Every winter in Moscow, the same tragedies are played out: accidents happen on Losinoostrovskaya Street involving the inhabitants of the Losiny Ostrov National Park. Why are the elk with such stubborn constancy being pulled under the wheels of city cars?

As a result of the last collision of an elk with a foreign car, only the horned culprit of the accident died. The driver of the Hyundai Sonata escaped with a fright, a broken windshield and a dent on the body of the car. Road collisions with 700-kilogram "pedestrians" do not always get such a relatively favorable outcome. Why do they even happen?

One of the versions is connected with the gastronomic preferences of moose. They love salt. And in winter they indulge themselves by licking it off the paths of the park. Fascinated by the meal, they slowly get to the roadway ... Gourmets do not encounter any obstacles along the way: for many years, the Ministry of Natural Resources has not found free funds to build a fence around Elk Island.

That's just, as they notice in the Sokolniki recreation and recreation park, where horned neighbors wander at least as often as on Losinoostrovskaya, animals had no barriers to forays into the city before, and they began to migrate actively only six or seven years ago. There, the frequent shoots of elk are explained by the lack of food supply.

It should be noted that the Moscow Ring Road divides the territory of Losiny Ostrov into two unequal parts. In Moscow, which occupies 3 thousand hectares out of 12 thousand, only 12-15 individuals live (in the regional - about 30). The problem is that these thousands of metropolitan hectares are mainly planted with birches, and moose eat aspens, willows and spruce. Each needs about 20 kg of bark and branches per day. This is told by an employee of Sokolnikov, who once worked in the forestry and landscaping department of Losiny Ostrov. “When there is nothing to eat,” he sighs, “they eat what they find. In 2010 there was a deep snow cover, so it got to the point that they began to damage the bark of mountain ash and maple. The fact that there is a shortage of forage is unequivocal.”

It is fraught not only for car owners. Loitering around the neighborhood, the elk have already visited the kindergarten, and the courtyards of residential buildings, even visited the local police station. But some people have a rather vague idea of the difference between a wild elk and a zebra in a zoo. An adult male, for example, knocks a birch with a diameter of 20 centimeters into a lung with one hoof. And he beats, by the way, not with his hind legs, but with his front ones. This is a note to those quick-witted photographers who, by analogy with a horse, are afraid to approach the moose from the rear, preferring to shine the flash directly into the eyes.

“You can’t do that under any circumstances! - warn the administration of Sokolniki. - It's extremely dangerous! We are talking about a wild animal that, sensing the slightest threat, shows aggression.” Moreover, the forest dweller is absolutely not interested in what dimensions and intentions this threat has. So, in the opinion of the moose cow mother, even a five-year-old human cub is a mortal danger for her offspring.

“Ours are calm and non-confrontational,” Alexei Sukhorukov, chief engineer of Losiny Ostrov, responds to criticism, referring to the inhabitants of the Moscow part of the park. According to him, the elk that grew up within the boundaries of the metropolis is strikingly different from wild relatives. “He is more loyal to cars, people and stressful situations,” Sukhorukov reassures, adding that in the event of an emergency in the park, “the ranger service is on duty, which has specialized equipment for immobilizing animals.” The nervous "Muscovite" is taken to the region so that he can take a break from the bustle of the city in the open.

And yet, this knowledge does not make it easier for drivers who have suffered due to an oversight of the rangers. Sukhorukov retorts that "work is underway." So, in 2011, the Ministry of Nature, which, we recall, is subordinate to Losiny Ostrov, entered into an agreement with Moscow on joint custody of the park. In the same 2011, the Moscow Department of Natural Resources loaned 300 million rubles from the budget for the improvement of the territory of the federal reserve. Part of the money, as Rosbalt was assured, was spent on fencing.

In the very near future, according to Sukhorukov, five kilometers of a fence are planned to be erected along the roads bordering the park. It is already made - it remains only to install. One “but”: experts warn that a two-meter barrier for an elk has never been and will not become a hindrance. “Of course, in a stressful situation, he can jump over a two-meter fence,” Sukhorukov agrees, “but for ours, this is more an exception than everyday practice.”

