The tuning version of the Ford Mustang Saleen received a modified technical equipment, updated interior trim and body design. The tuning studio will release a limited edition of the car at an approximate cost of 4,650,000 rubles, or 75 thousand dollars.
The tuned version of the Ford Mustang is offered in a body painted in three colors: a black upper part and a red lower part are shaded by a white roof and white stripes along the sides and on the hood. The color scheme of the car repeats the 1962 Mustang Boss 302 racing car.
The modified version of Ford received a five-liter V8 with a capacity of 470 horsepower - the same engine is installed in production Mustang models, but Saleen engineers equipped it with a new exhaust system and sports suspension.

The kit includes 21 pieces: a hood scoop, a carbon fiber front splitter, branded fender flares, a three-piece rear spoiler, carbon fiber side skirts, swirlers and a rear diffuser.
The wheels of the AMP-5V have received an aggressive design and three-piece 20-inch forged wheels. The inside of the rim and wheel spokes are painted matte black, the rest of the rim is painted red and is highlighted with matte black mounts, bolts and brake calipers. Ford Mustang is equipped with the best tires - providing excellent grip on the roadway.
Alphamalee made air suspension struts for a special order of the tuning studio. The optional package also includes upgraded bushings, Eibach anti-roll bars and a vertical vibration dampening kit.

Atelier Steeda Autosports showed off its upgraded version of the Ford Mustang at the Woodward Dream Cruise car show. The company's designers equipped the Mustang with an aerodynamic body kit that gave the car an aggressive look, a massive front bumper with large air intakes, voluminous front fenders, enlarged rear fenders and a stylish spoiler located on the trunk lid.
After the tuning, the Ford Mustang lost its door handles: they were replaced by an electronic door unlocking mechanism. 22-inch multi-spoke wheels are available as an option.
The Ford Mustang received a 5.8-liter supercharged V8 engine with 725 horsepower as opposed to the standard 662 horsepower. Unfortunately, the Steeda studio does not disclose the cost of the tuned version of the car.
The American company Steeda Autosports, rightly considered one of the largest specialists in the aftermarket modification of Ford production cars, has prepared a comprehensive tuning program for the new generation of Ford Mustang muscle cars. In total, three different tuning packages are available: Q350 Sport, Q450 Enforcer and Q600 StreetFighter. Each of the packages will offer a large number of additional accessories, providing ample opportunities for individualization and technical customization.
The most affordable is the $7,995 Steeda Q350 Sport package, which targets the six-cylinder Ford Mustang V6. After working on the car's suspension in detail, tuners from Steeda take on the car's 305-horsepower 3.7-liter naturally aspirated engine, for which they have prepared a new exhaust system made of stainless steel, an upgraded intake system and new calibrations of the electronic control unit. Special graphics will help personalize the coupe body, while in the cabin we will see branded floor mats, other illuminated door sill plates, a stylish aluminum short-shift gear knob and a parking brake handle.
For a fee, the Ford Mustang V6 can be equipped with a front bumper splitter ($1400), a rear spoiler ($540), a ventilated hood ($200), an Alcantara sports steering wheel ($645), aluminum pedals ($60), sports leather seats with carbon backs ($4000), anti-radar ($600), various alloy wheels, 18 or 20 inches in size ($2000-2800 including tires), new A-pillars ($400), adjustable shock absorbers ($810), sport coilovers ($1725), brake cooling system ($440), high performance front brake cooling system ($770), 356mm front brake discs ($2550), 330mm rear brake discs ($590), 356mm front brake discs with Brembo 6-piston calipers ($3650), Hawk Performance brake pads ($220) and other parts.
The second Steeda Q450 Enforcer package is addressed to the 5.0-liter 412-horsepower modification and costs $11,795. For this money, the client receives an upgraded suspension, a stainless exhaust, an improved engine cooling system, a modified intake system and a reconfigured control unit. On the outside, a front bumper apron, ventilated hood, trunk lid spoiler, 18-inch Pentar Wheels with Nitto INVO or NT05 Performance tires and special graphics appear. For decorating the interior, the same details are used as in the first tuning package.
For a fee, everything is available as the initial version of the Ford Mustang V6, plus a Boss 302 intake manifold and a reprogrammed engine control unit for $ 1,100, which will increase the output of the engine to 480 horsepower.
The third Steeda Q600 StreetFighter package will cost the owner of the 5.0-liter Mustang $22,995 and will bring with it a sports fully adjustable suspension, a 525-horsepower engine equipped with a Whipple mechanical supercharger, a stainless sports exhaust system, new ECU software and upgraded intake system. On the outside of the body with special paint we see a front splitter, a ventilated hood and a rear spoiler. The exclusivity of the “charged” muscle car is emphasized by 20-inch Spyder Wheels alloy wheels, “shod” with Nitto INVO or NT05 Performance tires.
As an option, a decorative polished supercharger cover ($500) and an additional supercharger ($1600) are available, increasing the power of the power unit to an impressive 624 horses.
The right to choose the shade of the body, as well as the colors of the interior finishing materials, is completely dependent on the tastes and preferences of the client. To further contrast with the alloy wheels, available in black, silver or chrome, the brake calipers will be offered with any paint finish. The final touch of tuning the Ford Mustang 2013 model year and at the same time a kind of indicator of its exclusivity will be the branding of the tuning studio Steeda Autosports, which can be found on the body and windshield sun-protection film, as well as in the four-seat interior of the car.
