This is quite enough for the daily tasks of a city dweller, but you should not count on long trips. If, by a whim of fate, the owner needs to transport more than oversized cargo, he can always fold the second row of seats and free up to 1755 liters of usable space.

Honda Fit engine and transmission

Honda Fit is equipped with two engines, a CVT or mechanical box variable gears, as well as forward or all-wheel drive. As you know, people can be divided into two categories: those who want to buy and those who want to sell a car. Our heroine belonged to the first category until last winter. That's just the desire to control own car, and the presence of a driver's license has long and clearly hinted at the need to purchase personal vehicles. And the fact that it was winter outside did not frighten our heroine, she went to the car market.

I chose my car almost as soon as I saw it. It would be a Honda Fit. In our car market, at the time of purchase (December), it was one of the most worthy specimens: without a run in the Russian Federation, in 2002, though without casting and body kits, but this did not almost spoil it. Although my husband insisted that we should immediately take the “packed”, there was no choice, unfortunately! After all, I had a limit: 250 thousand rubles maximum!

I liked the car immediately, and we decided to stay on it! The price tag is 247 thousand rubles + hull cost me a pretty penny, but we took Fit and did not regret a bit. By the way, we still keep in touch with the seller, which, in my opinion, indicates that I bought a good car.

At first I set up an alarm, I didn’t try to be smart, I installed a Tomahawk, together with the installation it cost 5,500 rubles.

I decided to change all the "consumables", but because of the Casco, everything did not change at once!

First of all, I changed the oil in the engine, filled it with Neste Premium (semi-synthetic), it cost 1200 rubles.

Next, Fit and I fell under winter frosts, and, of course, the Japanese battery failed. One night, my Fit just didn’t start on auto-heating, stood for two days on the street and I towed it into a warm box, started it, everything was fine, and the next day it didn’t start again, but already during the day! In general, auto-heating turned out to be very unreliable. He started the car when the temperature outside was at least twenty degrees below zero. If frosts set in, then auto-heating could not even be turned on, there was still no sense. I had to get out and manually start the car. And then sit in the car, wrapped in a warm scarf or woolen scarf, wait for the engine to warm up. I decided enough was enough and purchased a Panasonic battery with a volume of 45. True, I had to remove the stand from under the previous battery, but this one starts even at 40 degrees.

Then my Fit began to have a strange vibration at speed. Some owners of the same cars talked about the same thing, and that everything goes away after changing the oil in the variator. I decided to change, and there was a whole story:

I turned to the service station through an acquaintance, signed up in advance, initially discussed the brand of HMMF oil, came to them, and they say that this oil is not yet available, we will call when it appears, as a result, after three hours the oil appeared! I arrived, changed, paid, left!

I'm leaving, and the receipt says ATF oil OIL SUMICO! I run to a car service and they tell me, they say only HMMF, and nothing else! I have a claim to those: they deceived, they didn’t flood it, they didn’t warn, they also ripped off 1850 rubles! I drove on that oil for 5 days.

In the car service, of course, they went forward, replaced it at my own expense with HMMF, and this time I was personally present during the replacement. As a result: changing the oil in the variator, along with the work, cost me 1850 (4 liters of oil), I did not wash the filter, as many say that this is contraindicated for Fits. However, the vibration from my car did not go away!

I went for diagnostics: they didn’t find out where the vibration came from, but it turned out that it was necessary to change the air filter and “ Bypass belt”, Fit has one, and is connected to the generator.

The Italian belt cost 330 rubles, DAYCO company. The original one for this Honda model cost 1250 rubles, and the replacement is about 200-500 rubles, depending on where you change it of course.

I took the air filter for 450 rubles, brand VIC + work 50-100, again depending on where.

I had to pay 300 for replacing the air filter, because the craftsmen who carried out the diagnostics, checking the air filter, tightened the bolts so much that they then had to cut off the “ears” and weld them again!

Then strange things began to happen to my car: we stand at a traffic light, naturally at speed, release the brake, but the car does not move, you press the gas, and it starts to twitch, and only from the second attempt to press the gas the car starts to move! I suspected a variator. Probably because of the oil, I thought everyone ruined my vario.

This time, without hesitation, I went to a familiar car service, where I changed the oil.