It is clear, however, that the fence will not solve the problem of calorie deficiency. Moose will not start eating grain, which the gamekeeper service feeds other inhabitants of the park, and, as before, they will not run along underground animal passes to the regional forests (they are dark, damp and noisy - only wild dogs use them). Delicious aspens are not going to be planted in Losinka (not a presentable breed). This means that the horned gluttons will either have to completely switch their attention to mountain ash, or throw their forces in search of new approaches to people.

They are attracted by the smell of gasoline

It would seem, where in Moscow, a huge metropolis, moose can appear? Citizens can often meet these imperturbable animals in the east of the capital - in the courtyard of their house, in a park or by a pond. And some especially compassionate even begin to feed the elk.

Why do moose come out to people? And why do they like to block the roadway for motorists? The MK correspondent decided to find out how these forest giants actually live, and went to the biological station in Losiny Ostrov.

The road to the island

It is not close to go to the biostation of the Losiny Ostrov park in the Moscow region from the capital. First, half an hour by train from the Yaroslavl railway station to the Perlovskaya station. Then another 15 minutes by bus. And after about 2 kilometers of walking on a bumpy road through the forest...

You don't get to visit here very often, do you? - I asked Ivan Yutkin, head of the moose biostation, who helpfully met me in the car at the final stop of the minibus.

I wouldn't say that," he smiled. - Cars are really few now. There is a complex improvement of the station. But the locals love to walk here very much - mothers with strollers, with children go every day. And as soon as we finish the reconstruction, we will take schoolchildren on an excursion to the moose. There will be more people.

While we were slowly shaking along the pits, I made out two spotted deer in the forest at the edge. As it turned out, this is a female with a baby. Spotted deer are very fond of wandering along the roadside, where there is a lot of pasture. But when they see people, they immediately run away.

But moose are completely different. Slow, cautious, they, unlike deer, prefer to wander somewhere in the thicket of the forest - where it is difficult for a person to pass. But at the same time, when confronted with people, they behave quite calmly. As long as they don't touch them. According to Yutkin, despite their apparent phlegm and sluggishness, moose are very sensitive and intelligent creatures.

Max, Dina and Lusha

Three elk cubs currently live at the biostation of the Losiny Ostrov park: male Max, female Dina (both of them are about 1 year old) and a very small Lusha (the other day she turned 4 months old).

Ivan and I arrived just in time for dinner. In a wooden feeder, similar to a boat, they had just poured porridge and put a few pieces of black bread. While we slowly approached the moose "restaurant", Max and Dina on their stilted legs already ran up to the "plate" and began to greedily devour the food.

Porridge and bread - this is for them so, top dressing, - Ivan Yutkin smiles. - They eat about 5 kg of porridge each day. The main food is twigs. We specially import branches of willow and aspen for them.

In nature, by the way, elk usually eat like that. In summer, they eat leaves and bark of willow, aspen, maple, linden, mountain ash. In spring, young shoots, birch buds are eaten with pleasure, in winter - aspen bark, as well as spruce and pine young spruce branches, which contain a large amount of vitamins.

It turns out that the lack of food is the main reason why moose are practically not kept in zoos. These animals constantly need fresh tree bark. Otherwise, they will simply die.

Where did you get these moose? I ask, while Max and Dina gradually and methodically chew their porridge and bread.

Max came to us from the Tver region, Dina - from the Narofominsky district of the Moscow region. Both were found by people. Picked up in the forest still quite small. Lusha was also found not so long ago in a forest in the Yaroslavl region.

As the huntsman explained, almost all the animals that get to the biological station are “poachers”. The mother was killed, the calf was left alone and in nature could simply die.

In the first months, babies need mother's milk, because they still do not really know how to eat or drink. Moose live with their mother for up to a year. Offspring appears in April - early May. And the next year at the same time, she drives them away to ensure the safety of other newborns. And by the age of one year, they already know everything they need to survive in nature.

So for conversations about half an hour passed, and our moose still could not move away from the feeder.

Until they eat everything, they won’t leave, - Ivan laughed. - Then they will go to the grass and lie down, they will rest.

Max and Dina, as if understanding what their mentor was talking about, waved their ears, shook their heads (apparently, they thanked for the delicious dinner) and slowly went for a walk around the station.

By the way, at the biological station itself, as well as outside it, rangers equip special feeding areas. Moose, deer and even wild boars come to feed there both in winter and in summer. Such feeders are especially in demand in winter, when there is not enough natural food in the forest. In addition, the so-called salt licks are equipped for animals in the park - wooden containers with salt cubes. Animals are very fond of salt. For them, this is a kind of mineral supplement to food - it improves digestion, regulates metabolism and water-salt balance in the body. Each cube of salt weighs about 2.5-3 kilograms, it is enough for three months.

My decrepit baby

Clean air, a pine forest interspersed with a birch grove, a river - it's hard to believe that a few kilometers from noisy Moscow can be so calm and pleasant. Ivan has been working as a huntsman at the station for seven years, and started here as a guide.

I think all gamekeepers are a bit sick people, in a good way. Such enthusiasts, fans of their work, - Ivan shrugs. - I love nature and animals. There are only three of us at the biostation now, plus the driver. But it's okay, we're doing it. Not for wages, of course, we work. By love. Anything is better than sitting in an office.

Over the years, Ivan has well studied the habits of moose, their character and habits.

Moose are smart animals. They know their names and always answer when they are called,” he explains. The example of Max and Dina confirms this.

Are moose always so friendly to people?

They are so calm because they are relatively young,” he explains. - They will grow up, will run wild, show character. They will start avoiding people, it will be impossible to approach. However, those who worked with them in childhood will always be remembered and, if necessary, they will let them in.

When Max and Dina are two years old, the moose will be released into the forest. There they will live their lives. But all the same, the huntsmen assure, periodically the animals will return to visit their "owners".

Elk is a loner, in nature only mothers with children or several one-year-old animals who are comfortable being together while they are small can live together, Yutkin continues. - In general, our moose are all a little wrong, because they are in contact with people (usually at a year and a half, a moose begins puberty - it becomes more aggressive and independent). We have one of these old pupils - the girl Malyshka. She is now 13 years old. In November, she should come to our park with her offspring. Every year it returns at the beginning of winter to the territory for the winter. And in April, he again goes free, into the wild - to give birth to babies.

Interestingly, the main sense organs of the forest giant are hearing and smell. In the forest, he may simply not see a calmly standing person. He hears human speech at a distance of up to 800 meters. And, for example, the aroma of cedar needles in the forest is felt at a distance of up to 3 kilometers.

elk drug addicts

By and large, the elk is a fairly harmless animal. He will not touch a person if he himself does not show activity.

According to Ivan, during the year in the Moscow region there are usually a couple of cases when an elk attacks a person. However, it is usually the people themselves who are to blame.

Some, when they see an elk in the forest, try to approach it, stroke it, take a photo, and even try to sit on it, says Ivan. - The animal, of course, begins to defend itself. Beats with hooves. Moreover, he can strike with any foot, and if necessary, rise to his hind legs and strike with his front hoof. So it's better not to provoke him. Let him stand quietly, eat the bark of the tree, and you move on.

The only time when the elk themselves can attack a person is autumn. From August to October, moose have a rutting period, when males are actively looking for females for breeding. And at this time they can show aggression.

From any animal, including moose, it is better not to run. If you run, the elk will catch up with you, - the huntsmen explain. - The first sign that the animal is excited and may attack is the ears pressed to the neck and the head lowered. You see such an elk - stand still, do not approach him! Keep a distance of at least 10 meters. In general, you can escape from an elk by simply hiding behind a tree.

Often, it is during the rut that moose go out onto the roads and, rushing after the female, without looking into the road, get into an accident. However, this is only one of the reasons why they are so often seen next to the roadway.

It's night outside, the road is empty. The elk went to the roadside in search of fresh food, says Ivan. - Then a car appears, the moose sees the headlights, gets scared and runs.

The most interesting thing is that, unlike the same deer, the elk will not run back into the forest. If he stands facing the car, he will rush forward out of fear, straight into the light. So the moose ends up on the hood of the car if the driver fails to dodge the collision in time.

Another reason is the desire to escape mosquitoes. The moose does not have a tail, he has nothing to brush off, so he is looking for an open place, a draft. And near the roadway, there are much fewer bloodsuckers, you know. At the same time, as it turns out, they love moose and sniff gas.

Moose are drug addicts to some extent, they like sharp, caustic smells - the smell of smoke, gasoline, - the specialist surprises me.

Why? It turns out that by breathing such odors, moose are also saved by insects that settle in their large nostrils. They also like to rub against, for example, painted fences - they beat off their natural smell so that a predator does not smell it.

