Beautiful, "thieves" numbers often have an aesthetic function and express the desire of the car owner to stand out in the stream of cars. The latest history of MV autonomers (2007-2014)
1) Start " recent history MV-autonomers" gave the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.12. 2006No. "On special light and sound signals" (with changes from 21.01. 2007 and subsequent changes and additions).
