Step 3. Start parking in reverse. Turn the steering wheel as far to the right as possible, then turn it half a turn to the left.

- wait for oncoming cars to pass, and park in the place you like in reverse.
Advice. If you decide to park on the left, you need to do it calmly, but quickly. A long parking process blocks traffic and annoys other drivers.
Step 1. Choose a parking space. Analyze oncoming traffic in the parking lot. Turn on your left turn signal to let other road users know that you are planning to park.
When there are no oncoming vehicles, drive onto left side lane and keep about 1 meter away from cars parked on the left.
Step 2. Choose a suitable position. Stop your car the moment your rear bumper aligns with the corner of the parked car's bumper.
Step 3: Engage reverse gear and start parking between cars. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and then back to the right about half a turn.
Step 4. Continue to park slowly. Look in your left rearview mirror to keep a safe distance between the rear bumper and the vehicle next to you.
Constantly check the situation through the right mirror and the interior mirror to make sure that you do not hit other vehicles or obstacles.
Step 5. Complete the movement in reverse gear. When your vehicle parallel with other vehicles, align the wheels by turning the steering wheel to its original position.
Continue to drive slowly in reverse until there is 15-30 cm between the rear bumper and obstacles or markings.

Method 3: Reverse Parallel Parking

Step 2 Set the car to its original position. Drive past a free space and stop at the moment when the rear bumpers of yours and nearby standing car will be about the same level. The distance between your cars should be approximately 30-50 cm.
Step 3. Prepare to park. Engage reverse gear, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right and hold it in that position.
Step 4. Begin to slowly back out. Your vehicle must enter the parking space at an angle first. Be careful when using the steering wheel with both hands.
Step 5 Align the wheels. When the driver's side mirror lines up with the car's rear bumper on the right side, stop for a second and align the wheels (they should be straight ahead).
Continue to drive back slowly until the right corner of the front bumper lines up with the rear bumper of the vehicle parked in front.
Step 6 Turn the steering wheel to the left. Stop for a second and turn the steering wheel all the way to the left.
Continue driving in reverse gear. The front of your car will turn, taking the correct position in the selected place.
Step 7 Back up until your vehicle is parallel to the curb. Try to keep the distance between your car and the curb about 15-45 cm.
Step 8. Adjust the position of the car if necessary. Align the steering wheel. Move back until you are 15-30 cm from the bumper of the car behind you. Turn the steering wheel in the direction that is necessary to align the position of the car.
Drive forward until your car is roughly centered between the cars in front and behind.
