Do you want to please and surprise your loved ones? Make homemade sweets. Such an interesting activity ... And, you know, surprisingly, it turns out very tasty. Previously, I often experimented, now something less often. But then in the "bottleneck" I came across a bar of good chocolate and a mold in the form of hearts for ice .... They directly asked to do something with them. Made... Peanut-filled sweets. In the fridge was a jar of peanut butter with crispy peanut chunks. At first I wanted it with boiled water (I did it before), but changed my mind. And not in vain! It turned out very tasty. I also found unpublished photos of homemade roasting, Turkish delight and chocolate-covered figs. This is how I post it all.

Chocolate sweets with a delicate peanut butter filling.

100 g chocolate (at least 55% cocoa),
- 100-150 g of peanut butter (you can boiled) I have a paste with pieces of peanuts,
- silicone mold in the form of hearts.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. With a brush, carry a layer of chocolate into the mold. Cool in the freezer for a couple of minutes and apply another layer (otherwise they will break when removed). Sue again in the freezer (minutes 2-3). Spread peanut butter in the middle. Top with the rest of the chocolate. Shake lightly to remove air and smooth with a spatula. Refrigerate until completely cool, 1-2 hours. Then carefully remove the candies from the molds. Peanut butter itself is not sweet, you can add a spoon or two of powdered sugar to it. But I didn't add it. Sweets with a delicate filling are ready!

Grillage in chocolate.

2 tbsp walnuts,
- 150 g of sugar,
- 50 ml of water,
- 100-150 g of chocolate,
- 50 g butter or cream,
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Fry the nuts in the oven or frying pan for 7-8 minutes. Chop with a knife rather large. Make syrup from water, lemon juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Add a piece of butter or heavy cream. Mix well, remove from heat. Add nuts, mix. Cool slightly and roll into walnut-sized balls. Place on baking paper and cool well. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cover the sweets with it. Cool down.

Orange Turkish Delight.

- 300 g of powdered sugar,
- 100 g orange jam + water, enough to make a 200 g glass with jam,
- 70 g of starch (ideally 50 corn starch),
- Juice and zest of one medium orange
- 1 tsp gelatin,
- dusting powder
- orange food coloring (optional)

Mix juice and orange zest, water (60 ml) with jam, powder in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Boil for 5 minutes on low heat. Dilute starch in 70 ml of water (with jam). Soak gelatin in the remaining 70 ml. Add the starch mixture to the pan with the syrup. and cook until it boils and becomes glossy (after boiling 1 minute). Add food coloring (liquid). Remove from fire. Cool slightly and add gelatin. Mix well. Cover a small rectangular shape with cling film, lay out the mixture, smooth it well and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Remove the finished sweetness from the mold, remove the film, cut into pieces, sprinkle with plenty of powder. During cutting, the knife must be washed after each cutting, so the pieces will be even.

Adjust the amount of ingredients to your taste, the main thing is that dried figs dominate, it should be the most.
- 200 g of good chocolate,
- 150-200 g dried figs,
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon,
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar,
- a little pistachios, hazelnuts, cranberries (together should be no more than 100 g).
