6. 8. The use of special light and sound signals does not release drivers from responsibility for committing traffic accidents through their fault.
9. When passing through intersections, when overtaking vehicles, including when driving into the oncoming traffic lane, and in other cases, the simultaneous activation of special light and sound signals is carried out by drivers in advance, depending on the specific road conditions. 10.
