375. When sending two or more cars on a flight, a head of the column is appointed. 376. Preparation of vehicles for exit is carried out under the guidance of unit commanders or their deputies for armaments (heads of the technical unit, heads of the automobile service, battalion technicians, senior technicians or company technicians). 377. The internal order and work schedule in the park are announced in the order for the regiment (Appendix 11). Admission to the park and work in it at a time not established by order are made only with the permission of the regiment commander.

379. The procedure for storing and issuing keys to ignition locks, car hatches, park spaces and park gates should ensure the timely exit of cars from the park, and also exclude cases of unauthorized use by personnel. The keys are stored: - for ignition locks and car hatches: one set - at the park duty officer; the other - at the duty officer for the company (for the battalion, support units) in a sealed box, along with waybills in case of an alarm; - from park premises and park gates: one set - at the park duty officer; the other - at the duty officer of the regiment in a sealed box.

380. To maintain internal order in the park, a park duty officer, orderlies and driver-mechanics (drivers) of duty tractors are appointed. Orderlies are posted on duty in the park at the entrances to the park, and for the duration of the work and in the park. 381. 384. After the report, the duty officer accompanies the arriving commander (chief) to the location of the park. In the event that the arriving commander (chief) is met by the regiment commander or his deputy for armaments and reports to him, the park duty officer does not report, but only introduces himself.

246. Subdivisions are sent on business trips, as a rule, led by their commanders. When soldiers and sergeants of different units are sent on a business trip, a team is created from them and a team leader is appointed from among sergeants, warrant officers or officers. The unit commander (team leader) in the regiment is issued a travel certificate and a list of personnel of the unit (team) indicating the type and number of weapons, the amount of ammunition issued, certified by the signature of the regiment's chief of staff and the official seal of the military unit. In addition, the order of following and meals on the way, at what time, where and at whose disposal the unit (team) is sent, security requirements, rules for storing and using weapons, as well as other instructions related to the performance of the unit (team) of the task .

247. The preparation of a unit (team) for going on a business trip is led by the commander of the unit from which it is allocated.

At the appointed time, the subunit (team) under the leadership of the assigned subunit commander (team leader) arrives at the duty officer of the regiment. The regiment duty officer checks the composition and security of the unit (team) and reports on its readiness to the chief of staff or regiment commander.

The chief of staff or regiment commander inspects the unit (team), checks its readiness, instructs the unit commander (team leader), and, if necessary, all personnel sent on a business trip, ensures the timely dispatch of the unit (team), allocating to necessary cases vehicles.

248. The unit commander (team leader) is responsible for the timely completion of the task by the personnel, compliance with military discipline and security requirements, as well as for the safety of weapons, ammunition and other military property.

Upon arrival at the destination, the unit commander (team leader) reports to the person at whose disposal the unit (team) is assigned, and upon return - to the regimental chief of staff.

250. 1. The rights and obligations of the senior machine are determined by the Manual on automotive service SA and Navy (introduced by order of the Minister of Defense of the USSR of September 1, 1977, as well as the Combat Charter of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

  • the rules set out in Art. 259 of the above Instruction;
  • be able to use a map, route scheme and navigate the terrain;
  • remove from driving a driver who is in a sick or overtired state, as well as in case of his alcohol or drug intoxication and take necessary measures to the timely completion of the task, and in the absence of such an opportunity, report to the senior boss on the current situation and act on his instructions;
  • upon completion of work, make a note in the waybill about the completion of the task, sign waybill and hand over the car and the waybill to the duty officer in the park;
  • know the rules of the road;
  • when transporting people, explain to personnel the safety rules and the procedure for their observance, know and accurately comply with the landing standards and transportation rules, guided by the relevant articles of the Combat Charter of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

It is strictly forbidden for the head of the car to: take control of the car or force the driver to transfer control of the car to someone else, give commands that force the driver to violate the Rules of the Road and the established speed.

The commander of the military unit in the order and the commander of the unit during the briefing may determine additional duties for the senior vehicle, based on the characteristics of the task being performed.

The senior vehicle bears disciplinary responsibility for violating the rules that ensure the safety of the operation of a military vehicle.
