Summer. Petersburgers go on vacation, free time appears. Someone is resting abroad, someone is in the country. Many spend hot summer days not on barbecues and sunbathing, but ... on painstaking classes in driving schools. Not only because there is a lot of free time, but also because, they say, it is easier to study in the summer.

One way or another, but in summer period more and more newcomers appear on the roads. Things, as you know, change a person, and most of all, a machine. This new life in which you need to learn a lot of new rules. Failure to comply with them is fraught with consequences. Sometimes tragic...

At the beginning of June, I worked on several accidents, in which people who had just got behind the wheel took part, - said traffic police officer Alexei Irvindt. They always blinked in surprise. I, they say, did not turn right here, because I was confused, and in general I recently began to drive a car. I was wondering what they teach in driving schools?

The rules of behavior on the road are both vowels, which are necessarily taught in driving schools, and unspoken ones, which are followed experienced drivers.

Spare no money

Many beginners, and even experienced drivers, are advised to take extreme driving courses.

There are many such activities. Everyone promises to teach both extreme sports, and a counter-variant, and almost how to fly to the moon. According to experts, this is the right thing to do. But each individual driver needs an individual approach.

It is important for me to identify the level of driving a student, - says instructor Ivan Chuzhmar. - It is necessary to make an individual program.

Classes in a group, of course, also have value, but individual ones are much more effective. All attention is paid only to you.

And you can join the group a little later, - Chuzhmar assures. - Now, after all, the main thing is your result, and it is difficult to notice it in the group. Other participants hide mistakes.

On the other hand, studying in a group makes it possible to observe other drivers, - they say in one of the St. Petersburg extreme driving schools. - You can celebrate their successes and learn from their mistakes. The purpose of repeating exercises is to form a “body memory” so that in a real dangerous traffic situation react not with brains, but with reflexes at the subconscious level.

Exclamation mark help?

All drivers whose driving experience is not more than two years must stick yellow Exclamation point. For other members traffic understood - in front of them a newcomer. And they gave way, and did not beep once again. It's all in theory. In reality, as a rule, it happens differently.

There are a lot of people on the road who seem to have problems with their heads. Noticing an exclamation point, they begin to “cut off”, honk and make you nervous in every possible way, - a driver with three years of experience shares his experience Vera Anisimova. - I experienced all these horrors on myself. I was advised to unstick the sign, and everything returned to normal.

However, road experts still advise mounting it on the rear window.

It's for normal people. They will understand and forgive. After all, you warned them, - says Ivan Chuzhmar. - Any person was born a pedestrian in the first place, and only then became a driver. Although there are individuals who claim otherwise.

According to the instructor, there will always be a driver who will not endure and scare a beginner or “cut” if something does not suit him in your behavior. Such cases, they say, will definitely happen. It's worth being prepared for this. To notice such reckless drivers is taught in specialized driving schools.

This is a whole science. Can't explain in two words. But it is quickly understood by everyone and applied in life. I always treat the participants with the sign on the glass with respect. If I meet such people in the parking lot, I will definitely offer my help. As a rule, people respond with a smile and agreement.

Rights to the machine

Soon on the roads of St. Petersburg, and throughout Russia, unusual graduates of driving schools may appear. Last fall, the State Duma adopted a bill related to road safety. Changes are coming - both minor and dramatic.

The document does not provide self-training drivers to obtain the rights of categories "A" and "B" - the so-called "passing exams externally". Driving school is a must.

Soon, driving schools will have to acquire cars with automatic transmission gears. The public got it.

Why learn to drive on the mechanics, if later you will change to the “automatic” anyway?

The traffic police supported the initiative. Moreover, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin approved the proposed innovation last summer.

Driving school students who pass the exam on a car with an "automatic" will receive the appropriate driver's license. With special note. Passed on the "automatic" - on the "automatic" and go. But from the mechanics to the "automatic" it will be possible to transfer without problems. This is logical. After all, the experience gained while driving a car with manual transmission, nothing to replace.