In addition, moose in the park - especially in the Moscow part of Losiny Ostrov - can often be driven by stray dogs that huddle in packs and run through the forest.

In general, the moose has no clear range boundaries. By nature, he is a vagabond. According to rangers, in summer, male moose can walk about 80 km per day. Therefore, going somewhere is not a problem for them. In August 2010, there was a case when a moose cow stole into the freight depot of the Kazansky railway station in Moscow. Then the huntsmen took her from there.

Moose, even if they go into the city to residential buildings, still do not go far from the forest. Most often today, moose can be seen in the east of Moscow in the Golyanovo district (the area adjoins the Losiny Ostrov park), as well as in the area of Krasnaya Sosna Street. Usually animals go to houses in search of a variety of food. They will refresh themselves, and then return to the forest again.

MEANWHILE

According to the Losiny Ostrov park, 10–12 moose currently live in the Moscow part of the park. In the regional part - about 50 moose. In terms of food, moose in the Moscow region compete with sika deer (about 200 heads), which eat the lower tier of plants.

Photo 1 Elk standing on the side of the road. Here, of course, it is not deep darkness, when the dark body of the elk practically merges with the forest.
Photo 2 And this is approximately how this situation looks at night.
Only luminous eyes and white legs can betray the presence of an animal on the road!
Now try to imagine what you can see if it gets even darker!

The Yaroslavl region took the sad first place in the collision of cars with moose. The death of moose and severe injuries of people are unambiguous. How many such cases I do not know, but the fact itself speaks for itself.
Collisions usually occur at night on busy freeways. Moving from point A to point B, drivers enjoy the speed of their iron horse to the music and, for obvious reasons, try to cover the distance as soon as possible. At that moment, they don’t really think that someone may suddenly appear on the road, because there are no settlements nearby, and therefore there is nothing to worry about.
This is where the unthinkable happens. Moose, which have been waiting all day to cross the road, begin to move at nightfall. In the dark, it seems to the animals that they are not visible, and therefore, they become more determined, but they cannot in any way connect the headlights glowing in the distance with the rapidly approaching mortal danger. There are several bad options, developments: 1. An elk closely crosses the road in front of a fast moving car. The driver does not have time to react, the elk does not have time to cross the track.2. An elk stands on the side of the road, waiting for an attempt to cross the track. The driver of the approaching car is usually in control. Most likely, there are passengers in the cabin with whom he communicates, music plays, and no one sees a standing beast in the dark. No one pays attention even to the eyes that sparkle in the beam of headlights. And the elk, an unpredictable animal, and now, when a vehicle approaches, it suddenly steps onto the road. The driver has no time to do anything.3. The elk was crossing the road and, at the sight of passing cars, in confusion, suddenly falls into a stupor and stops. The driver of one of the cars, having signaled to the animal, decides not to slow down to go around it. And then the moose, frightened, rushes under the car.
It makes no sense to say that in all cases, the elk has no chance of survival.
The driver has, but not much. His car too.
How to avoid such an accident? First of all, you don’t need to chase, especially in the dark. Secondly, you need to be more careful, especially when the track goes through the forest. that is, slow down. If you see glowing eyes on the road, also slow down. And most importantly, turn on your brains, and not drive, as in the other world. You will always have time to get there. Further, using the example of photographs, I want to show how moose behave when crossing the road. Photo 3 The moose went out onto the road.
Never risk driving past an animal at speed, it is best to wait until it hides in the forest. Because it is not known how the animal will behave further.

Photo 4 A moment, and the elk, calmly standing on the side of the road, rushes onto the road.
If now the speed of your car is more than 60 km / h, then you have no chance of avoiding a collision!

Photo 5 If you suddenly see an elk on the road, do not honk, slow down and let the animal go.
By the way, moose do not like the sound of a horn.

I would like to hope that my post will help open your eyes to the problem and save at least a few human and elk lives. Otherwise, why write. I suggest everyone to repost it, as well as yesterday's topic about moose. Thank you in advance!
Take care of them and yourself!
Happy journey!

The following article is very instructive and at the same time scary for those who have ever found themselves in a similar situation. But unlike many thousands of motorists who were not lucky enough to escape the consequences after encountering large animals on the road, the hero of our first video knew what to do.

In the description of the video, the situation appears in this light: the driver was driving along a winter deserted Canadian road, when he suddenly saw a cluster of moose ahead, they were standing in the middle of the road and did not pay any attention to the approaching car. The driver makes the right decision and starts braking. Unfortunately for him, the tires on the snowy road have practically nothing to catch on, and they begin to slip. And at the moment when only a few tens of meters remain before the elk, the motorist makes the second extremely important rational action, which ultimately helped him avoid a collision, he releases the brake pedal and begins to maneuver on a slippery surface in an attempt to avoid a collision with large artiodactyl mammals.

It is important to know:

The weight of these animals is approximately equal to 380-700 kg. A collision with such a carcass, even at low speed, can seriously damage the car. At 60 km / h and above, from the impact, moose fly up to the level of the windshield and easily demolish half the roof of the car or worse, fly into the cabin through the front glass.

The Canadian managed to slip between two galloping moose without hitting either of them.

Someone will say lucky, but in fact there is a minimum of luck here, the person kept his composure.

What to do to avoid a collision with a large animal?

These simple tips will minimize the risk of elk and deer on the road:

1. When passing through forest areas, carefully follow the signs. Sign 1.27 "Wild Animals" should automatically sharpen your attention. Be especially careful in the fall, during the periods of rut, from mid-August to October.

2. Reduce speed. The second important tip, do not exceed the speed limit. It is even better to drive a little slower than the legal maximum speed.

3. In addition, even if there are no signs, and your path lies in the forest, it is impossible to exclude a meeting with a large horned animal. Sign 1.27 is placed only in places where elks, deer, wild boars and other wild animals often appear.

4. Moose are most active at dawn, as well as at the end of the day, after sunset. Also keep this in mind. Did you see a suspicious stir in the bushes on your way in front of the car? Be prepared for the fact that it could be an elk and it can run out onto the road at any moment. Slow down and prepare for retaliation.

5. If you see a running elk on the road ahead, slowly start to slow down. Wild animals are unpredictable, it is better to stay away from them. If there are no cars on the road, and the elk does not leave the road, try honking it. This should scare him off. True, here no one can guarantee that he will not perceive the sound of a horn as a challenge and will not jump straight at the car.

6. The biggest danger is represented by large ones running out to cut the car. It is extremely difficult to react and correctly maneuver at such moments.

One of the rules for avoiding animals that suddenly appeared on the road is to try to go around them from behind. The instinct and fear almost always drive the animal forward, so if you see an elk, roe deer, or deer running across the path, having previously reduced the speed as much as possible and tracking the trajectory of the wild animal, direct the car in the opposite direction from the direction of the runner, if the traffic situation allows it and not oncoming or passing vehicles that you can crash into. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the accident.

If nevertheless the elk is shot down. What to do?

After making sure that there are no victims except for the car and the elk, call the traffic police. If people are injured, call an ambulance or warn the traffic police that there are victims.

Warn employees that a wild animal has been hit on the road. According to the law, employees of the State traffic inspectorate will have to come with the Okhotinspektor and fix the fact that an accident has occurred and the animal has suffered an accident. If the animal was shot down, it does not matter, in the zone of action of the sign 1.27, or in any other place, the driver will be fined.

Civil Code of the Russian Federation Article 1079. Liability for harm caused by activities that create an increased danger to others

Legal entities and citizens whose activities are associated with increased danger to others (use of vehicles, mechanisms, high-voltage electrical energy, nuclear energy, explosives, potent poisons, etc.; construction and other related activities, etc. .), are obliged to compensate for the harm caused by a source of increased danger, unless they prove that the harm arose as a result of force majeure or the intent of the victim. The owner of a source of increased danger may be released by the court from liability in full or in part also on the grounds provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 1083 of this Code.

According to the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources “On approval of the methodology for calculating the amount of damage caused to hunting resources”, 40,000 rubles will have to be paid for a moose. With official registration with a call from the traffic police, a collision with an animal will be qualified as an insured event, so the car owner will cover the compensation to the state with a CMTPL payment.

The full list of prices for a killed animal is compiled by the Ministry of Natural Resources:

It is important to know:

I. If you do not file an accident, you can get in big trouble. This is leaving the scene of an accident, Article 12.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation - entails deprivation of the right to drive transport vehicles for a term of one to one and a half years or administrative arrest for a term of up to fifteen days.

