The dough should come together and there should be no flour left. Everyone has different flour, so flour can go both more and less. Add either water or flour.

We spread the dough on a dry table and continue kneading by hand. Knead for 5 minutes. We don't add flour anymore.

The dough will be soft, silky to the hands and does not stick to the table.

I divided the dough into 7 parts. I thought this was the best option. You can have more or less parts. It all depends on how you bake these pancakes.
