Where to pay traffic police fines. Traffic police fines for legal entities - what you need to know

From January 1, 2016, drivers and vehicle owners can. The main condition is that payment must be made no later than 20 days from the date of the decision. In this article:

Which fines can be paid at a discount, and which can not

The discount does not apply to all types of violations. The discount does not apply to a number of repeated violations, as well as gross violations of traffic rules (for example, drunk driving). Below is a complete list of violations that cannot be paid in the amount of half the amount of the fine:

  • repeated offenses (part 1.1 of article 12.1, parts 6 and 7 of article 12.9, part 3 of article 12.12, part 5 of article 12.15, part 3.1 of article 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation);
  • driving a vehicle by a driver who is in a state of intoxication, transferring control of a vehicle to a person who is in a state of intoxication (Articles 12.8, 12.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation);
  • a violation that resulted in the infliction of light or moderate harm to the health of the victims (Article 12.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation);
  • if the execution of the decision was delayed or delayed by a judge or bodies of the State traffic inspectorate;
  • fines of GKU "AMPP" - Moscow parking for non-payment of parking (responsibility for this offense is provided for in article 8.14 of the Administrative Code of Moscow).

In other cases, it is enough to pay only half the amount of the fine.

Payment term with 50% discount

If the discount applies to your fine, then you can pay half of its amount within 20 days from the date of the decision.

The date of issuance is the day when the traffic police decides to hold you accountable and issues a decision to impose a fine. It often happens that the camera will record your violation today, and the decision will be issued only in a week or even a month (maximum 2 months).

"From the date of the decision" means that if you find out about the fine or receive it in the mail after 21 days, the discount will no longer apply.

Here is what the law says about it:

Article 32.2. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Execution of the decision to impose an administrative fine
...
1.3. When paying an administrative fine by a person brought to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative offense under Chapter 12 of this Code, with the exception of administrative offenses under Part 1.1 of Article 12.1, Article 12.8, Parts 6 and 7 of Article 12.9, Part 3 of Article 12.12, Part 5 of Article 12.15, part 3.1 of article 12.16, articles 12.24, 12.26, part 3 of article 12.27 of the Code, no later than 20 days from the date of the decision to impose an administrative fine, an administrative fine may be paid in the amount of half the amount of the imposed administrative fine. If the execution of the decision on the imposition of an administrative fine was delayed or spread over time by the judge, body, official who issued the decision, the administrative fine shall be paid in full.

In order for OnlineGIBDD users to always have time to pay fines at a discount, we notify them free of charge by e-mail, by SMS and in the mobile application that:

  1. issued a new fine;
  2. the discount expires and must be paid;

How to pay fines in 2018

Today in Russia, according to the law "On the organization of the provision of state and municipal services", the following procedure applies:

  • The traffic police, MADI and GKU "AMPP" are obliged to immediately send data on decisions to the database of the Federal Treasury (the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments, or briefly - GIS GMP);
  • credit organizations do not have access to the traffic police database, therefore they check the presence of your fine in the GIS GMP system;
  • if there is no fine in the GIS GMP, then it will not be possible to pay it - you will have to contact the State traffic inspectorate and ask for a fine to be paid in the GIS GMP;
  • if a fine is found, the bank will have to accept your payment and send payment data to the GIS GMP;
  • after that, the traffic police must independently obtain information about the payment of the fine from the GIS GMP.

It is not at all necessary to go to the bank, fill out a receipt for payment and stand in line. Through the Online traffic police, you can pay off any fine from the traffic police, MADI, AMPP in real time.

To do this, you just need to check the fines on the page (), mark the regulations that you want to pay, go to the payment form, select a method and pay. We will send money to the traffic police, data in the GIS GMP and control the repayment of your fines. And you will receive a payment receipt by e-mail.

How to pay fines at a discount

In order for the discounted fine to be paid off correctly in all databases, it is necessary that:

  • the bank through which the payment is made immediately sent the payment data to the GIS GMP;
  • the bank has sent the correct information about the date of receipt of your payment to the GIS GMP;
  • the commission was paid in excess of the amount of the judgment.

If the discount is already ending, and the bank, when sending the data, incorrectly indicated the date of your payment, then you run the risk of remaining owed another half of the fine. You will have to deal with this later - with a traffic police inspector or a bailiff.

Some banks try to insure themselves against such technical problems and do not accept payments for fines at a discount if the client came to pay 1-3 days before the end of the discount.

When paying through the terminal, the commission can be deducted from the payment amount and then in the Treasury database you will have a debt in the amount of this commission.

When paying fines through the Online traffic police, the amount payable, taking into account the discount, is calculated automatically. You can pay off the fine with a discount on our service until 24 hours of the last 20th day of its validity.

Will the discount be retained when appealing the decision?

Only theoretically. Hardly ever. Let's explain why:

  1. Let's say the decision was made on 10/01/2016. The discount is valid only for the first 20 days, that is, until 10/20/2016 inclusive.
  2. Taking into account the work of the Russian Post, you received a letter with a resolution on 10/07/2016.
  3. A complaint against the decision was sent to the traffic police on 10.10.2016.
  4. Your appeal came to the contractor on 10/12/2016.
  5. Add 10 days to this date, during which the traffic police consider the complaint and a couple more days until you receive a response to your application.

Taking into account the terms of consideration, sending documents, filing a complaint and collecting all documents, 20 days to pay a fine at a discount will already expire. And if your complaint is not satisfied, then you will have to pay a fine of 100%.

It is important to evaluate your chances of having the order overturned and make a decision taking into account all the circumstances.

However, you can insure yourself. Pay the fine at a discount and go to appeal the decision in court. The fact of paying a fine does not mean that you agree with the conclusions of the guardians of the law. If such a fine is canceled, you can always return the money paid.

I paid on the last day, will the discount be taken into account?

Based on our experience, not all banks are able to properly process fine payments on the last day of the discount. Some credit organizations may insure themselves and not accept your payment if there are 1-3 days left before the end of the discount.

In the life of every motorist, situations are possible when you have to violate the Rules of the Road (SDA). Some drivers systematically do not comply with the established norms and requirements, others are forced, due to circumstances beyond their control.

For non-compliance with traffic rules, a monetary penalty is imposed. The amount of the fine depends on the degree of guilt and the nature of the violation.

  • a fine in the form of a twofold increase in the amount of the monetary penalty;
  • forced public works for up to 50 days;
  • a ban on crossing the border checkpoint;
  • administrative arrest for 15 days.

Some drivers mistakenly assume that the term for paying the traffic police fine is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the decision on the offense. According to the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for 2019, the period for paying a monetary penalty for violation of traffic rules has been increased to 70 calendar days from the date the decision came into effect.

A driver who has received a "letter of happiness" has 10 days to appeal against the decision on the offense.

To quickly pay the traffic police fine, you can use not only the branches of the Russian Post, which accepts such payments, but also other methods of paying monetary penalties.

Payment of fines

Internet banking is an opportunity to manage your bank accounts without leaving your home. To pay a fine for a committed offense, you need to open the page of the official website of the bank, log in and perform the necessary operation. An electronic payment receipt can be printed or saved on a computer.

However, not all financial institutions have activated the Internet banking service. You can clarify the relevant information from the employees of the contact center of the banking institution where the account is opened. When paying a fine for traffic violations, a bank commission is charged.

The amount of the commission is set by the bank that conducts this operation.

Electronic payment systems Yandex.Money, Qiwi and WebMoney are becoming more and more popular. Just a few clicks of the computer mouse, and the payment of the fine is completed on time.

Consider the algorithm for making a payment on the example of the WebMoney system:

  1. Open the page of the official website of the electronic payment system WebMoney.
  2. Log in: enter your username and password. Pass user identification using SMS notification.
  3. Open the Payments tab. Go to the subsection "Traffic fines".
  4. Set up a convenient search for the list of fines: by the unique identifier of charges, by the number of the driver's license and the data of the state registration certificate of the vehicle, by the number and date of the decision on the offense.
  5. Highlight the required line. Click the "Pay" button.
  6. Check details. Check the box next to "I agree to the terms of the agreement." Confirm the payment by clicking the "Next" button.
  7. After verification, the service generates and issues an invoice.

The payment of a monetary penalty for a committed offense is considered completed after receiving the appropriate confirmation from the system.

