the hood, moving towards the fenders, side mirrors and bumper. After cleaning the machine detergents and water, as well as degreasing, which can be done with degreasers (alcohol-based products, white spirit), you will need:
