Terms:

Buyer- a capable natural person who purchases goods, information about which is posted on the japonecauto.ru website, for personal, family, household and other needs not related to business activities, and who has an account on the specified website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By ordering goods through the online store, the Buyer agrees to the Terms of Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) set forth below.

The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on retail sale and purchase (§ 2 Chapter 30), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them .

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.

2. Registration on the site

3. Placing an Order

3.1. The order of goods is executed by the Buyer independently through the interface presented on the Site, or with the help of representatives of the Seller (managers), whose contact details are indicated on the Site.

3.4. In the absence of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse, including for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, the Seller has the right to cancel the specified Goods from the Buyer's Order and notify him of this by sending an electronic message to the address specified during registration.

The seller, in accordance with clause 1, article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, provides complete information about the product (manufacturer, photo, catalog number) in order to minimize the likelihood of an error in the buyer's selection of spare parts on his own.

4. Shipment of the Goods

4.1. Depending on which shipment method is chosen by the Buyer when placing the Order, the Goods are shipped by the Seller either directly to the Buyer (his authorized representative) in the warehouse, or to the Carrier chosen by the Buyer. The Seller does not directly deliver the Order to the Buyer.

4.2. In order to avoid cases of fraud during the delivery of the Order, the person who ships or delivers the Order has the right to request an identity document of the Recipient (his representative).

4.3. Upon receipt of the Order, the Buyer must check the appearance and packaging of the Order, the quantity of the Goods in the Order, completeness, assortment.

4.4. If the Buyer chooses "Pickup from the warehouse" as the method of shipment, the Buyer undertakes to receive the Order within 7(seven) days from the moment the order is placed. After the expiration of the established period, a fee is charged for the safekeeping of this order in the seller's warehouse in the amount of 200 rubles per day. The storage fee may be deducted by the seller from the cost of the order paid by the buyer in the event of termination of the contract for the sale of goods and cancellation of this order. 4.5. Each Carrier has certain requirements for the container and packaging ("crate") of the Goods. If, when placing an Order, the Buyer refuses to package the Goods in accordance with the requirements of the Carrier, the Carrier shall not be liable for damage to the Goods along the way, provided that the integrity of the packaging is maintained. Standard packaging produced under this Agreement includes cardboard and tape wrapping.

4.6. After the transfer of the goods to the Carrier chosen by the Buyer, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations under this agreement. The Seller is not able, after the transfer of the goods to the Carrier, to control the actions of the latter or exert any influence on him, and, in particular, to claim the goods back.

5. Payment for the Goods

      The price of the Goods is indicated on the Site. In the event of an incorrect indication of the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer as soon as possible to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered canceled. If the Order has been paid, the Seller returns to the Buyer the amount paid for the Order. Originals and duplicates are selected based on the complete data of the frame, body and engine of the car. The cost of the original is significantly different from the cost of duplicates in a big way. 6. Guarantees

6.1. The refund of the amount of money to the client in case of non-compliance or inoperability of the supplied spare part is carried out within 3 to 7 business days, minus the costs associated with the return to the supplier.

6.2. Warranty for contract parts:

conclusion on the technical condition of the spare part and the nature of its malfunction from a specialist of the organization that installed the spare part and (or) determined its malfunction

6.4. Warranty period for contract spare parts of the vehicle running gear

The warranty only covers the mechanical part of the engine (will not knock or jam). During this period, complaints about malfunctions are accepted.

6.5.3. Attachments are not covered by any warranty, as they may be damaged during delivery from Japan, Russia, etc., unless otherwise agreed. That is, it is delivered as is.

6.5.4. Also guarantees do not apply to all of the following: spark plugs (glow and ignition), sensors, electronic and electrical equipment, oil seals, gaskets, belts (timing and drive), armored wires and all rubber products.

6.5.5. In case of detection of defects in the operation of the engine, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller of the discovery of the defect no later than the above period. Depending on the identified defects, the issue of replacing or returning the motor is decided. In the event that a replacement part is not in stock, a refund is possible. At the same time, the buyer's expenses associated with the installation of the purchased engine on the vehicle and its dismantling, as well as transportation costs, are not compensated by the seller.

7. Return of Goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before its shipment to the Carrier. Return of the Goods is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as the identification barcode of this Goods are preserved. A returned item cannot be repurchased by the same customer.

7.2. The Buyer pays for the delivery of the returned Goods to the Seller or to the representative of the Seller. If the payment for the returned goods is made by cash on delivery at the expense of the Seller, then the cost of such delivery will be deducted from the amount of money returned to the Buyer for such Goods.

7.3. If the Buyer refuses the Goods in accordance with clause 7.1 of the Terms, the Seller returns to him the cost of the returned Goods (including the cost of packaging and delivery of the goods to the Carrier), except for the costs of delivery of the returned Goods by the Buyer, no later than 10 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the written application of the Buyer.

7.4. When the Carrier transfers the Order, the Buyer is obliged to check the number of Goods in the Order. If during the transfer of the Order by the Buyer discrepancies in the quantity of the Goods in the Order are found, the Buyer is obliged to draw up an Act on the discrepancy in quantity in the presence of the Carrier's representative.

7.5. If the Seller shipped to the Buyer a smaller quantity of the Goods than specified in the Order (underinvestment), the Buyer, when transferring the Order, has the right to accept the Goods in the part corresponding to the Order and demand to transfer the missing quantity of the Goods, or to refuse the Order in the part of the missing Goods and demand a refund for the missing Product.

7.6. If it is impossible to ship the missing Goods, the Seller notifies the Buyer about this by sending a message to the email address specified by the Buyer during registration, and the funds actually paid for the missing Goods are returned to the Buyer.

7.7. In case of violation by the Buyer of clause 6.4. in terms of drawing up the Act, the Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer to satisfy claims regarding the quantity of the transferred Goods.

7.8. If the buyer has not fulfilled the obligation to accept the goods. After 7 (seven) working days, the buyer pays for the services of responsible storage of the goods in the seller's warehouse. The cost of responsible storage is 200 rubles per day.

8. Privacy and protection of personal data

8.5. The Site Administration and the Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. 9. Force majeure

9.1. The terms of delivery of spare parts previously agreed may be changed upwards due to the delay of the carriage (aircraft) for reasons unknown to us.

9.2. In the case of ordering a contract spare part and incorrect information received from the client when agreeing on the order, the delivered spare part may not be suitable for one or another type of car. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay the costs of the enterprise for the work related to the dispatch of spare parts by the sender. The cost of the cost depends on the dimensions and cost of the spare part itself.

10. Other terms

10.1. In case of questions and claims from the Buyer, he must contact the Seller or his representative. The parties will try to resolve all disputes that arise through negotiations; if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.2. In the event of a dispute between the Seller and the Buyer, the Site Administration has the right to suspend the Buyer's operations until all the circumstances of the dispute are clarified and the parties make a specific decision on the dispute that has arisen.

10.3. In case of violation by the Buyer of the terms of this agreement, including refusal to receive the goods for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, the Site Administration has the right to terminate all contacts with the Buyer, returning to him all the money paid by him.

- Yes, and after reading almost all the reviews on Karina and not only, having driven several times on the right steering wheel of a friend, the desire to acquire a “left” one somehow disappeared by itself. Not the last factor, of course, was the financial moment ...

"Inspection"
Phoned the owner made an appointment, traveled with his comrades for an hour around the area, somehow found her, came up, I look, everything is perfect outside, nowhere are there any kosyachkov, not a scratch or a speck of dust, they turned before selling. It turned out that he took it “at random”, the hostess didn’t want to drive something to the service station, trusted her inner voice;) I liked everything about her, but there was one BUT - the machine “grunted” somewhere deep inside when switching modes.