The guys conscientiously examined the car: the reason for the vibration (scientifically: detonation of the body) turned out to be that the battery was too large. From this he comes into contact with air filter and there is a strong vibration. The problem has been fixed. And the saga began again with oil, which turned out to be too much in the variator. The excess was drained, 2 weeks after the change, the oil changed color from orange to burgundy, due to the fact that the previous oil was not completely drained.

The reason for the "twitches" in addition to this could be:
1. The level of oil, since when it is in excess, it begins to foam, resulting in air pockets.
2. The quality of the oil, as 2 types are mixed, and one of them is absolutely not suitable.
3. Experts explained that the variator, when the car is not on a flat surface, but on a slope, may not work the first time.

However, it is often impossible to climb into the variator, so the car service was advised to come after 1000 km to change the oil in the variator.

And in general they explained that if there are any problems with the variator, then the first symptoms are as follows:
– At a speed of approximately 60 km/h, on a level surface, if the machine starts to twitch,
- If you turn on the car at speed, and the speed starts to jump and does not stop.

I made one conclusion for myself and I will advise you - to service the variator only at specialized car services, where they understand Japanese cars. Otherwise, you can just ruin the car. Only specialized stations and nowhere else! But in general, impressions from Fit are only positive. A bit harsh suspension, but it does not spoil the impression. Also, because of the powerful racks, the review is poor, but personally it does not cause trouble for me. Ground clearance, of course, is small, but it's a Fit, not a Patrol. About the sound insulation, the lack of which everyone complains about, I can say one thing, among the cars of its class, the Fit is the quietest.

And she eats a little for joy, while she traveled only in winter, about 8 liters around the city, no more. In general, if we compare cars in this class, then in my opinion, Honda Fit is the best!

I finally decided to approach Jessica Smith's training more carefully. If earlier I just chose what to do, and training was easy (after an injury), then a month ago I chose one of free programs Jessica - "Get in shape in 30 days - summer program." Why summer? She came out in the summer (I think last year) and was created in order to give relief to the body.

And that means a lot of this plan is dedicated to...yes, my favorite strength training! There is hardly a single day without strength, there is also cardio, yoga, toning workouts with an elastic band, and even cardio with a ball.

What Jessica herself writes about the plan:

"This 30-day fitness plan is designed to help you energize and focus on building muscle mass that speeds up your metabolism. Strength training is one of the best and most effective ways get in shape for swim season, so you'll find plenty of strength training in this plan."

Of course, the swimming season has already come to an end, but this does not mean that you need to quit training. Remember that regular exercise not only helps you stay in good shape, but is also good for your health. Make fitness a way of life and you will see positive changes not only in appearance, but also in well-being, both physical and mental.

I will describe the program in more detail.

The note: Each workout has a warm-up and stretching. Warm-ups are always thoughtful, they warm up enough. Stretches are too short, you need to do an additional stretch of at least 5 minutes (those that are built into workouts last 2-3 minutes at most).

Day 1

Full body workout. 10 minutes.

A very simple and quick full body workout with dumbbells. During the warm-up there are exercises for coordination and balance. Next comes one exercise for the lower part, the rest for the upper: arms, shoulders, back. There are also exercises for the corset muscles and the press. I liked everything, except that it is too small for the legs.

Day 2

Walking exercises for beginners: Vigorous interval training-walking. 30 minutes.

Traditional cardio workout. Intervals of low and high intensity alternate. The exercises are varied, the workout is fun. Mostly low-impact exercises, but during high-intensity intervals - with jumps that can be modified (Jessica shows everything). A very enjoyable workout.

Day 3

Fat burning strength sculpting training - supersets. 41 minutes.

Strength training with supersets. There are exercises for coordination and balance, some of the exercises - with dumbbells, some - with your own weight. The workout includes exercises for both the lower and upper body. Everything is being worked out well. But, note: the weight of the dumbbells should be selected carefully - Jessica starts with 8 slow reps, then at a faster pace for about 16 more, so do not take too much weight. Or, after the first 8 reps with a heavy weight, take lighter dumbbells.

Day 4

Fat Burning Low Impact Aerobic Workout: Cardio + Corset Fusion. 31 minutes.

Smooth, easy cardio workout. Its peculiarity is that the legs stand on small slippery pieces of fabric (you can use plastic plates or special sliding disks for fitness instead). A lot of coordination exercises - by the way, this is useful for the corset muscles, they are very actively involved in maintaining balance.

Day 5

One-sided strength training for the whole body + abs and corset muscles. 23 minutes.

Unilateral - does not mean that you will do exercises only on the left or right side This means that for each side everything is done separately. Again, a lot of repetitions, so be careful with the weight. Each exercise is done in progression - i.e. first the easiest option, then something else is added. Most of the exercises are compound, i.e. consist of several movements for different muscle groups (usually simultaneously on the lower and upper body). The next day, the muscles hurt - this is another plus.

Day 6

Fat Burning Aerobic Workout: Cardio Boogie bootcamp. 26 minutes.

The entire workout is high-impact, but each exercise can be done in its low-impact version. If you do jumping exercises, you will definitely sweat. Not bad, I liked it.

Day 7

Stretching and Flexibility Workout: Relaxing stretching workout. 30 minutes.

I really liked this stretch! Very relaxing, stretching all the muscles, in my opinion, nothing is missing. At the end, you feel that you have worked your whole body. Jessica does some exercises with a pillow (if her knees or a hard floor hurts) and with a towel (to make it easier to stretch). But all of this is optional.

Day 8

How to burn fat, calories: Strength training for the whole body. 42 minutes.

Good power for the whole body. But again, a large number of repetitions. And many exercises are again compound. Jessica uses step, it can be replaced with a hard box of the desired height.

Day 9

150 Calorie Fat Burning Cardio: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). 12 minutes.

Not bad HIIT, but more for beginners. It seemed like regular interval cardio to me. However, I sweat. It's a pity that such a short time.

Day 10

Fitness Exercises: Full body sculpting workout with elastic band. 33 minutes.

This workout is more for tone, for muscle endurance, in any case, the next day my muscles did not hurt. Various exercises, including coordination and balance - these are again compound exercises. I won’t say that it’s easy - it exhausted me

Day 11

Barr workout: Workout for the abs, buttocks and thighs. 25 minutes.

Bodyweight training. In general, I don’t really like the barr method, it seems to me that it is more suitable for active rest. But in general, I liked it, the exercises are not bad, especially the emphasis on the corset muscles.

Day 12

Fat on the arms: Exercises to get rid of saggy arms - Hands for the topic (workout for the upper body). 18 minutes.

A good workout, involves all the "upper" muscles: biceps, triceps, deltoid and pectoral muscles, trapezium and rhomboids.

Day 13

Yoga, exercise, meditation: Strength in stillness - Home yoga for beginners. 31 minutes.

Partially static yoga, there is stretching, strengthening exercises, and balance.

Day 14

Breathing, Stretching, Relaxing: Stretching and flexibility training for the whole body. 21 minutes.

Great stretch for the whole body, involves all the muscles. There are many of my favorite stretching exercises here, especially Happy Baby Pose.

Day 15

Metabolism Boost Workout: Fat Burning Strength + Cardio Workout. 37 minutes.

A combination of cardio intervals with strength training intervals, many of which are compound. By the way, strength exercises are designed in such a way that they work like cardio - a lot of repetitions. My muscles hurt after

Day 16

Low-impact silent cardio: Cardio fusion on the mat. 32 minutes.

A true silent cardio workout - many exercises are done on the mat. Emphasis on the buttocks and thighs, as well as corset muscles. Very pleasant, stress-free workout. Suitable for outdoor activities.

Day 17

Yoga for weight loss: Fat burning yoga for tone. 40 minutes.

This workout is for the whole body. Static yoga poses are used in combination with dynamic exercises for the upper body, many poses for corset muscles. Of the static poses - "chair pose", "warrior pose", "triangle pose", etc.

Day 18

Interval walking: home interval cardio training. 10 minutes.

Combination of high and low intensity intervals, low-impact training. High-intensity intervals are vigorous walking in place, and low-intensity intervals are traditional aerobic movements. I really like home cardio walking, as I already wrote in the post "Fit Review. Jessica Smith TV Free Home Workout Channel", and this workout as well. But such short workouts are more suitable to cheer up during a break from sedentary work.

Day 19

Kickboxing class: Burns fat, calories - circular kickboxing workout. 32 minutes.

This workout combines active kickboxing intervals, regular cardio, and cardio exercises with light dumbbells to tone. By the way, the training is high-impact, but Jessica shows different modifications.

