Honda civic 4d 9th generation. Honda Civic IX - a worthy choice

25.04.2017

The Honda Civic is a very popular Honda car. Honda Civic is a representative of the golf class and has been produced since 1972.

In Honda's lineup, the Civic comes after the small Fit/Jazz and before the big Accord. The main competitors of the model are Toyota Corolla, Citroen C4, Kia Ceed/Cerato, Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, Opel Astra, Ford Focus, Mitsubishi Lancer, Nissan Almera/Pulsar/Sentra, Volkswagen Golf/Jetta, Subaru Impreza and other similar C class cars .

During the entire life cycle of the Civic, the generations of the car changed many times, and the engines changed in parallel. In this article, we will consider the engines that were installed on the eighth and ninth generation of cars.

HONDA R18A ENGINE

The Honda R18A engine was released in 2006 and was first used for the eighth Honda Civic model. The R18 engine was designed to replace the outdated D17 engines in particular, and the D series in general. The timing drive is based on a chain, but structurally the cylinder head has not changed, the same sixteen-valve per SOHC camshaft, the iVTEC intelligent variable valve timing system has been added.

The engine is characterized by the presence of an intake manifold with variable geometry (with two modes), there are no hydraulic lifters, which dictates the need for timely adjustment of the valves. A year after the start of production, the engine was finalized and an analogue of a larger volume was released, which received the R20A index. It has already been used on cars that are superior in class to the Civic. There are very few direct modifications to the Honda R18A engine and we can only name the R18A1, a variation created for the Japanese and North American markets, and the R18A2 analogue for Europe. These variations from a technical point of view completely repeat each other. Technically, the motors are identical.

When it comes to the weaknesses of the Honda R18A engine, the following is usually noted. Often the engine knocks. As a rule, the matter is in the adsorber, and specifically in its valve, and this is a normal situation. On Civic models, knocking can occur due to valves, so you need to adjust them in a timely manner.

It happens that owners of cars with an R18A engine complain about extraneous noise. The reason for this may be the drive belt, the tensioner of which may wear out prematurely. In this case, to get rid of extraneous sounds, you just need to replace the part. Sometimes there are vibrations. Vibrations when the engine is not warmed up, this is normal. If vibrations occur even after the engine has warmed up, and even noticeable, this is a reason to check the supports.

It should also be noted that the engine loves high-quality fuel and oil, if this requirement is not met, the lambda probe, catalyst and variable valve timing system can be ordered to live for a long time. In general, the Honda R18A engine is quite reliable and, if properly maintained, can last a long time without causing any trouble to the owner.

HONDA K20A(Z) ENGINE

In 2001, the Honda K20 engine was presented to the public; it was the successor to the B20, H22, F20. The engine opened the K series, being a representative of in-line four-cylinder engines. The timing drive of the engine is chain, the chain itself has a good resource. The engine is characterized by the presence of an intake manifold with variable geometry.

The engine has a twin-shaft cylinder head and an intelligent variable valve timing system. But there are no hydraulic lifters, so timely adjustment of the valves is required. The engine was periodically modified, which led to the existence of various versions, both simple and sporty. After 2007, the engine was replaced with a brand new R20. The engine was periodically refined, due to which there are several modifications on the market with different power characteristics.

Like any engine, the K20 is not without weaknesses. Among the most common are the following. The engine knocks, most often this is due to a worn exhaust camshaft that needs to be replaced. Also, knocking can occur due to unadjusted valves. Oil may leak, most often the cause is the front crankshaft oil seal, which needs to be replaced.

HONDA K24A ENGINE

Engines with the K24 index became a replacement for the F23 engines, and they were created on the basis of the two-liter K20, through the installation of a crankshaft with an increased piston stroke. In addition, the developers made an increase in the cylinder block in height, and also increased the diameter of the pistons, though only slightly. The timing has a chain, in some variations there are balance shafts.

Also, some models are characterized by the presence of an intake having a variable geometry, but there are no hydraulic lifters, which requires the owners to periodically adjust the valves. Naturally, like many popular K24 engines, it has a significant number of different modifications with different power ratings.

Among the most common engine malfunctions, the following are noted. The engine knocks, most often this is due to a worn exhaust camshaft that needs to be replaced. Also, knocking can occur due to unadjusted valves. Oil may leak, most often the cause is the front crankshaft oil seal, which needs to be replaced.

Periodically, the speed may begin to float, in order to fix this, you need to clean the throttle and idle valve. In addition, it happens that vibrations occur due to worn engine mounts, or a stretched timing chain. Other than that the engine is good. It is only worth providing him with proper care and the use of high-quality oil and fuel.

With the onset of autumn, drivers will have to face some problems on the road and in the operation of the car. Below we provide some useful tips from seasoned motorists.

In autumn, the rainy season begins. The road gets slippery. Therefore, you need to move more carefully.

Approaching a puddle, you should slow down. This way you will keep the clothes of pedestrians clean, and also save the wheels of your car. Who knows what is hidden under the water.

Near educational institutions, you need to be especially careful.

Check tire pressure. This is especially important in autumn.

Check the condition of the battery. Indeed, in the cold, the reliability of the battery is especially important.

Think now about winter tires. It is also worth preparing the car for winter by checking the anti-corrosion coating.

Check the contents of the luggage compartment. Replace summer accessories with autumn-winter ones.

Write in the comments how you prepare the car for operation in the autumn-winter period.

You are looking at a generation that is no longer on sale.
More information about the model can be found on the latest generation page:

Honda Civic 2013 - 2016, generation IX rest.

Perhaps not enough good sales, changing market conditions, or maybe criticism from the owners of the ninth generation Honda Civic, which appeared on the market in 2012, forced Honda to introduce an updated version of the model a year later.

Of course, the company did not have time to completely rework the Honda Civic in such a short time, but something was still done. Catching that the demand for sedans in the "C" segment began to grow faster than for hatchbacks, Japanese engineers urgently finalized the 4D version, which, by the way, is produced with a sedan body (5D is a five-door hatchback).

It should be noted that it was the compact Honda Civic that brought the Japanese brand much more benefits than any other model it produces. The issue concerns not so much profit as brand image, its authority and recognition. Some experts believe that thanks to the Civic, Honda was able to become the world's largest automaker.

According to a study conducted by marketers, most often Honda Civic is purchased by men over the age of 35, with higher education, who are highly qualified specialists or middle managers who previously owned cars of other brands, including Mazda 3, Toyota Corolla, Mitsubishi Lancer. Therefore, in accordance with the new concept, the updated Honda Civic was supposed to be of the highest quality, energetic, dynamic and even premium. According to these requirements, the ninth generation was restyled.

Under the hood of the Honda Civic, a well-proven four-cylinder 1.8-liter gasoline engine producing 142 hp with a torque of 174 Nm is left, which is offered in tandem with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a five-band “automatic”. The latter has a manual control mode and even paddle shifters, but they are not present in all trim levels. Drive - exclusively front.

Improvements in the new Honda Civic

In addition to improving the driving performance of the Honda Civic, the developers decided to increase its attractiveness by refining the appearance and increasing the comfort of the cabin. As a result, new ones appeared: a hood, a trunk lid, a radiator grill, a front bumper, alloy wheels with an updated pattern and even taillights. The interior of the Honda Civic has also been given a makeover thanks to the use of soft panels and a host of decorative silver inserts for its trim.

But the Japanese engineers did not stop there. They improved the passive safety of the Honda Civic in frontal collisions, strengthened the steering column mounts, made the steering mechanism itself and the rear partition (between the passenger compartment and the luggage compartment) more rigid. At the same time, the gaps in the gear-rack engagement were reduced, which led to an increase in the sensitivity of the steering wheel in the zero zone. To reduce roll, the diameter of the anti-roll bar in the front suspension of the Honda Civic has been increased, the reliability of the anthers of the front and rear shock absorbers has been increased.

Trim Honda Civic

Richer steel and equipment. So in the Executive, the Honda Civic added xenon headlights with washers, rain sensors and parking in reverse. Lifestyle and Elegance have a tire pressure monitoring system. But all this, of course, affected the cost of cars, which rose in price by about 30 thousand rubles. As a result, an already not cheap model in the maximum configuration began to cost about 1 million rubles, while a crisis was raging in the country. This finally knocked down sales, which before that could not be called good. After some time, the company was forced to completely curtail the supply of Honda Civic to the domestic market. Therefore, the appearance of the tenth generation of Honda Civic in Russia as of 2015 remains a big question, while in the USA it is already being sold with might and main.

A review article about the 9th generation Honda Civic sedan in a restyled version, such a car has been produced since 2013.

Car from the last century

The Honda Civic passenger car is a very well-known model all over the world, it has been produced under this name since 1972.

The car of the first generation was very compact in size and angular in shape, now the Civic is a car with rich equipment, sophisticated design and excellent technical characteristics.

Honda Civic in Russia

The ninth generation Civic has been in production since 2011, restyled in 2013.

In Russian car dealerships, you can find a restyled sedan car, but the model has not been officially delivered to the Russian Federation since 2014, the manufacturer refused to supply due to low sales.

It should also be noted that the Japanese concern has been producing a newer Civic-10 model since October 2015, but it is not yet sold in Russia either, and it is not known whether it will appear on the domestic market in the future.

The ninth-generation Honda Civic sedan for Russians is available in three trim levels, the cars are equipped with a 1.8-liter gasoline engine, automatic or manual transmission.

All cars are front-wheel drive, manufactured in Japan or the USA (they are no longer supplied from Turkey), and comply with Euro-5 environmental standards.

Restyling of the ninth generation

The restyled model of the Civic-9 sedan was first presented at the International Auto Show in Los Angeles in 2012, the car received updated external elements:

  • trunk lid;
  • head and rear optics;
  • radiator grille.

The interior was also somewhat modernized, soundproofing was improved, the multifunctional steering wheel was changed and such options as a rear-view camera, front armrest, in the upgraded version, better interior materials were used, and they also became darker.

Exterior

There are quite a lot of chrome elements in the appearance of the Honda Civic 2013 model year - this is the lower part of the radiator grille, the rear bar above the number plate, the lower frame of the front bumper, and door handles.

The back of the Civic has become more similar to the Honda Accord, but the side of the car is still recognizable, almost unchanged.

Vehicle Specifications

The 9th generation Civic is equipped with an in-line gasoline engine 1798 cm3 with multiport fuel injection, the power of the power unit is 141 hp. With.

The engine can be paired with either a 6-speed "mechanics" or a 5-speed "automatic".

All brakes on the car are disc, the suspension is of an independent type, MacPherson strut in front, multi-link in the back.

Cheaper cars are equipped with a manual transmission, you can buy a Honda Civic in a Russian car dealership from 999 thousand rubles (in 2016).

With a manual transmission, the car is capable of accelerating to “hundreds” in 9.1 seconds, gaining a maximum speed of 200 km / h.

In mixed mode, gasoline consumption per 100 km of track is 6.6 liters, the type of fuel recommended by the manufacturer is AI-95.

In the city, fuel consumption rises to 9.2 liters, fuel tank capacity - 50 liters.

Honda Civic sedan cannot be called very compact and light - its curb weight is 1245 kg, length / width / height - 4.6 / 1.75 / 1.44 m, respectively.

With a wheelbase of 2675 mm, the vehicle requires a minimum turning circle of 11.56 m and a front/rear wheel track of 1505/1530 mm.

The base car is equipped with electric power steering, R15 steel rims and 195/65 tires of the appropriate diameter.

Interior

Salon Honda Civic, as usual, "replete" with different colors, there are both light and dark colors. But the fabric seat upholstery is only light, and we must admit that this is not a very practical solution.

The instrument panel is made quite original - a large dial tachometer is located right in front of the driver, and a digital speedometer, trip computer and instruments are moved to the windshield, and in general the dashboard is divided into two parts.

Due to the bifurcation of the instrument panel, the windshield is at some distance from the driver, so visibility is not very good, and it is not clear where the hood ends.

Driving the car is ergonomic and convenient - the buttons are large, located in the "right" places.

The front seats are equipped with lateral support, lumbar support is provided, but it is not adjustable.

The more “charged” version has electric front seats, the front armrest cover can be moved back and forth, and there are also two cup holders in front.

The cabin itself is cramped, there is not enough space both in the knees and above the head, tall passengers and the driver may experience some inconvenience.

True, the advantage is that the central tunnel on the floor of the rear row of seats is practically absent, and the three of us here do not crowd the passengers, do not press each other with their elbows.

Trunk

The trunk volume of the Honda Civic is 440 liters, which is generally not bad for a sedan.

The luggage compartment is opened from the key fob or from the passenger compartment, there is no button on the lid itself from the outside.

The opening of the cargo compartment is wide and deep enough, the loading height is comfortable.

The disadvantages include a very thin false panel, under which a small spare tire is hidden, the finishing material is budgetary, which is typical for many Japanese cars.

The backs of the rear seats recline, allowing you to carry long loads. But in order to fold the seats, you first need to pull the handles out of the trunk towards you, and then fold back the backs of the rear sofa from the passenger compartment.

The resulting opening between the cargo compartment and the saloon space has very limited dimensions, overall and at the same time long loads cannot be placed here.

Honda Civic configuration

Russian users are given the opportunity to buy a restyled Civic-9 car in three modifications - Elegance, Lifestyle and Executive.

In the basic version of Elegance, only manual transmission is available, the equipment of the car includes:

  • 6 airbags (on the steering wheel, in the instrument panel, curtains, side airbags);
  • ABS/ EBA/ HHC/ EBD/ ESP systems;
  • electric mirrors and glass lifts;
  • air conditioner;
  • audio CD/MP3 with 4 speakers;
  • multifunction steering wheel;
  • trip computer;
  • heated mirrors and front seats;
  • security system with immobilizer and central locking.

The Executive package with automatic transmission additionally provides for fog lights, a rear-view camera, an electric sunroof, cruise control, and a light sensor.

Advantages and disadvantages, reviews

To understand how successful the 9th generation Civic turned out to be, you should pay attention to the opinions expressed by car owners.

Almost all reviews about the Honda Civic car are positive, only some shortcomings of the car are noted.

The main positive qualities of the Japanese sedan:

  • reliability and practicality;
  • excellent handling;
  • stylish design, the car looks very prestigious and "expensive";
  • high level of security;
  • rich equipment in any configuration;
  • economical fuel consumption;
  • comfort.

The noise isolation of the sedan is very good, the suspension is soft, the car holds the road perfectly, and does not blow it away when cornering.

Also, the owners of the cars note good dynamics, but when the air conditioner is turned on in the configuration with automatic transmission, the engine power is still not enough.

The build quality is also pleasing - nothing is unscrewed and does not creak, the gaps between the body elements and in the interior plastic are even.

The disadvantages of the Honda Civic are few, the main disadvantages are:

  • weak paintwork;
  • rather high price, Civic-9 is more expensive than many of its "classmates";
  • cheap parts.

On the road, this car almost never fails, but provided that original spare parts and consumables are used, the non-original Civic does not accept.

With careful operation and proper care, the Honda Civic 9 will work out the money invested in it.

And maybe it makes sense to buy just such a car, although a little more expensive than others, but feel the comfort and driving pleasure.

Review of Honda civic 9th generation 4D and 5D 2012-2016.

Characteristics, overclocking, distinguishing, pros and cons.

It's a pity, but the economic crisis actually ousted Honda from the Russian market. We were left with only the CR-V and the Pilot. Meanwhile, in the line of the company, by the way, the fifth in the world ranking in terms of circulation, there were many reliable and original cars. Such, for example, as the same Civic of the ninth generation. Well, shall we dig?

Appearing in 2011, in 2012 she immediately went for urgent and extraordinary "restyling". It so happened that the manufacturer was forced to slightly correct the miscalculations made in the quality of the model. However, changes came to Russia only by 2013, and no one particularly complained about the quality of the sedan and hatchback. The five-door was assembled in England, while the sedan came to us from Turkey. The filling of the car almost did not differ, except for the nuances in the rear suspension.

In 2013, after restyling, Turkey fell away in favor of a plant in the United States. However, this leapfrog did not affect the quality. A fair Japanese supply of constructive positive, forgive us this phrase, was enough to maintain a positive image of the model. Everything was simple and reliable here: the only 141-horsepower gasoline engine, two gearboxes to choose from (MKP-6 and AKP-5), excellent equipment and a “space” intricate interior. This killer cocktail did not work only "thanks" to the unfortunate price situation. However, some people still bought a car. And people don't seem to regret it.

The ninth, in fact, was a modernization of the eighth. And the motor is the same, albeit modified: the 1.8-liter R18 received a different cooling and lubrication system, a lighter crankshaft, which, fortunately, did not affect its qualities. The absence of a turbine, a chain in the timing drive, an open cooling jacket, the usual valve drive mechanism ... Its resource is under 300 thousand km and more. The chain runs 200 thousand km, which is a luxury in modern times. And the “oil burner” becomes noticeable (0.5 l / 1000 km) only with a merciless and aggressive ride.

Where is the catch?

With boxes, the "nine" was also lucky. There is nothing to ask from the “mechanics”, except for replacing the clutch after a run of 150 thousand km. You will not show anything serious to the machine. He finally ousted the unsuccessful "robot" from the eighth generation. When buying a car with automatic transmission, it is worth evaluating the oil in the box. A "burnt" smell or black color are alarms. This means that the box has not been properly maintained or has been misused. Well, standard blows or pushes will report serious problems, the elimination of which may require a fair, although not lethal amount.

Honda Civic 8th generation. It was produced in 2005-2011, the price in the secondary market is from 350,000 rubles. The sedan was fundamentally different from the hatchback, including platforms. European versions were equipped with economical 1.4- and 1.8-liter VTEC engines. The sports version of the Type-R, equipped (in Europe) with a 200 hp 2-liter power unit, was also in demand. In addition, a 2.2-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 140 “horses” was also available in some places.

Honda Civic 10th generation. Produced since 2015. The tenth Civic was not delivered to Russia and, it seems, will not be delivered. The main engine for a sedan, hatchback or coupe (in the USA) was a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 176 to 200 hp. In the US, there is an option with a 2-liter aspirated (160 hp). In Europe, Civics drive with a 3-cylinder 130 hp petrol engine. and a 1.6-liter turbodiesel.

So far, as you can see, there are not many reasons to bring down the price when buying a Civic. However, this does not mean that they do not exist. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock, the car does not like this and in a used condition it will certainly respond with a tapping of the electric rack. Probably, a small backlash will also be found, which is acceptable. But if we discard the slyness, it is really worth inspecting the thrust bearings. According to statistics, they have to be changed after 100 thousand kilometers. A creaking when turning the steering wheel will tell you about the necessary replacement. But for the suspension, a similar resource - the result is very acceptable. After hundreds of thousands of kilometers, the levers in front give up. Racks for replacement may sometimes require 200 thousand km at all. Only the rear axle beam is considered weak here. Not even strong, at first glance, the impact of the rear axle on the curb stone can lead to the replacement of the beam. And this pleasure can now cost 40 thousand rubles.

Turns out you can take

In general, the sedan has surprisingly good sound insulation. The suspension is soft and comfortable, and the car holds the road better than many competitors. Stable in turns. Many are satisfied with the dynamics, although with the air conditioning turned on in the version with automatic transmission, a slight lack of power is still felt. And despite the intricate and complex instrument panel and front panel, nothing particularly creaks here. Of the shortcomings in the body, it is worth noting only the traditionally thin paintwork for all "Japanese" in recent years. The Civic rusts reluctantly, and it was hard to find glitches in the electrical part even on a specialized forum on the Internet.

The 9th generation Honda Civic 5D (hatchback) was unveiled at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September 2011. Car with a futuristic exterior design and distinctive interior continues the trends embodied in the previous 8th generation Honda Civic.

As part of this review, we will try to understand the evolutionary processes that the 2012-2015 Honda Civic hatchback has undergone.

The new IX generation Honda Civic with a five-door hatchback body has slightly increased in size compared to the previous generation: +35 mm (4285 mm) long, +10 mm (1770 mm) wide, +12 mm (1472 mm) high ) and only the dimensions of the base lost 30 mm (2605 mm), the ground clearance remained small - 150 mm.
First of all, the buyer pays attention to the "clothes" of the car and only after an external examination is interested in the internal content and technical stuffing. We do not depart from tradition. Honda Civic 5D New looks at us with a cleverly squinted head optics of a complex “almost triangular” shape. A new design element applied to the front of the Honda Civic hatchback is a black plastic insert located between the headlights (similar to the Seat Bocanegra). Bumper - aerodynamic shape with pronounced lower air ducts and fog guns. The 9th generation Honda Civic 5D boasts the now fashionable front LED strips (daytime running lights) located above the bumper air intakes. The wipers returned to their usual placement and operation algorithm (on the 8th generation they were hinged). In profile, the 2012-2013 Honda Civic hatchback demonstrates an original form with a short hood, heavily littered A-pillars, splashes of waves in the area of the front and rear wheel arches.

The plastic edging of the wheel arches looks original and stylish, capable of accommodating wheels with rims from 195/65 R15 to 225/45 R17, optionally it is possible to install R18 rims. Thanks to the hidden handles of the rear doors, the body of the Honda Civic 5D, which is already distinguished by its pronounced coupe-like appearance, would like to be included in the cohort of sports coupes.
The back of the 9th generation Honda Civic 5D looks stylish, here the main “horse” is lighting in the form of a wing (it looks easy and beautiful). The double-story glass of the fifth door has acquired a wiper (a vital thing in Russian conditions), the opening of the tailgate does not deprive the trunk of practicality, only the loading height is too big. Completes the composition with the name "Honda Civic 5D 9th generation" - a powerful rear bumper with a la diffuser made of unpainted plastic. Summary: the designers managed to keep the bright attractive image of the “space” car, they went on the “do no harm” path and did an excellent job.

The previous generation Honda Civic stood out among its competitors not only in appearance, but also in interior design. The new Honda Civic IX 5D has not lost its avant-garde interior. Comfortable, ergonomic, beautiful and stylish interior - the owners of the previous generation Civic understand what they are talking about. A gripping steering wheel, the gearbox control rocker is located perfectly correctly. A two-story dashboard and a frilly configuration dashboard do not cause controversial assessments.
Total: tactilely pleasant plastics and seat upholstery, high-quality fitting of parts and, on the whole, a solid interior assembly.
The front seats - with a sporty profile and a lot of adjustments, as a bonus on the new Honda Civic 5D, the adjustment of the side support rollers on the driver's seat appeared. In the second row, thanks to the flat floor, passengers are comfortable and comfortable, only tall people will complain about the proximity of the crown to the roof. The transformation of the second row seats is a "trick" from Honda. The seat back can be folded flush with the floor and the trunk can be increased from 477 to 1378 liters (although this is the volume, taking into account the underground, in the Russian version, part will eat the spare tire), or raise the seat cushion vertically and get an almost flat area in the cabin.
The level of basic equipment of the Honda Civic 5D New hatchback will please buyers: air conditioning, electric power steering and column adjustment in four directions, front and rear impulse windows, touch screen, central locking with remote control and alarm, electric drive and heated mirrors, radio with CD MP3 and USB AUX, daytime LED lights, chip key (motor start by button).

Driving performance of the Honda Civic hatchback and specifications.
The new 9th generation Honda Civic 5D is front wheel drive. The front suspension has not changed - MacPherson struts, the rear also remains the same - a torsion beam with connected levers. The beam became stiffer, and the silent blocks of the levers began to be installed hydraulic (similar to the Honda Legenda), the new steering rack, depending on the engine and the installed wheels, makes 2.47-2.81 turns (on the 8th generation Civic 2.2-2, 5 turns) - the steering wheel has become less nervous. Disc brakes with ABC and EBD.
The following are installed as power units on the 9th generation Honda Civic: two 1.4 i-VTEC (100 hp), 1.8 i-VTEC (142 hp) gasoline engines and a 2.2 i diesel engine -DTEC (150 hp). Russian buyers will get only 1.8 liters (142 hp) with 6 manual transmissions or 5 automatic transmissions.

It's time for the wheel, the engine starts with a button. At idle, the engine of the 9th Civic is not audible, and even when driving with the windows closed, the cabin is quiet (the Japanese have worked on soundproofing). Compared to the previous Honda Civic 5D, the new suspension is more comfortable and soft, but it shakes noticeably on poor road surfaces. Otherwise, all the usual habits of the Honda Civic hatchback are present - a sharp steering wheel, a gambling engine and gearbox, an elastic and assembled suspension.
As the test drive showed, it is a pleasure to drive the new Civic, turn by turn, the car asks to increase the pace of corners and hairpins. A good car, but no more, you can catch yourself thinking that from generation to generation the Honda Civic becomes calmer, softer, more comfortable and continues to lose adherents who loved the Civic for its sharpness, rigidity and adrenaline.

Price for Honda Civic 5D (hatchback) in 2015 for Russia starts from ~ 929 thousand rubles (basic equipment 1.8 i-VTEC 142 hp with 5 automatic transmissions). The top-end configuration of the 2015 Honda Civic hatchback is offered at a price of ~ 1 million 129 thousand rubles.
