Prices for special numbers with the same letters are constantly growing, and in 2018 they went up a lot. Rooms that are non-standard letter designations combined with beautiful figures are very expensive, they are practically inaccessible to middle-income citizens.
You should not assume that the presence of "cool" numbers will provide a special status and save you from difficulties on the road. Without a certificate from the relevant department, no benefits will be provided to the driver. Car registration plates with similar series are not issued to everyone, but only to people of a certain level.