Day 20

Yoga How to exercise in the morning. Morning yoga. 26 minutes.

This yoga is more to tone than stretch. Helps to cheer up.

Day 21

Fat Burning Strength Training: Toning Cardio for Weight Loss. 33 minutes.

Circuit training: power intervals are combined with cardio with light dumbbells. And again, many exercises are compound, for balance. Not a bad workout, but my muscles didn’t hurt after it - it’s a fairly easy strength training.

Day 22

Strength training for the whole body. 22 minutes.

The workout can be divided into 2 parts: one for the buttocks and thighs, the other for the arms, shoulders, and chest. Most of the exercises are with dumbbells, but there are also bodyweight exercises. I like this kind of strength training. I did it with pleasure, the result is sore muscles in the morning.

Day 23

Flow-Yo: cardio yoga for weight loss. 32 minutes.

The dynamism of the poses makes this workout more like cardio - in intensity. But at the same time, all the muscles still work well and at the same time - stretching.

Day 24

Bikini Body Circuit Workout: Full body workout to tone problem areas. 23 minutes.

Good traditional strength training. Jessica shows all the exercises with heavy dumbbells, but there are also with her own weight. Unusual exercises for the press and corset muscles.

Day 25

Fat Burning Fusion Flat Stomach Workout: Abs Workout. 22 minutes.

Dynamic exercises for the press while standing. There are no exercises on the mat. And everything is done dynamically, in combination with the movements of the arms and legs. Training is good for the entire corset.

Day 26

Strength training for arms and abs. 22 minutes.

Exercises with a pair of light dumbbells (in some exercises, dumbbells are taken together in one hand, and the exercises are performed separately on each side), some include training for balance and coordination. I like it:)

Day 27

Mixed workout: strength + cardio with elastic band. 39 minutes.

Good toning workout with lots of reps. You won't get bored thanks to the combination of cardio movements and strength exercises with a tape.

Day 28

Full Body Stretch: Flexibility training for relaxation and recovery. 31 minutes.

A good stretch for the whole body, there are poses from yoga, but not straining, modified only for stretching.

Day 29

Best Rectangle Body Workout: Body Type Workout. 27 minutes.

Very good strength training (not just for a certain body type). Lots of my favorite traditional strength exercises, including lunges, deadlifts, etc. Involves the whole body: bottom, top, corset. I liked it and my muscles hurt after it

Day 30

Cardio: aerobics with a ball. 30 minutes.

Very fun and energizing workout. Largely thanks to the ball! By the way, a regular light ball is used, but Jessica says it can be replaced with a medicine ball or a small pillow. And you can do without anything at all, just clasping your hands. The workout is high-impact, but Jessica shows modifications if you don't want to scare the neighbors.

Results

The program is good. She is thoughtful. Yes, some dumbbell workouts are 2 or more days in a row. But in this case, one of the workouts is relatively easy and is not directly strength training. This is usually a toning or mixed cardio workout.

However, this program is only suitable for beginners. If you have more than 3 months of experience in fitness, then it is better to either modify this plan, supplementing each day with additional workouts, or choose a different program. Firstly, the duration of training is sometimes simply ridiculous. Secondly, for example, I often missed muscle pain, this feeling that I did a good job.

I myself on some days added cardio, stretching, when I felt that the load was insufficient.

Round case and you really want to just look at them. The 1.6-inch aluminum body is actually much more attractive than all those square and thick smartwatches. Well, except for Moonlight Silver Fit. They weigh about 34 grams and they are a bit heavier Pebble 2+HR for the same price, but look much better. Orange color, I think, a little reduces the cost of their appearance.


I was a little surprised by the animated icons and fonts, and the text seemed too large - especially when there are long messages. To read them, you need to wait until all the letters cross the screen.

Huawei Fit Review | How to use them

To get to settings Huawei Fit, swipe up or down. Then we will see messages and fitness status, including information about the number of steps, heart rate and training. In other compatible applications on your smartphone, you can set the maximum heart rate values ​​- Huawei Wear tracks it. You can put a call on fat burning or intense training - if you overdo it or, on the contrary, are too lazy, the watch will tell you about it.

In the middle of the Discover app screen, you can see all this data. You can manually start monitoring walking, running or cycling. In the application, you can set the distance, time, or other training goal.

If you have a run schedule, you can score it in the mobile application and set distance and time goals - everything will be taken into account. The app will even tell you how to rest for the best results.

Huawei Fit Review | In work


Huawei Fit automatically tracks walking and running, counting them as steps. Unlike other trackers, Huawei Fit seemed surprisingly accurate to me. He counted 504 steps with real 500, although I even held a cup of coffee in the hand on which he was wearing. By the way, the Fitbit Flex 2 showed 456 out of 500 steps in a much easier to count condition - when walking with arms hanging freely.

Huawei Fit automatically counts steps, but for other exercises you have to get into the settings. To do this, you need to swipe from the middle of the screen. You can also switch to walking, running, cycling, trail running, or swimming modes. Based on the load, the heart rate monitor will tell you the approximate number of calories burned.

If we swipe twice on the screen over time, we will see a report on the number of steps taken, distance, calories lost (approximately) and sleep status.

Swipe three times - get a special me for the pulse. A graph of your heart rate during the day appears on the screen.

Unfortunately, if you forget to turn on workout mode, you won't be able to go into the app later and manually add it - unlike Fitbit, for example.

You can synchronize data with Huawei Fit- and track your diet.

Huawei Fit automatically recognizes deep and light sleep and shows the time at which you wake up at night. I compared this data with the Fitbit Charge 2 data and made sure they are accurate. The moral is simple: go to bed earlier, sleep better.

Huawei Fit Review | Messages

You can receive messages on a paired Android or iOS smartphone - calls, SMS, messages from Gmail inbox, Google Hangouts, Facebook and Facebook Messenger. They all come straight to your wrist.

You can set a pulse alert. For example, if you are exercising, you can set an alarm for the moment when your heart rate exceeds the allowable. Valuable information for your coach.

Like Fitbit Reminders, Huawei Fit will alert you if you have been sitting for more than an hour. In this case, the bracelet will not send notifications if it realizes that you are sleeping. Or if you've turned on Hotel Do Not Disturb mode in the app.

Huawei claims the Fit will last up to six days without a charge. In my experience, they last even longer. If you turn on Gmail email notifications, it's a little over six days. From proprietary cable Huawei Fit fully charged in about two hours.

Huawei Fit much cuter and cooler than any smartwatch, and it even counts steps better than most popular trackers. Unfortunately, Huawei Fit does not automatically track whole line exercises - which the Fitbit Charge 2 can do - and Huawei designers have a lot to think about, including how text is displayed.

Nevertheless, Huawei Fit at $130 it's a great choice, it's beautiful and easy to use.

Let's face it, size matters. That's why Chevrolet still makes the Suburban. Futjata sculpts her 28 inch wheels and Honda still makes its fit.

And if you're wondering why the subcompact Honda Fit was mentioned on a par with the previous brands, then you've clearly never ridden or sat in a Honda multifunctional hatchback.

Since its debut more than 10 years ago, Honda has propelled the name of its nondescript car to unprecedented heights. People around the world have appreciated the positive aspects that Fit has. Japanese engineers were able to "pack" a considerable amount of space into miniature car, which, besides its practicality, was certainly one of the most pleasant to drive hatchbacks on the market, at least for those who did not wear the GTI or ST badges.


In the first two generations, however, there were many disadvantages. The main of which can be called: tasteless external styling and fuel consumption, which seemed clearly overpriced.

So Honda went back to the drawing board to build on the missing qualities in the 2015 Honda Fit. Their task was to create a better look and improve fuel efficiency. If Honda engineers succeed, this approach will help the hatchback soar to the top of its class.

Looking at the list of competing Honda brands, it becomes clear why it is focusing on specific changes for its low price offer. But like everything in life, change doesn't happen without compromise.

During the week, the received Honda was subjected to various tests and, in fact, the studies carried out, it will be possible to judge its competence in the role compact car large capacity.

Size certainly matters in the adorable 2015 Honda Fit. Compared to the second generation of the model, the new Fit added 30 mm between the rear and front axles, which immediately affected the increase in passenger space.

Despite the stretched wheelbase, the total length of the hatch has decreased by about the same (40 mm, to be exact) in width, the car, on the contrary, has increased, but absolutely insignificantly, by only 8 mm.