On the website of the traffic police

The most convenient way to pay fines is the traffic police website. To make a payment of a monetary penalty, you need to perform a few simple operations:

  • go to the website of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;
  • in the right menu, select the "Check fines" tab;
  • enter information about the vehicle: number and details of the state registration certificate;
  • in the drop-down list of fines, select the appropriate line;
  • click on the "Pay online" button;
  • set the payment method: bank card or electronic payment system;
  • create an account and pay off the debt.

Through Public Services

The Gosuslugi website was the first to provide the opportunity to pay fines to the traffic police online. However, this resource is not popular among motorists.

To activate your personal account, you will need a code, which you can get at the Rostelecom office, by regular or e-mail (if you have an electronic signature). Many drivers, not wanting to waste time on registration, refuse the services of this resource.

When making a payment, a commission of 0.5% of the amount of the money transfer is charged.

Through the terminal

Another way to pay a fine for an offense is a self-service terminal. To make a payment, you need to perform a number of simple steps:

  1. Find the Sberbank of Russia terminal.
  2. Go to the "Payments" / "Search for a recipient by TIN" directory.
  3. In the window that opens, enter the TIN of the traffic police unit (data can be taken from the payment).
  4. Click on the item "Traffic fines".
  5. Fill in information about the payer: full name, date of birth, city of residence, place of registration.
  6. Enter the payment amount if the system did not complete this step automatically.
  7. Deposit money in cash. Confirm the operation.

You can pay a monetary penalty for traffic violations in many banks in Russia. To do this, you will need to fill out a special form PD-4.

A driver who has received a decision on an offense or a person authorized by him comes to the bank, receives a PD-4 form and fills it out according to the model. Payment of a monetary penalty is carried out at the cash desk of a banking institution.

Administrative offenses are committed by citizens without causing especially large and grievous damage, as well as damage to other people. Usually this category includes ignoring the rules of the road, theft in small amounts, copyright infringement, smoking or drinking alcohol in the wrong place, and so on. If the subject was found guilty, he will have to pay an administrative fine.

Where can I pay an administrative fine

There is no consensus on where exactly you can pay a fine for an administrative offense. This is due to the fact that today the citizens of Russia have a sufficient number of alternatives to carry out such a task.

You can get rid of fines in the following places:

  • traffic police;
  • banking organizations;
  • Internet.

In the modern world, people increasingly prefer to use the Internet to make various kinds of payments, and fines are no exception. The services of financial institutions are in second place in terms of popularity.

  • Full name of the violator;
  • payer's registration address.

If the payer has a bank account, the fine can be paid by bank transfer. In such a situation, all empty columns in the order are filled in by a bank employee.

How to pay an administrative fine through Sberbank Online

The option of paying fines through the Sberbank Online application is the most popular among users, as it does not involve charging a percentage fee. To carry out this procedure, you must have a payment card issued by this bank, an installed application, as well as a receipt or a copy of the decision.

If the payer is not the owner of a Sberbank card, it can be obtained using instant issuance at any of the branches, and then connect to online banking through an ATM by entering the received ID.

How the fine is paid to the tax office through Sberbank Online (or to other departments: Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc.):

How to pay an administrative fine through the State Services

To get rid of administrative fines online and without going through any registration, you should use the official portal "Payment for Public Services".

How to pay an administrative fine according to the issued decision through the State Services:

  1. Go to website address.
  2. At the top of the panel, find the desired section.
  3. Enter search operation parameters.

After the implementation of these actions, the debt is considered liquidated. Information about this will appear in the information base within two days.

How to pay an administrative fine through an ATM

To pay administrative fines, special ATMs and terminals are often used, for example, devices belonging to Sberbank. The instructions below are the same for both terminals and ATMs.

What do we have to do:

  1. Enter the main menu of the device.
  2. Go to the "Taxes, fines, traffic police" section.
  3. Select the required department.
  4. Specify the amount of debt.
  5. Write information about the payer.
  6. Deposit money into the receiver (this happens when paying through terminals).
  7. Press the "OK" button and collect the issued receipt. If the payment was made through a Sberbank ATM, the payer will receive a message on the phone with a one-time code that must be entered in the device.

If the payer has a payment order with him, it is even easier to make a payment through an ATM:

  1. In the menu of the device, enter the section "Payments in my city".
  2. Click "Search for a recipient" - "By QR code". Search by last name is also possible, but not particularly convenient.
  3. Bring the order with a barcode to the reader.
  4. Confirm the operation.
  5. Deposit funds and complete the payment.

In practice, the last described option is not used very often.

Regardless of what administrative offense caused the fine, you still have to pay for it - this procedure is valid not only in Russia, but also in the CIS countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus). Otherwise, the violator will face even greater fines, and sometimes even penalties of a completely different kind. In order not to aggravate the implementation of the procedure by standing in queues, it is better to do everything online. So the payer will save his time and money, because on the Internet a commission for paying a fine is not charged.

Reading time: 10 minutes

Debts to the road inspection tend to accumulate. If at first it is difficult for you to allocate time to pay off a couple of receipts, then in the end, paying traffic police fines can also become a financial problem. New rules adopted in 2016 entered the fight against driver procrastination - now those who pay on time can save significantly. Without delay, we get acquainted with the rules and methods of paying off debts to the state.

In the bank

The most common way to pay traffic police fines is through. Many motorists turn to them simply out of habit. But a visit to the cash desk in itself can be regarded as a punishment and prevention of violations of the Rules of the Road. It should be noted that not all banks accept this type of payment.

You will need to have a receipt (decree) and a passport or other identification document with you. The advantages of this method include the following points:

  • Anyone can pay for you (spouse, for example);
  • a receipt of payment is issued on hand, which, without further ado, can then be shown to the inspector;
  • there is no need to enter and check the information yourself - the operator will do everything.

The disadvantages of visiting a bank are as follows:

  • usually charge a commission.
  • time is wasted for a visit and waiting in line;
  • the bank does not have information about your other fines;
  • if the resolution is lost, it will not be possible to close the debt.

When asked where it is better to pay traffic police fines without a commission, we will immediately answer that almost all financial institutions charge a commission when paying through the cash desk. Even Sberbank takes 3% of the amount paid, but not less than 30 rubles. However, many commercial banks make special offers to their customers, such as cardholders.

According to the new rules, "fresh" receipts (up to 20 days) can be redeemed with a 50% discount in the first twenty days after the violation. In which bank can I pay a traffic police fine with a discount without interest? Any bank will make a discount of the promised 50%, you just have to warn the cashier, but even those who decide to pay on time will not be able to avoid the above percentages of the commission.

Through Russian Post

The payment procedure at the Russian Post branch is practically no different from visiting a bank. A commission when paying a traffic police fine at the post office is also charged: you can find out about its size at the information stand directly in the office.

Through the Internet

Drivers who do not like to stand in lines will come to the aid of the Internet. Even if you are not a very confident user, it is better to spend time and figure it out once than to visit the bank or post office regularly.

What is the best website to pay traffic fines?

The network offers a lot of online services, but preference should be given to official sites - the traffic police or the State Services. So, at least, you will be sure that the transferred funds will arrive as intended, and payment information will not be lost.

The search for a fine and its further payment can be carried out using several details:

  • by car number or registration certificate;
  • according to the driver's license;
  • according to the number of the act issued by the traffic police inspector.

By car number in 2020, you can pay traffic police fines online if the violation was recorded using CCTV cameras. Then the car and its owner will be considered “guilty”, regardless of who was actually driving at the time of the violation.

If, at the time of the violation, you were stopped by a traffic police inspector, such fines can be paid through a bank card online by last name, first name, patronymic and date of birth. It is important that the violator himself must be the cardholder, that is, it will not work to pay someone else's debt in this way.

When you have a receipt with all the necessary details in your hands, it is convenient to pay traffic police fines for UIN.

Traffic police website

Perhaps the most convenient way to use the Russian traffic police website. The information here, as they say, is first-hand, and you can see if you have any other unpaid fines. It does not require a personal account, as in the State Services. So, we go to the site, we are looking for the service "Check fines".

We fill in the requested data - the number of the car and the registration certificate.

We enter the captcha and get the result in the form of a table, which lists all the offenses for which you need to pay the state. To pay traffic police fines, click on the link "Pay online" and select the payment method:

  • card of any bank;
  • through the QIWI payment system;
  • Yandex money;
  • through the Alfa-Click system.

Many sources claim that no commission is charged when paying on the traffic police website. But we all know perfectly well that the above systems usually charge a fee for transferring funds. It turns out that if you start paying from the page of the traffic police, the zero tariff is automatically “turned on”.

