After winter, I really want bright colors, and outside the window is dullness and slush. I was lucky and at the weekend my child and I visited a very bright event, summing up the results of the competition of children's drawings "Dream Car". The event was very enjoyable for me and my son. Lots of colors, smiles and even the robot Fedya, from which it was quite difficult to tear the children away. See how it was under the cut. 1. Toyota invited children from all over Russia to draw their dream cars. From January 26 to February 26, 2015, within the framework of the national round of the "Dream Car" contest from Toyota brand 1 348 were collected fantastic drawings created by children under 15 years of age without the help of adults. And today the professional jury, which included: the well-known presenter Tutta Larsen, automotive expert Alexander Pikulenko, author and host of programs at the Ekho Moskvy radio station, titled drifter Nikita Shikov, child psychologist Igor Dobryakov and illustrator Igor Oleinikov announced the winners.

There were several nominations in the competition in various age categories. Thus, the total number of winners of the national round of the competition was 42 people.
9 works from Russia were sent to the international stage of the competition in Japan. In June this year, the winners of the global competition will be announced. Toyota holds the "Dream Car" contest every year, about 75 countries of the world take part in the project. This year the national stage of the competition was held in Russia for the first time.

As part of the theme week on the topic "Transport" we decided to hold a competition children's drawing « The car of the future or the car of my dreams» . The children were asked to think and imagine what cars they would like to see on the streets of cities or manage them when they become adults. The children had to draw automobile and write a short descriptive story.

All the children worked very hard. Their cars were harmless: somebody
filled his car at the gas station not with gasoline, but with flowers. Someone from exhaust pipe did not come out harmful gases and balloons, flowers or a rainbow. Were cars, who do not need gasoline at all - they flew on balloons.
And it was nice, because the children thought that the environment around us would not be polluted.

Step 1
In this lesson we will draw the car from the side. This is just my sketch. Note that the wheels of the car are too big, but they will work well for the lesson.
There are many ways to create a car and the result depends only on the drawing style. If you are a novice user, you can spend only 10 minutes to create a machine. But I'll show you a more complicated way that will produce more realistic car.
First, draw a sketch of the car on paper and scan it so that you can work with it in Photoshop. The quality of the sketch is not important as it will be redrawn and any errors will be corrected (for example, different size wheels).
Open the scanned image in Photoshop, go to the menu Image» Image size (Image> Image Size), set the value Width (Width) – 210mm and Resolution (Resolution) – 300dpi. This will provide a high quality image.
By default, the sketch layer will be called "Background" and will be locked. To unlock it, right-click on it and select Layer from Background (or just double-click on the layer). You will get a new window, click OK there and your layer name will change to “Layer 0”. Select this layer, then double click on the name and change it to "sketch". Then click on the little padlock icon above the layer to lock it.
Create a new layer (

Now you need to decide which wheel will be higher and which one will be lower. Any part that is raised will reflect the light and the other part will be dark.

Another lesson on modern technologies. But this time, not a robot or a phone, but a car. You will learn easily and quickly. Personally, the whole process took me literally 10 minutes. Of course, this is not a perfect drawing, but you can work a lot more, adding a lot of details, thereby making the car very realistic. The first step is pretty easy. All you have to do is make an elongated shape for the future one. It should look like an oblong box. Something like a guitar or a violin. Try to repeat exactly as shown in Figure 1.
STEP 2. Using this shape, we will gradually add details, and draw real body car. It's best to start with the roof and then move on to drawing the wheels and rear. Do not use rulers or auxiliary tools as the car has rounded shapes. And here everything is much easier than, for example, drawing a helicopter. But if you want, you can use a ruler to draw the windows of the car and round them out by hand later. 
STEP 3. Start painting the glasses. First Windshield, later passenger side window. Some Barbie girl or famous singer Debbie Ryan may be sitting there. Next, draw the headlights. 
STEP 4. On pencil drawing of a car we see the car from only one side, so we draw only one door and steps under the door. Add window frames. Don't forget to make a handle and a keyhole. 
STEP 5. Moving on to the hood. Draw two lines on the hood and below the grille. Next, outline the lining for the spoiler and the bumper. 
STEP 6. We are all set to go. It remains only to draw the wheels of the car. Please note that the wheels are not round! Under the weight of the machine, they flatten out a bit at the bottom. It will look more realistic. And of course, the tires are not perfectly round. 
STEP 7. And finally, we carefully draw wheel disks. Try to repeat as in the picture, or you can draw your own version, so they can be different kind and shapes, for every taste and color. 
STEP 8. We delete unnecessary auxiliary lines with the help of an eraser and outline the contours. Here's how we should be:
