There are only two complete sets, and their content (as well as prices) does not depend on the brand. But in addition, you can choose the length of the body: the standard version has 4959 mm from nose to tail, and the extended version has 5309 mm. Accordingly, the volume of the luggage compartment behind the third row of seats, when measured from the floor to the top of the backs, is 603 or 989 liters.
The basic equipment, which Peugeot calls Active, and Citroen calls Feel, includes a good set of equipment. There are four airbags, ESP, climate control with separate air conditioning for the rear, heated front seats, an audio system, power and heated mirrors, cruise control. There are sliding doors on both sides, there are eight seats in the cabin, that is, three passengers are located on the second and third rows.
The Business VIP/Business Lounge version is more suitable for the role of a business van. Such cars have two separate seats in the second row, improved soundproofing, leather upholstery, a media system, a rear-view camera, xenon headlights, an engine start button, electric sliding doors, alloy wheels and much more. However, almost all of this can be ordered separately for the basic configuration - of course, for a surcharge.
In addition, all cars for the Russian market have a reinforced suspension (175 mm ground clearance), engine protection and heater, a full-size spare tire and an ERA-GLONASS emergency warning system.
Among competitors, only the Hyundai H-1 is cheaper, which costs from 1 million 954 thousand rubles. Prices for Volkswagen Transporter Kombi minibuses start at 2 million 13 thousand rubles, and Mercedes Vito Tourer cannot be bought for less than 2 million 212 thousand, and both German models in the basic version have a very simple interior trim. There is also a Ford Tourneo Custom, but it costs at least 2 million 286 thousand rubles.
At the stands of the international auto show in Geneva, held in March 2016, celebrated the official premiere of the Peugeot Traveler minivan (which first appeared before the public in December 2015).
The car, which became the fruit of joint cooperation between the PSA and Toyota Motor concerns, “perched” on the EMP2 modular platform, tried on the brand’s current “family outfit” and received a line of modern diesel engines.

Depending on the modification, the interior of the minivan is designed to carry from five to nine people, and in the "top" version (called "VIP"), four separate leather seats are installed for passengers.
In addition, the car is able to take on board from 1 to 1.2 tons of cargo, and the capacity of its cargo compartment varies from 550 to 4200 liters.
Specifications. For the European market, Peugeot Traveler is equipped with modern BlueHDi diesel engines that meet Euro-4 environmental standards - these are turbocharged fours with a 16-valve timing and a Common Rail fuel supply system.
- The first option is a 1.6-liter engine (1560 cubic centimeters), offered in two boost options: 95 “mares” at 3750 rpm and 210 Nm of peak thrust at 1750 rpm or 115 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque at similar speeds .
- in the "junior" version, the unit is combined with a 5-speed "mechanics" or a 6-speed "robot",
- and in the "senior" - only with a "manual" six-speed gearbox.
- More productive machines are equipped with a 2.0-liter (1977 cubic centimeters) engine, which is also provided in two levels of "pumping": 150 "horses" at 4000 rpm and 370 Nm of torque at 2000 rpm, or 180 forces at 3750 rpm /minute and 400 Nm at 2000 rpm. Together with them, 6-speed transmissions work:
- in the first case "mechanics",
- and in the second - "automatic".
Peugeot Traveler accelerates from zero to the first "hundred" in 11-15.9 seconds, the peak of its capabilities falls at 145-170 km/h, and fuel consumption, depending on the modification, ranges from 5.2 to 5.8 liters in a combined cycle for every 100 km run.
At the heart of the Traveler is the EMP2 front-wheel drive platform with independent undercarriage front and rear - the classic McPherson-type architecture and spring-lever design, respectively.
By default, the minivan “flaunts” a rack and pinion steering system with an electric booster, and all its wheels demonstrate disc braking systems (with ventilation in the front), complemented by a set of current electronic “assistants”.
Options and prices. Unlike the countries of the Old World, the Peugeot Traveler is brought to the Russian market only with a 150 horsepower HDi diesel engine, in versions with a standard or extended body and in two trim levels - Active and Business VIP.