Through the traffic police website, you can not only check the payment of traffic police fines, but also correct the data online by uploading a photo of the receipt.

Let's explain what we are talking about. It happens that you have already paid the fine in another way, for example, through a bank, and then when checking on the traffic police website, it turns out that he is. This, unfortunately, happens, since information coming from the treasury about paying debts is not always entered into the traffic police database in a timely manner.

In this case, it is advisable to notify the State traffic inspectorate of the absence of debt directly. Opposite each fine there is a button "Download payment receipt". By clicking on it, you can download a photographed or scanned receipt. Thus, the information in the database will be corrected and the "hanging" will go away.

public services

Having a personal account on the State Services service is very useful, so if you have not registered there yet, we advise you to do so. And for those who already have access to services, it's time to figure out how to pay traffic police fines for driver's rights.

You need to go to the site under your password, select the service "Traffic police fines" in the "Transport and driving" section. To get information about the presence of unpaid penalties, just enter the driver's license number and car number. If there are debts to the traffic police, information about the place, time of the violation, article number and protocol number, amount will be displayed on the screen.

How to pay a traffic police fine through the State Services by the number of the decision without a commission? The order number (or receipt number, or UIN - a unique identifier for accruals) consists of 20-25 characters, and they must be entered in the appropriate field when making a payment. And then choose one of the available payment methods:

  • bank card;
  • QIWI wallet;
  • WebMoney;
  • through Yandex.Money;
  • from mobile phone balance.
  • You can simply generate and print a receipt, and then pay it at any bank. The service on the site is provided free of charge, however, the transfer of funds is made in accordance with the rules of the operator - a bank, a mobile operator or an electronic payment system. Also in the information section it is said that payment for services is made through a credit institution with the lowest commission.

    Paying through the State Services is really cheaper: you will overpay no more than 1% of the cost of the payment, or at least 10 rubles.

    Terminals and ATMs

    How to pay a traffic police fine through an ATM? Question for those who currently do not have access to the Internet. Bank terminals and ATMs are ubiquitous today, so finding them is not difficult. And if the machine is located on the territory of the bank, you can get advice from an employee.

    For payment you will need a bank card or cash and a receipt. The menu may differ in each device, but the general algorithm of actions for all types of devices is approximately the same:

    • Insert the card into the terminal and enter the PIN code.
    • In the menu that opens, find the section "Payment of administrative fines".
    • Select the desired recipient - the traffic police unit.
    • Enter the number of the decision and the amount of the fine. No personal information is required.
    • Click the "Pay" button, do not forget to take and save the payment receipt, pick up the card.

    As you can see, paying the traffic police fine by the order number through the terminal is not difficult.

    Some terminals are equipped with special readers - scanners. All you need: after activating the card, bring the receipt with the barcode to the scanner. The device reads the information and it will be displayed on the monitor.

    It is good to pay the traffic police fine using the barcode, which is located on the receipt-decree, in that errors that are possible when manually entering a long sequence of numbers are completely eliminated.

    Other online services

    On the Internet, you can find many intermediary services that draw information from the traffic police database, and then transfer your money through the same Sberbank or another payment system. Since their activity must be paid, the commission they charge for transferring funds will be more than in the same bank. Therefore, it makes no sense to turn to them for help. Another thing is the services of the payment systems themselves or Internet banking. Funds from them go directly to the budget, and payment information is quickly transmitted to the traffic police.

    How to pay a traffic police fine without a commission with a bank card online via the Internet? The most common way is to use Sberbank's Internet banking. If you are a client of another bank, you can also use its online service, just check in advance whether it pays fines.

    In your personal account, open the menu items "Payments and transfers" - "Budget payments" - "Payment of traffic police fines" in sequence. How to pay a driver's license fine? Enter his number to find information about the presence of fines, or immediately fill in the details if you have a receipt.

    We continue the payment, enter the required amount, confirm the payment. A few minutes later we receive an SMS about the withdrawal of funds. It is advisable to print or simply save a payment receipt on your computer.

    You can also pay an administrative fine by the order number online with a bank card. To do this, in the tab "Payments and transfers" you need to find the department of the Federal Treasury of your region, that is, the recipient. And then choose the type of payment - a fine, and fill in its details on the receipt, including the UIN. Further operation is no different from the previous one.

