If you equip such a sedan with all the above options, the price will be 725,940 rubles. And here there are two conclusions. First: the surcharge for a more powerful, torquey and economical engine is 60,000 rubles and definitely makes sense. Second: having a similar amount, you can start looking at Sandero Stepway.

If you are not interested in Logan more than 700,000 rubles, you can immediately proceed to the next chapter. But we will finish what we started and consider more expensive equipment sedan.

Directly behind "Comfort" in the hierarchy of the configurator is active version. It is aggregated only by a 4-speed automatic, so we will return to it a little later - when we select the optimal Logan with two pedals. The next "mechanical" option is the pre-top Privilege version. Base prices vary from 673,990 rubles (82 forces) to 713,990 (113 forces), and the main differences come down to wider retrofitting opportunities. But only in combination with a 113-horsepower engine - this version relies on air conditioning.

However, with a strong desire, you can throw a little more and buy a top-end Luxe Privilege, having received a 113-horsepower engine for 759,990 rubles and everything in general available options. The differences from the Privilege package are again in the formation of packages: here, by default, there will be those options for which Privilege buyers will have to pay: rear parking sensors, side airbags, heated windshield, climate control, leather steering wheel. And the only fundamental difference there will be light-alloy 15-inch wheels that are not available to buyers of simpler versions, and climate control instead of a conventional air conditioner. Sandero Stepway on mechanics: Confort, Privilege

According to the configurator, the minimum amount required to purchase a raised Sandero is 689,990 rubles. But - as in the case of the most accessible Logan - I will consider it advertising. For this money, you can only get a car with an 82-horsepower “eight-valve”, without air conditioning and an audio system. So, feel free to add 29,990 for the “condo” (fortunately, it is possible to order it for a surcharge) and 10,990 for the “Audio” package - you get 730,990 rubles. And if the budget allows, instead of the "Audio" package, order the "Multimedia" package - it is only 9,000 rubles more expensive. Thus, for 739,990 rubles you will get a car with a good LG entertainment center and even navigation maps.

Stepway in the same Confort configuration, but with a “normal” engine with a capacity of 113 forces, will pull at least 729,990 rubles. And you should not expect any additional "buns". For all the above options, you will have to pay the above money, and the bill for the completed car will come close to 770,000 rubles. Never order this configuration! Now I will explain why.

The fact is that for exactly the same money (from 774,990 rubles), Renault has options that are more profitable and more interesting. The first one is . In fact, the same Confort with a 113-horsepower engine and 5-speed manual, but supplemented with everything necessary equipment(in addition to what we discussed above, there will be a Renault Start remote start system) and an eye-catching characteristic features versions: stylized as cast rims dark color, as well as original applications on the doors and mirrors. And Sandero Stepway LE can be ordered in a white color scheme, which is not available in other versions. Despite all these chips, other things being equal, the LE will turn out to be about 5,000 rubles more profitable than the Confort stuffed with extras with a similar engine.

If you wish, you can add here the heated windshield for 7990, navigation system for 15,990 rubles. It will turn out 835,880 rubles - and this is the ceiling for the three-pedal Sandero Stepway.

Renault Logan and Sandero Stepway with automatic

Before delving into the specifics of the configurations, I must warn you about this: the Logan / Sandero is equipped with an old 4-speed automatic, which is combined exclusively with the proven 1.6-liter engine with 102 hp. With. (The French did not become friends with an automatic machine with a 113-horsepower engine). Everything would be fine, but this couple manages to eat up to 14-15 l / 100 km in the city. Are you ready to put up with this state of affairs? Then we will consider all the options in detail.

Most accessible - Renault Logan V configuration Active for 687,990 rubles. The equipment is rather poor, but air conditioning and front power windows are already available in the base. Given a limited budget, I would throw only 2990 rubles for an airbag front passenger. With Sandero Stepway it's even easier: automatic box gears can be ordered in just two versions - Confort and Privilege. Prices for the first start from 759,990 rubles. For the second - from 841,990 rubles. Sandero Stepway in the top version and with all the options (not counting the ERA-GLONASS system, for which Renault asks for 11,990 rubles) will cost 883,960 rubles.

What is the result?

You have to pay for the crossover image. Ceteris paribus, Renault Sandero Stepway is 30-40 thousand rubles more expensive than Logan, and in the case of the top versions of Privilege, this difference reaches almost 100 thousand rubles. True, despite the same configuration names, raised hatchbacks will be equipped with slightly better than sedans. And yes - buying a Sandero Stepway, you get a car with a truly crossover clearance (195 mm versus 155 for Logan - according to our measurements).

Logan's advantages (besides the price) - c. The sedan has 510 liters of real volume, the hatchback has only 320. Otherwise, there is absolute parity between the two Renaults. And if you're interested in my opinion - here it is.

For work trips, I would choose Renault Logan Confort with a 113-horsepower engine and mechanics, ordering in addition only the front passenger airbag. As family car I would take the Privilege Sandero Stepway - with side airbags and ESP. If you do not have three children, the capacity of the hatchback is enough. And paying several tens of thousands of rubles for a youth-crossover image is not so bad idea. In the end, we after all choose a car for several years.

Pros:

+ Cruise control - I also use it all the time, one press of a button changes the speed by 2 km / h. sometimes almost all the way I pass on the "manual control".
Minuses:
- Fuel consumption. A bunch of an ancient automatic transmission with a weak engine in a light body eats 11-12 liters of the 95th in the city, 8 liters at a speed of 100, or 7 liters at a speed of 80 in the country. Comp average consumption right now it shows 9.6 at average speed 31.8 (we live outside the city, the mileage is more on the highway). For comparison: my 16-year-old car with a weight of 1.5 times more and a 3-liter engine eats less than 6 liters on the highway at a speed of 100.
- No soundproofing! You can hear the impact of every grain of sand on the hull. At speeds over 80 km / h, you can only talk very loudly with the back row.
- Native speakers are just shit! "Bass" choke already at half the volume, ie. the volume cannot be turned on loudly. And at this half volume, after 80 km / h, the music is no longer audible due to the lack of noise. In a traffic jam, you can only listen.
- Perverted ergonomics. Everything is not where it should be, and it is pressed in the wrong direction, as usual. The joystick for the radio is especially sophisticated. You can probably get used to it, but it's very annoying. Okay, the pedals haven't been swapped yet.
- More ergonomics. No coolant temperature reading. In general, only ONE indication is displayed on the screen: either time, or temperature overboard, or mileage, and so on. If the cruise is on (like mine) - then only set speed and that's it. How it was possible to manage to do so monstrously inconveniently is incomprehensible. I'm definitely not used to this.

In general: the car is excellent for the city, it allows you to move quickly and park quickly. At speeds up to 80 km / h in winter, I would drive it. I think that my money (about 800 tr. at the end of 2017) is quite worth it, if you do not remember the pre-crisis prices.
But somewhere in the range from 80 to 100 km / h, all the pleasure from this car disappears: it does not really accelerate, the noise in the cabin does not allow you to talk normally. More than 100 km / h is already scary to go, and there is no ESP. Not a track car. Will come down to the village in the summer.

More little things: the climate works fine, comfortable. leather steering wheel- well, it’s not clear what, but it doesn’t look like skin, more like plastic. Under engine compartment there is no plastic protection, so when open bonnet see asphalt. The tailgate opens only with a button-lock, as on a Zhiguli. The tank is small, you need to fill up relatively often.
