The element is clogged after 100 thousand kilometers. The EGR (gas recirculation) valve also fails. Naturally, no one repairs it. This valve is cut out programmatically, and plugs are placed on the motor. As for the catalysts, they are also removed and a flame arrester is installed. The presentation of the concept and production version of the second generation of Ford Focus 2 cars took place in the summer and autumn of 2004. Ford C platform 1

Transmission
Ford Focus 2 is equipped with various gearboxes:
- four-speed automatic transmission (with an engine capacity of 1.6 or 2.0 liters);
- five-speed manual gearbox;
- six-speed manual gearbox.

Chassis