The driver training program will also change, - says the head of the main department for ensuring road safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Viktor Nilov.

According to experts, such a decision is also the prevention of accidents. Especially among those who just got behind the wheel.

Innovations will clearly reduce the level of corruption among traffic police officers, ”Artur Khromov, an instructor at one of the St. Petersburg driving schools, told a KP correspondent. - Row exam exercises, for example, starting from a standstill on a hill, which costs inexperienced drivers huge nerves, is really elementary in a car with automatic transmission. "Automatic" is installed on foreign cars that have power steering. It spins fine. Imagine how difficult it is for a beginner to twist frantically steering wheel"Zhiguli", which barely turns. But it is on these exercises that the examiners bring down the passers. An arbitrary choice of transmission, I think, should solve some of these problems.

The best prevention of accidents for those who will drive an “automatic” is to study and pass on the rights in a car with automatic transmission, - says Nadezhda Gerasimova, a graduate of this year's driving school. - I spent the lion's share of the time during the training period not to confuse gears and not stall at traffic lights. Better not to bother with it. And train to pass difficult sections. For example, in a driving school we were taught to overcome roundabouts only in theory. In practice, they never went. And in the first two months on the way to work and back roundabout(Revolution Highway and Energetikov Avenue) I literally drove with tears in my eyes.

Forget about phones

Now few people can do without a phone. They talk on mobile phones everywhere - in the elevator, on the street, in public transport, At work. Including driving a car. People who have just sat down at the wheel should be extremely careful.

You can get so used to your cell phone that you will reach out to it out of momentum to answer. And you will hold the steering wheel with one hand, - says psychologist Nikolai Rodossky. - All these things that you used, being exclusively a pedestrian, it is better to forget. Because you will lose concentration on the road, especially considering that you are not so experienced.

For those who need to be always in touch, there are several alternatives: firstly, if the call is very important, then it is better to stop. In addition, there are sets of headsets that will allow you to speak without taking your hands off the steering wheel. But do not forget that this is not a panacea. It's not about how you hold the steering wheel, but that you focus on the conversation. Motorists with experience advise: for the first trips, mobile phones should be completely turned off.

The same applies to radio. Also, at first, ask your passengers not to talk. car with inexperienced driver- the place for chatting is not the best.

ADVICE FOR BEGINNER MOTORISTS

There are rules that you won't find in any textbook. Those laws that are developed over time only by experienced motorists:

When driving front wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicle when turning, do not unscrew the steering wheel all the way, but always leave a power reserve. Otherwise, CV joints, or "hinges of equal angular velocities", wear out quickly, and you will have to change them regularly

Parking is always better in reverse, so it takes up less space, is easier to maneuver and has fewer problems getting out of the parking lot

For owners of cars with a manual (manual) transmission: do not drive on neutral gear. When descending a steep hill, the steering wheel and wheels may lock, resulting in loss of vehicle control. This is especially dangerous in winter slippery road. When approaching a traffic light, brake with the engine and switch to downshift. Do not constantly depress the clutch, even during short stops, shift to neutral. Otherwise, the release bearing wears out very much.

Do not leave the car for a long time on the handbrake, it is better to leave it in gear. Otherwise, you will have to tighten the handbrake cable very often, and in winter you won’t be able to start at all, brake pads stuck to the drums.

Carefully run over the speed bump. Reduce speed a few meters before the obstacle, slow down, and before the obstacle itself, sharply release the brake. At the same time, your car will deftly slip through the obstacle, and the suspension will not suffer from holes.

Check the air conditioner. Turn it on regularly so that the coolant does not leak out and the pipes do not dry out. Repair will be expensive

In order to protect the car from skidding, brake intermittently. By vigorously and quickly depressing the brake pedal

And finally, drive in a good mood, without rushing, only in this way you will reach your destination on time.

HOW ARE THEM?

How did Petersburg celebrities learn to drive?

Showman and TV presenter Dmitry NAGIEV:

On the second lesson in a driving school, I realized that it was not mine. Someone is given to be a driver, and someone is a simple pedestrian. But despite all the difficulties, I got the rights. You don't have to drive fast on the roads. For example, I am a calm driver, despite the fact that I won several survival races. And I can give advice to beginners: do not react to boors. There are a lot of them on the roads, they can be confusing. And in general, because of rudeness, there are too many accidents in our country.

Actress Evelina BLEDANS:

It can be said that I learned to drive on the road, and memorized the Rules of the Road already on the go. After some time, I realized that I needed a driving instructor. I found a coach, and for some reason he began to teach me to ride mechanical box gears. I swore a lot, as I pressed hard on the gas and did not squeeze the clutch. A couple of classes, and the coach ran away from me, saying that he did not need any money for training and that he did not need gray hair at his age. I thought, okay. Anyway, in my first car, the Gelendvagen ji 500, there was an automatic gearbox. And my advice to beginners, I would give this: do not be afraid of anything. You need to be brave and go into battle, be confident in yourself and your abilities.

Singer Tatyana BULANOVA:

I got my license back in 1994. In general, to be honest, I do not like to drive. The eternal problem with traffic jams and parking. Driving in circles looking for a parking space is not my thing. I can easily get on and go by public transport, I often take a taxi or a trolley bus, why not? I want to give advice to beginners: first of all, do not be afraid. Force yourself to get behind the wheel and drive. That's how I taught my brother to ride. If it wasn't for me, he still wouldn't drive.

Actor Alexander TYUTRYUMOV:

I have been licensed since 1979. Then I attended the military department, and we had such a specialty as an officer automotive service. It so happened that I learned the whole process of driving inside and out. The most important thing is not to be afraid and not to panic, to overcome all fears in yourself. Be attentive, notice the signs. And the head should be able to rotate 380 degrees.

Composer Igor KORNELYUK:

I learned to drive a car ... you won't believe it, at the age of seven! It was in Brest. My father bought a Zaporozhets. I looked at dad and dreamed of getting behind the wheel myself as soon as possible. And then one day, when my father asked me to go somewhere with him, I answered him that I would go on the condition that he would let me steer. He agreed. At first I went in first gear. Then dad allowed me to go to the second one. A few days later - on the third. I grew up, bought myself a BMW and got my license easily. And my friends were surprised how I could get behind the wheel and drive right away, they didn’t know my childhood story. I advise all beginners to learn the Rules of the Road. I travel around St. Petersburg and have the feeling that no one has read them.

COMPETENT

Driving physics teacher Ivan CHUZHMAR:

Summer is the holiday season. As a rule, most people have a little more free time. And most importantly, it's not so slippery. This puts many students at ease. Although there is an opinion among some students that if you studied at a driving school in the winter, then everything will be easy for you.

I do not agree with this opinion. Both winter and summer road have their own characteristics. And to learn all the subtleties in one full season is simply impossible. Therefore, when asked when it is better to go to study, I answer this way: you are scared in the winter, then take the exam in the summer. But in order to drive even in winter, you need to learn the features of winter driving.

I have several students who have been coming to classes throughout the year for several years. On the circuit, we remember many moments with them, both in summer and in winter. And in the city I work with them to pay attention to the change in their driving behavior. You know how our "experienced" people drive. It is enough to look at the accident of experienced drivers and it becomes scary for beginners.

BY THE WAY

The road for the pedestrian and for the driver are two different things.

You have walked more than once, for example, to the subway or to the store. The path seems to be familiar. However, the same route for a motorist may be different. There are also one-way roads or, for example, parking at the destination will be prohibited. Or even the roads will be under repair. You will literally get lost.

There will be many such surprises, - motorists share their observations. - so that it does not occur similar situations, you need to study the route of movement in detail before the trip.

Get maps and atlases, and ideally a GPS navigator. On the most important routes for you - to work - ride several times. Good knowledge of the road is the key to success for beginners.

The article discusses the basic rules - how to drive novice driver.

After getting behind the wheel of their first car, most new drivers become nervous afterwards. And dealing with this problem is sometimes not so easy. Many experienced drivers behave boorishly on the roads, which often leads to trouble (accidents, skirmishes, etc.). But if every driver strictly adheres to the rules of behavior on the road, then such troubles will become much less. To do this, you and respect all participants in the movement.

How to drive on the road:

  1. Under no circumstances should you drive while intoxicated, or if you are sick, tired, weak, or angry. Remember, a car is safe only if a balanced and confident person is driving.
  2. Before you get behind the wheel, make sure that everything is in order with your vehicle. Do not be too lazy to check the level of oil and other liquids, wipe the headlights, if necessary, pump up the wheels. Check all the warning lights that indicate a malfunction of the car.
  3. When comfortably seated behind the wheel, be sure to fasten your seat belt, if there are passengers, check that they are also fastened. Explain that in this case you will feel more confident.
  4. Only after you have collected your thoughts and checked everything, you can start moving. Obey all traffic rules and speed mode, wherever you are, be it the city limits, the ring highway or the country road.
  5. Concentrate all your attention on the road, keep an eye on road signs and markup. Try to talk as little as possible with passengers or on the phone. In case of urgent need, it is best to stop on the side of the road, so you protect yourself and your passengers, and at the same time relax.
  6. Treat all road users with respect. If you are driving too slowly, stick to the far right lane, do not create a traffic jam behind you, so you can avoid negativity from drivers following you. In order not to create emergency situations, try to smoothly change lanes without cutting other road users. To overtake, use special car signals. Don't forget to stop before the pedestrian crossing.
  7. Do not turn on loud music, especially when you are in a traffic jam, for someone it can become an annoying factor. In order to predict the behavior of motorists around you, use the rear-view mirror or side mirrors.
  8. Give way to motorists who are changing lanes from the priority lane, or who are trying to carefully integrate into the general stream. If they let you pass, be sure to thank them by turning on the emergency signal button for a few seconds.

In order to avoid dire consequences, during an emergency, try to show self-control and do not panic.

  • In order to master the practice of driving as quickly as possible, try to get behind the wheel of a car more often.
  • If you are afraid to travel alone, ask friends or family to keep you company.

At the cottage on the roads!

Aggression, irritability and just the desire of some individuals to assert themselves in the process of driving provoke not only unpleasant impressions among motorists, but also accidents.

Yes, everything can be attributed to the difficult situation on the roads and a large congestion of vehicles, which many justify their disgusting behavior. But it is unlikely that the car is able to independently drive through a red light, take someone else's parking space or release an obscene remark towards a fellow driver.

Psychological portrait or type of driver

There are several lines of behavior, taking into account which it is possible to classify drivers according to psychological personality types.

Ham

The real curse of motorists. Hams are found everywhere and in huge numbers (cultural education in our country is very lame), but on the roads they all, as one, come out of a latent state and take out an ax of war.

Distinctive signs of the behavior of a boor-driver are sharp rise concentration of car horns, obscene expressions and irritated intonations.

Guided by the unwritten rule “I'm right”, the boor goes ahead with the persistence of a hippopotamus, not embarrassed to scare everyone and everything with his defiant behavior. Attempts to reason with such an instance cause an increased flurry of indignation and obscene language. Even having created emergency, such a subject will loudly blame everyone around with enviable persistence and not embarrassed in expressions.

Egoist

Unlike a boor, an egoist will not notify everyone around about his appearance. He will just calmly and intelligently take your place in the parking lot or cut you off in a traffic jam. He will listen to the indignant demand to behave decently and, smiling condescendingly, will decently answer that he turned out to be faster, what can you do.

When asked to help, egoists react in the same way - with a polite refusal or by pretending "I don't know anything." Not the worst option, since a boor in such a situation will not miss the opportunity to laugh angrily and let go of some kind of insult.

Aggressive poser

This category of drivers not only does not recognize gentlemanly behavior on the roads, but also tries in every possible way to show that they despise this anachronism. And the matter is not limited to harmless, albeit annoying, antics against fellow motorists.

Aggressive poseur does not recognize the rules of the road or common sense.

Psychologists call the reason for this behavior an inferiority complex, ordinary citizens - stupidity, but the fact remains - such a driver tries to prove how cool he is at every kilometer.

He races on red, ignores speed limits and believes that the zebra is drawn in order to cross it at the peak of acceleration, and the traffic police exist only to punish them unfairly. Most often, the drivers of this category are the culprits of the accident.

harmless poser

Unlike the aggressive one, the harmless poseur is limited to various accessories with which he hangs and equips his offspring. You can immediately recognize it by the latest acoustics, which works to its fullest, an unlimited number of luminous and flickering elements in the most unexpected places and other paraphernalia.

This is not such a terrible vice, at least compared to previous copies. But the Christmas tree effect can be distracting or confusing to other drivers. For example, some fans of lighting effects tint the headlights in red. It may look cool, but for any driver, red headlights are rear parking lights. And it is not known what effect this trendy lighting on the road will lead to; V best case the other driver will be frightened, but will quickly figure out what's what.

Careless Angel

Most of the representatives of this category are women. In the cinema, representatives of this type have been shown to us more than once - with one hand she paints her eyelashes, with the other she rocks the child, and everything else is left to fate. In reality, of course, not everything is so exaggerated, but for many representatives of the weaker sex, it is quite natural to tint lips, write SMS or chat with a friend on the phone while driving.

However, a man holding the steering wheel with one hand and leafing through the phone book with the other and looking askance at the road can also often be seen on the freeway.

Gentleman driver

He doesn't need to be reminded of what driving ethics is. He is tactful, respectful of other motorists, polite and will always come to the rescue if required. These people do not violate traffic rules (at least at the risk to other people), are not rude, pay enough attention to the road and feel confident driving.

Driving culture - what a well-mannered driver will not allow himself

In addition to the rules of the road described in regulatory enactments, there are unspoken rules behavior on the road, which is not neglected by any self-respecting driver.

  1. The only way to drive past a broken car and not offer help is if you REALLY don't have the time. Even if you think you can't help, stopping and confirming/refuting your assumptions is not difficult. Sometimes a few liters of gasoline are enough for a person to get to a gas station or a tool that he did not have.
  2. A self-respecting driver respects others. He will not be rude, especially for no reason, cut in a traffic jam or press the horn like a man possessed if he is ahead parked car suddenly stopped at a traffic light. It’s not worth talking about obscene abuse against another participant in the movement and showing the middle finger from the car window.
  3. An adequate driver always follows the traffic rules.
  4. Correct parking also means a lot. Negligent drivers like to occupy someone else's territory, park the car in such a way as to block the exit or park across, occupying two places.
  5. An educated driver is sympathetic to freight transportation. For some reason, a heavy truck on the road annoys many, but after all, it is the same participant in the movement as passenger car. Do not honk, cut or jump out unexpectedly on oncoming lane to overtake just because some timber truck is pulling like a turtle.

This is far from complete list the rules of the "gentleman's agreement" of the participants in the movement, but for a well-mannered and sane person, everything is clear on an intuitive level. After all, a good upbringing is a good upbringing in a traffic jam.

It often happens in life that we pass a driving test, get a license, and get behind the wheel only after a few years. All previously acquired skills are forgotten, and the first practical experience is presented as an exam for survival, and threat lurks around every turn. And this is repeated every time new road with heavy traffic, and it seems to a beginner that his first independent trip will end in a terrible accident, after which he will have a direct road to the hospital, and the car to a landfill or, at best, a salon whose scope of activity is buying broken cars.

