In September, a promising schedule for advanced training was drawn up. 20 (77%) teachers of the educational institution timely completed advanced training courses in the amount of 72 hours according to the Federal State Educational Standard. For teachers of the preschool educational institution, all conditions are created for taking courses, both at the place of residence and at the KKI DPPO. Copies of courses are stored in the personal file of the certified.
I carry out my work on organizing the certification of pedagogical workers according to the approved work plan for certification, which is compiled in the month of May and was introduced at the Pedagogical Council No. 1 of 08/30/2013.
Explanatory work is organized in the preschool educational institution about the goals, objectives and procedure for certification, consultations were held in a timely manner: “Requirements for the design of a portfolio”, “Organization of the certification procedure”, “Consideration of issues on certification of teaching staff”, “Targets of self-education of teachers”, “Temporary regional documents on certification”, individual consultations were held at the request of the person being certified. The criteria for the first and highest qualification category were considered with teachers.
In order to properly design the portfolio, practical hours were held with teachers to fill out the title page and draw up a report on the use of modern educational technologies, ICT, a report on the development environment of the preschool educational institution. If necessary, individual consultations in this direction were carried out.

Explanatory note The current Law does not provide for the establishment of a certification procedure for executives. Currently, we do not provide for the certification of senior employees of preschool educational institutions of this category. How to carry out certification in relation to managers is determined by the founder. And in relation to the deputy head, certification is not provided at all.
The senior educator has the highest category of educator. Does this category apply to the head caregiver or is it necessary pass certification of preschool teachers for the first category as a senior educator?
