In connection with the nature of the activity, special, very reliable vehicles are needed for Spetssvyaz, in connection with this, the fleet of vehicles is updated annually. Accordingly, it will be required additional equipment, "sharpened" for the needs of the enterprise.

Prospects for cooperation between Spetssvyaz and GAZ Group became the main topic of negotiations with the leadership of the Light Commercial and cars"(LKiLA) "GAZ Group".

Andrey Kuznetsov, Development Director of LLC Commercial Vehicles - GAZ Group, told our representatives about the company's strategy and the main directions of development for product modernization. He noted that this year it is planned to bring to the market " GAZelle NEXT" With gross weight 4.6 tons and 10-ton GAZon NEXT, these projects are among the key ones in 2017.

We develop the lineup so as to satisfy the demand of any customers of the company, as easy commercial vehicles, and on cargo, off-road, special transport, - he said.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed options for after-sales service for vehicles. For example, planned and intermediate technical inspections can be carried out in the branded services of the GAZ Group. In addition, they discussed the possibility of providing a "green card", which is valid in all dealer centers GAZ.

Using such a card, FSUE GTSSS will be able to service equipment unscheduled and without a queue. At the same time, there is a single price for the services of service specialists and for spare parts everywhere, - O. Markov noted. - Personal managers work with large clients, who at any time will advise on all issues.

Yu.M. Shestopalov noted that now all carrier companies, when choosing partners, pay great attention on the reliability, economy and quality of vehicles.

I really liked the Gorky Automobile Plant, which our delegation visited. To be honest, I thought I would see something different, but in the end I got great pleasure from a tour of the enterprise, modern production impressive, - shared his opinion Yuri Mikhailovich. – Our companies have a lot in common, and it would be interesting for us to continue cooperation. For our part, we are ready to provide services to the GAZ Group in various areas, including the delivery of goods.

The result of the meeting was a preliminary agreement on the establishment of a working group, which will have to analyze the possibility of using GAZ vehicles for the needs of Spetssvyaz.

The editors of RIA "Industriya Security" held a working meeting with the adviser to the head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Main Center for Special Communications" Yuri Shestopalov. The main topics of discussion were the structure and activities of the enterprise, the features of the special transport staff and its equipment in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law-16 “On transport security».

According to Yury Shestopalov, FSUE GTSSS today is an enterprise in the field of transportation of special cargo and correspondence, serving state interests. And its activities have always been and remain subordinate to the main rule - laws are not discussed, laws are enforced.

The transport staff of the FSUE GTSSS includes about 2,500 vehicles, including more than 100 units with a carrying capacity of more than 10 tons, 250 armored heavy vehicles and more than 1,000 cars.

"All vehicles and objects transport infrastructure(hereinafter - OTI) companies fully comply with the requirements for ensuring transport security, imposed by the Federal Law FZ-16 "On Transport Security", - says Yuri Shestopalov. - All our vehicles are equipped necessary systems control and security, including under-hood fire extinguishing system, tachographs, GLONASS, door alarm, video surveillance, communication, panic button. Booking of cars is carried out by third parties specialized companies- Every year we announce a competition.

Passenger transport FSUE GTSSS completely renews every 3 years, and freight - once every 5 years. The next update is scheduled for 2016. Of course, all cargo and correspondence are insured. The amount of insurance coverage is 7 billion rubles.

Also during the meeting, the issues of access features of vehicles and employees of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise GTSSS on the territory of airports were touched upon.

The specifics of cargo inspection did not stand aside either.

“The order of the Ministry of Transport gives us the right to inspect cargo and correspondence before sending, - says Yuri Shestopalov.- However, we decided that everyone should professionally do their own thing, and delegated this procedure to airport security personnel.

Despite the fact that employees of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise GTSSS have the right to carry weapons and have passed special training, we are trying to move away from the widespread practice of arming couriers carrying goods and correspondence by air. First, it is extremely unwise to use firearms on board an aircraft, - noted Yuri Shestopalov. - And secondly, the weapon itself can become the target of criminals.”

In addition, the participants of the meeting discussed the problems of unfair competition and the lack of attention of the supervisory authorities to the participants of tenders for cargo transportation.

“There were cases when a tender was won by a company that stated absurdly low cost their services. Then, after an additional check, it turned out that the vehicles were leased from them, and the permits were expired. But the money has already been transferred to the scammers.

On this moment In fact, we have no competitors in the field of transportation of dangerous goods. Because we strictly comply with all legal requirements and do not compromise on quality or safety,- Yury Shestopalov summed up the meeting. -But there are a number of problems associated with shippers and consignees.”