II. Even if the elk was not badly hurt and ran back into the forest, you need to document the fact of an accident. Even if you have CASCO, but the car was seriously damaged, you most likely will not see the insurance payment if you do not call traffic police officers to file an accident. In this case, it will not be necessary to compensate for the damage to the hunting economy, since the main evidence, the elk, rushed off in an unknown direction and the huntsmen will obviously not be able to assess its damage.

III. A seriously broken car will attract the attention of employees at traffic police posts, and if you decide to take the meat of a butchered dead animal with you and this evidence is found in the car, this act will qualify as illegal hunting, article 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Sanctions for this are severe shall be punishable by a fine in the amount up to 200 thousand roubles, or in the amount of the wage or salary, or any other income of the convicted person for a period up to 18 months, or by compulsory works for a term of up to 480 hours, or by corrective labor for a term of up to two years, or by arrest for a term of up to six months.

The release of animals on the roads is a big problem. Meetings with them turn into unpleasant consequences, because structurally cars are very vulnerable to elk. Since the beginning of summer, more than 15 moose have been shot down in Rybinsk, in some cases the animals have died, and the cars have been seriously damaged. Why do moose take to the road and how to protect yourself and loved ones when meeting a wild animal?

Why do moose take to the roads?

Often, it is during the rut that moose go out onto the roads and, rushing after the female, without looking into the road, get into an accident. However, this is only one of the reasons why they are so often seen next to the roadway. Another reason is the desire to escape mosquitoes. The moose does not have a tail, he has nothing to brush off, so he is looking for an open place, a draft. And there are much fewer bloodsuckers near the roadway. In addition, moose are attracted to sharp, pungent odors - the smell of smoke, gasoline. Breathing in such odors, moose are also saved by insects that settle in their large nostrils. They also like to rub against, for example, painted fences - they beat off their natural smell so that a predator does not smell it.

What is the danger of meeting with a moose?

An encounter with an elk is dangerous for a simple reason. The weight of an adult is approximately 500 kg, and the height at the withers exceeds 2.3 meters with very long legs. The massive body rises above the ground by about 1.3 meters. And this means that the body is above all the protective zones of the car, that is, above the bumpers and collapsible structures of the front end, which help absorb the impact energy in the event of ordinary accidents. When hit, the legs of the animal are cut off by the bumper, like a guillotine, and half a ton of live weight flies right into the windshield. From the school physics course, we remember that when calculating the impact energy, the square of the velocity is taken. Thus, even a difference of 10 km/h becomes significant.

What to do if the moose still got in the way?

It is very difficult to see an elk at night. Gray wool absorbs headlights, and the whole animal becomes visible just 40-50 meters away. It takes another second to make a decision. And often a person starts braking 30-20 meters before an obstacle. At this moment, the main thing is not to panic - and hit the brakes, reducing the speed to a minimum. This will help to safely bring down the moose.

What to do to avoid an accident with a moose

* Observe the speed limit and follow the posted signs.

* Be extremely careful, especially at night and in conditions of poor visibility.

* If you notice any movement in the bushes on the side of the road, slow down and be careful.

* If an elk ran into the road, then do not try to quickly slip in front of him. Reduce speed to a minimum and if the animal is not going to leave, stop.

* Do not honk, do not blink your headlights at him, the moose may take this as a challenge and attack you.

* If the width of the road allows, try to carefully go around him from behind.

* If the road is narrow, it is better not to try to go around the animal, but try to reverse or turn around and drive away.

What to do if you hit a moose on the road

* First of all, as in the case of any accident, make sure that neither you nor the passengers were injured.

* If there are casualties, an ambulance should be called.

* Report the accident to the traffic police. If you have a comprehensive insurance policy and the car is seriously damaged, then you will not be able to receive a payment without calling the traffic police. But there is a point here - a fine for a downed animal, if the collision occurred in the zone of action of the sign 1.27. This is evidenced by the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated December 8, 2011 No. 948 "On approval of the methodology for calculating the amount of damage caused to hunting resources." For hitting a wild boar or a wild reindeer, a fine of 15,000 rubles is provided. For a downed elk 40,000 rubles, and for a bison or bison - 90,000 rubles. In general, it's pretty decent. But if you are sure that there was no sign 1.27, then all this may well be challenged in court.

And it’s not even a matter of a fine, in itself, killing or injuring an animal is very unpleasant, and then any normal person will be tormented by conscience.