Psychologists call this condition autophobia, and it occurs in many novice motorists. Interestingly, both the tests next to the instructor and the driving test for most of them were easy and painless. But what to do in a similar situation?

You can, of course, consult a doctor, but there is another solution to the problem - to deal with autophobia on your own. Simple recommendations will help speed up the adaptation process.

The first is making a firm decision about whether or not to drive. Maybe there is no need for this, and the cherished rights are a tribute to fashion. Although it is possible self driving- a vital necessity. If the latter outweighs, then you will have to cast aside doubts, tune in to the best and believe in yourself.

Do not be upset that experienced drivers will laugh, considering you a teapot, seeing the corresponding “identification” sign on rear window. There are many more normal car owners than such smart people, and they treat various kinds of even ridiculous situations with understanding.

The next tip is to realize that you need to drive as often as possible, and not when you need to. It is advisable to travel a lot and everywhere, sparing no money for gasoline.

It is necessary to change routes. One is easy to master; when studying a new one, the fear of the unknown may return. It must be overcome.

You need to trust yourself more than others. Sometimes you can see such a picture: a beginner attaches himself behind some vehicle, slowly follows it and stews when it turns or stops. Everyone should think for himself.

Emotions on the road are not allowed. If you are confused, do not hesitate to stop, turn on alarm and calm down. Such actions will help put your thoughts in order and avoid committing rash acts.

It’s easier to slow down and think in time than to become the culprit of a traffic accident, which at best will simply remain in your memory for a long time, at worst, the driver ends up in the hospital, and the car, God forbid, to come in handy for spare parts, at least in a car dealership offering a ransom cars in any condition.

Stress and nervous tension slow down the reaction and scatter attention, so you should not be nervous and angry when someone does not follow the rules or behaves incorrectly, for example, overtaking other vehicles.

After some time, the experience will come, and the stress while driving will subside. In the meantime, all attention should be focused only on the road. Mobile phone it is advisable to turn it off, and hide the cigarettes away - nothing should be distracting.

Not only the distance to the car in front, but the whole environment is kept under control. In the side mirrors, cars traveling nearby are well reflected - you should also not forget to look in them.

And most importantly - do not be afraid to seem ridiculous. Everyone was once a teapot, and there is nothing shameful in this. You can, of course, show bravado, courage and recklessness, but who knows if a few minutes of feeling at the top of bliss are worth it. possible consequences when new vehicle turns into a pile of scrap metal, and the road to him is a car dealership that makes a ransom problem cars, and the newly-minted driver in a disabled person, for a long time chained to a hospital bed?

Everywhere you can only hear: “Clearly, there is a woman behind the wheel!” - and the like. It hurts! How much can you unreasonably blame girls? The weaker sex has long mastered the management of the car. And "fools on the roads" are equally among women and men. Our browser Julia Mitina I decided to sort out the “female” auto question.

Due to the constant negative views and prejudice against girls behind the wheel, we decided to tell you how the weaker sex can cope with difficult situations on the road. But for starters professional driver and kart driver Andrey Matveev gave us some basic advice for anyone who decides to get behind the wheel. The recommendations are simple, many of you know, but few people really adhere to them.

Andrey Matveev

Safe driving rules:

1. Follow traffic rules. As boring as it sounds, it is. If you do not break the rules, you will not have fines, you will reduce the risk of getting into an accident and save your nerves.

2. Observe the culture of driving. Remember that you are not alone on the road! Cars are driving behind you on the side, and they may not always be ready for your sudden changes in lanes, braking or inappropriate behavior on your part. Not everyone can read your mind.

3. Learn to react quickly. On the road, the situation is changing every second. Therefore, always be prepared for anything: a child jumped out onto the road, someone turned sharply, braked, there was an accident ahead, and so on.

4. Don't be afraid. If you are afraid to drive, do not drive in the city and especially not during rush hour. The fear of your driving will be felt not only by you, but also by the drivers around you. Believe me, what you are afraid of affects the way you drive. From such a driver, as a rule, you can expect anything.

5. Be confident in your actions. This is also the law. No need to rush from lane to lane, because you do not know which one will go faster. Decided to rebuild - rebuild. But you must understand why you are doing it. Any action on the road must be justified.

So, the first situation. The girl was driving and "sat on her tummy."

We certainly drive well. But we still don't know how to get it out of the mud. Alena Pona drives a lot. Not so long ago she was in a similar situation.

Alena PonaOnce I decided to stop by a local store, miscalculated the landing of the car and got into the mud. As a result, she sat on her tummy. I try to go back and forth- nothing helps. In this situation, the main thing is not to worry and panic. Few options:

  • Try turning on the first gear and reverse in turn to “rock” the car and drive out. Just don't hit the gas too hard! Bury your swallow even harder.
  • It happens that you need to do one more thing: release a little wheel so that the car can go.
  • If the situation does not change in any way, and you have an automatic transmission, call a tow truck. If a mechanic, you can ask one of the family members to come in their car and pull you out with a cable.
  • There is one more option. If you are a sociable girl, then seek help from young people who are always there! They will help push you out.

This is what happened in my story. Two guys passing by volunteered to help me, but since the two of them failed to rescue the car, they went for help. They returned in seven! Young people literally raised the car on their strong arms pushed her out. Thanks a lot guys!

Situation two. The girl driving and the accident.

Accidents are different. And in the parking lot someone will hurt, and they can grind on the road. In these situations, there is only one advice - do not worry. This is iron, not a living person. Everything is fixable and fixable.

But if you are in a serious accident, here are some tips on how to protect yourself. Julia Mitina based on her own negative experience, she formulated several rules of behavior in a dangerous situation.

Julia Mitina

- Last year I became a member frontal collision. I am not the cause of the accident. A man flew into me at full speed. He skidded, and he flew into the "oncoming" right into my hood. Once upon a time, after watching all sorts of training videos, I came up with a few rules for myself.

A car is flying at you and you can't avoid the crash:

  • You must be seated! Never take this rule lightly. At the moment of impact by inertia, you are thrown up. And if you're not wearing your seatbelt, you could be thrown out of the car through the windshield.
  • Cover your face with your hands. The airbags will deploy in the event of a collision. And they often break people's noses. Know about it.
  • Press your legs as close to you as possible. Although now the machines are equipped with all possible measures safety, but from a strong blow, everything under the hood can “dent” and press your legs.
  • Once the car has stopped, get out if you feel you can. Cars often catch fire, and smoke can appear in the cabin, and you simply suffocate. If you can’t get out on your own, open the window and wait for help.

Situation three. The girl behind the wheel "did not share the road" with an aggressive male driver

Very often, girls find themselves in a situation where some kind of crossover climbs into your row! You have the right not to give in. But, if you understand that a person is in a hurry or he can not wait - give in. This rule is also jokingly called “Give way to the fool.” But suddenly the driver shows you in every possible way that you need to stop and sort things out, what to do?

  • First tip: ignore it and go about your business.
  • If you do stop, never give in to emotions and do not get out of the car. On the contrary, lock the doors and close the windows. Most often, unbalanced people want so persistently to “teach life” to others. You can expect the most unexpected from them.
  • Don't engage in conversation and be calm. Wait until the opponent leaves and you can go further.
  • If the driver does not leave, behaves aggressively, and you understand that the situation is getting out of control, show him the phone with the police number and call. As a rule, no one wants to mess with representatives of the law.

If you follow simple rules, then you will ensure a pleasant ride. And someday the myth about girls who can't drive a car will be finally debunked. And the weaker sex will be considered good drivers along with men.
