The motor-cultivator Tarpan-03 engine is a 4-stroke one, while it allows developing power up to 6 hp, and its motor resource is within 1000 hours.

There are other modifications that are equipped with Japanese-made engines with less power (only 5.5 hp).

To transfer power to the working bodies, a worm gear is used, which has a large margin of safety compared to belt and chain drives, which prolongs the life of the Tarpan-03 motor cultivator. Its design is located inside the oil bath. But, despite all its advantages, it has only one speed.

Working width may vary depending on the attachment used. As standard, it is 750 mm. When using an additional canopy, it can be increased to 1 m. Of such equipment, the following are used:

flat cutters;
Ice breakers.

As for rotary snow blowers, they can also be used. At the same time, the distance of snow ejection can reach 5 m.
The total weight of the structure is 45 kg. Thanks to this, the control of the device is quite simple. This is also facilitated by the adjustable length and height of the handlebars.