    An application for paying traffic police fines without a commission, or rather, with a minimum commission of 1%, is available in the Yandex.Money payment system. You can pay by the number of the VU or certificate of registration of the vehicle, as well as according to the data from the resolution.

    How are the most common violations paid?

    Most often, drivers violate parking rules and speed limits. Let us clarify which payment methods are preferable in these cases.

    Payment of violations

    The lack of sufficient parking is the scourge of modern megacities. Therefore, many drivers stop cars anywhere, and then collect the “harvest” of regulations. How do I pay a parking fine? If you communicated with the inspector personally, then the driver is indicated in the protocol, which means that the penalty can be easily paid according to passport data or ID number.

    In the case when the violation was recorded in absentia, and you received the decision by mail, you can find the violation in the database by the number of the car.

    In both cases, you will have a receipt with the UIN number on hand, which also facilitates the payment process. In addition, residents of Moscow can pay through a special mobile application "Moscow Parking".

    Drivers should be vigilant and law-abiding. Due to the fact that this violation falls under the new law on fines and can be paid with a fifty percent discount, cases of illegal actions on the part of inspectors have become more frequent, when decisions are issued without justification. The driver who paid for parking and still received a "letter of happiness" is faced with a choice: pay the money as soon as possible in half the amount or challenge the decision. Many choose the latter.

    How to pay a fine for speeding if the violation was detected using video recording cameras? Since the decision is issued for the vehicle, it is more convenient to pay for it by UIN or car license plate.

    Pedestrians are also road users, therefore, they can break the rules and receive a fine for this. However, all services on the websites of the traffic police or the State Services are designed for car owners or drivers. Therefore, you can pay a pedestrian fine online by the number of the traffic police decision, if any. And you can find out if you have unpaid debts only by personally visiting the local branch of the State Traffic Inspectorate.

    old debts

    Now about how to pay an overdue traffic police fine online in 2020: a receipt that has not been paid within 70 days from the date of the protocol is considered overdue.

    According to the law, in this case, the amount of debt can double, and be at least one thousand rubles. That is, if you did not pay off debts of 400 and 500 rubles on time, after 70 days each of them will turn into a thousand. In addition, the fact of non-payment is a separate administrative violation, for which they are also fined. Bailiffs hunt for non-payers, who take away property and wages.

    But situations are different, and now you have a forgotten receipt in your hands - what to do? How to pay a traffic police fine if it is overdue? Go to any of the information services mentioned above and specify the amount. If you have not received new notification letters and have not been in contact with the bailiffs, the debt can be paid in the original amount by any of the convenient methods. Save the payment receipt and after a few days make sure that the fine has disappeared from the database.

    If you received a reminder, most likely, it already contains a different amount, with accrued penalties. Then you will have to pay on a new receipt in accordance with the specified amount. The rest of the payment procedure is no different from the usual.

    The subtleties of translation

    Here we tried to answer the most frequently asked questions related to the transfer of funds from the violator's pocket in favor of the traffic police.

    How to pay less

    Recall that in 2020, it remains possible to pay only half of the due amount, provided that payment is made no later than the first twenty days after the protocol is drawn up. Thus, drivers have the opportunity to save money, the number of bad debtors decreases, and the treasury is replenished more actively.

    However, by deciding to use the bonus, the driver actually pleads guilty to the offense and loses the right to appeal. The reverse is also true: if you decide not to agree with the written protocol, you lose the right to a discount.

    At the same time, preferential rules for paying traffic police fines do not apply to violations related to the use of alcohol, drugs, accidents with victims, as well as repeated violations.

    If the offender is a legal entity

    It often happens that a company-registered car is driven by a hired driver. In cases where the violation is recorded by a video surveillance camera, the responsibility for it still falls on the shoulders of the owner.

    Payment of traffic police fines by a legal entity must be made by bank transfer from the company's account. And after settlements with the State traffic inspectorate, the employer has the right to recover from the employee the entire amount due for which the damage was caused. This right is enshrined in the Labor Code.

    However, the owner can challenge the decision if he does not want to pay for someone else's mistakes while driving. He will succeed if he proves that the driver driving the vehicle at the time of the violation used the car for personal purposes, and did not fulfill the duties assigned to him.
