2 Purpose and description of equipment

2.1 Purpose of equipment

Backhoe loader EO-2626.DT, EO-2626.DT.1, EO-2626.DT.2(Fig.1, 4) is intended for earthworks in soils of categories I-IV. It is allowed to use an excavator on frozen soils after preliminary loosening of the soil. The front-mounted loading equipment (Fig. 2, 4) is intended for excavation (on soils of categories I-II) and loading and unloading operations of a small volume, transportation of bulk materials over short distances, site planning, filling trenches with bulk soil, raking construction waste.


Backhoe loader EO-2621.DT, EO-2621. DT.1, EO-2621.DT.2 designed for earthworks in soils of I-IV categories. It is allowed to use an excavator on frozen soils after preliminary loosening of the soil. Front Mounted Blade (EO-2621.DT) and a swivel blade ( EO-2621.DT.1) (Fig. 5, 6), designed to perform earthworks (on soils of categories I-II) of small volume, site planning, filling trenches with bulk soil, raking construction waste, etc.

The equipment is designed for operation at temperatures from minus 40 to plus 40°C.

Brief technical characteristics of the backhoe loader are shown in Table 1.

2.2 Equipment description

EO-2626.DT

The loading equipment includes: portal 1, 2, boom 3, transition links 4, 5, boom rods 6, bucket rods 7, lever 8, interchangeable tool 9, boom hydraulic cylinders 10, bucket cylinders 11, high pressure tubes and sleeves 12 ( Fig. 2).

The excavator equipment includes: frame 1, swivel support 2, trunnion hydraulic cylinders 3, outriggers 4, outrigger control hydraulic cylinders 5, boom 6, boom control hydraulic cylinder 7, handle 8, handle control hydraulic cylinder 9, levers 10, traction 11, replaceable tool 12 , a hydraulic cylinder for controlling a replaceable tool 13, a hydraulic tank 14, a battery box 15, a distributor for controlling organs 16, a gear pump 17, high-pressure tubes and hoses 18 (Fig. 3).

EO-2626.DT.1 consists of a Belarus base tractor, excavator equipment - 2, loading equipment - 3 (see Fig. 1).

EO-2626.DT(see fig. 2), except for the interchangeable tool pos. 9, replaced by a universal bucket (jaw) pos. 9 (see fig. 4).

EO-2626.DT.2 consists of a basic Belarus tractor, excavator equipment with a shifting digging axis - 2, loading equipment - 3 (see Fig. 7).

EO-2621.DT And EO-2621.DT.1 consist of a basic Belarus tractor, excavator equipment - 2, grader equipment - 3 (see Fig. 1).

As part of the grader equipment ( EO-2621.DT) includes: spars 1, 2, blade 3, hydraulic cylinder 4, high pressure hose 5 (Fig. 5).

The excavator equipment includes all elements EO-2626.DT(See Fig. 3).


As part of the grader equipment with hydraulic rotation ( EO-2621.DT.1) includes: spars 1, 2, blade 3, lifting hydraulic cylinder 4, turning hydraulic cylinder 5, high pressure hose 6, linkage mechanism 7, frame 8 (Fig. 6).

3 INTENDED USE

3.1 Operating restrictions

It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment with dismantled or faulty components and parts.

The manufacturer is not responsible for the safe operation and operability of the equipment in the event that the consumer changes the design of the equipment, replaces components that do not meet the requirements for them, opens the seals and self-regulates the hydraulic elements.

When operating the equipment, all requirements for maintenance, storage and transportation must be fully complied with.

3.2 General precautions

The operator operating the equipment must carefully study this manual, be trained in the operation of the equipment, obtain an appropriate certificate and undergo a safety briefing in the prescribed manner.

The operator operating the equipment must strictly comply with all safety requirements specified in this manual and in the Belarus Tractor Operation Manual.

Do not inflate tires without pressure control.

Work in the dark or in conditions of insufficient visibility should be carried out only with the working lighting turned on.

It is forbidden to carry out inspection, repair, or other work while under the raised working bodies (boom, or excavator bucket or front linkage). If it is necessary to perform such work, the working bodies must be lowered to the ground or securely fixed in stands. The tractor must be braked and the engine stopped.

It is forbidden to stay in the cabin of unauthorized persons during the operation of the excavator.

When the excavator is running, the presence of strangers closer than 10 m from the tractor is prohibited.

Perform work in the area of ​​overhead power lines only in accordance with the documents "Rules for the protection of electrical networks voltage over 1000V", "Safety regulations for the operation of consumer electrical installations", GOST 12.1.051-90 and other regulatory documents in force in this area.

Carry out work in the protected zone of underground cables, water pipes, gas pipelines, etc., only if there is a permit for these works.

Rated payloads and capacities are based on firm and level ground.

It is forbidden to work on the cliffs and peaks of the soil.

It is forbidden to use the levers or the steering wheel as supports when entering the cab.

It is forbidden to work on the equipment with dents on the hydraulic system pipelines or with damaged high-pressure hoses.

3.3 Precautions in preparation for use

It is necessary to prepare the base tractor for use in accordance with the document "Belarus Tractor Operation Manual".

It is necessary to carefully study all the inscriptions and plates on the equipment.

Checking the level and filling the working fluid in the tank of the tractor's hydraulic system should be carried out only with the hydraulic cylinders of the front mounted equipment fully retracted.

It is necessary to inspect and remove all foreign objects from the equipment.

3.4 Safety measures for the operation of the equipment

Before starting the engine, make sure the gearshift lever is in the neutral position.

It is not allowed to leave the excavator with the engine running without supervision.

During breaks in work, measures must be taken to prevent tipping due to ground deformation or landslides.

Loading cargo or unloading soil into the vehicle must be done from the side or rear. Carrying the bucket over the vehicle cab is prohibited.

Engage the equipment control levers only while sitting on the seat of the base tractor.

The tractor PTO must be switched off during transport crossings.

During transport crossings, the front and rear attachments must be set to the transport position and secured.

Raise the outriggers to the transport position only after lifting the boom to the transport position and turning the handle towards the boom.

Work on soils with a slope close to the maximum allowable (about 5 °) should be carried out at medium overhangs of loading and excavating equipment.

Work with excavator equipment on soft soils should be carried out using additional platforms under the outrigger supports and under the bucket (dump) of the front attachment.

To prevent the tractor from tipping over prohibited:

Carry out loading and unloading operations on sites with a slope of more than 5 °;

· when working with the loader boom raised to the maximum, perform sharp braking, make sharp turns or abrupt engagement of the clutch;

drive at a speed of more than 5 km/h on roads with a side slope, large bumps or sharp turns

· lift a load of more than 500 kg with an excavator bucket and more than 900 kg with a loader bucket;

· excavate soil from under the outriggers.

If the engine stops, to lower the work equipment, you must:

Move the control lever of the front attachment to the position " FLOATING»;

Move the excavator equipment control lever to the position "LOWING".

The development of pits and trenches with vertical walls in soils of natural moisture (in the absence of groundwater) should be carried out to a depth of not more than:

1m in sandy soils;

· 1.25m in sandy loam;

1.5m in clays and loams;

· 2m in especially dense soils.

The development of pits and trenches to depths greater than those indicated should be carried out with slopes.

3.5 Preparing equipment for operation

3.5.1 Commissioning the equipment

When sending the equipment from the manufacturer, some parts and assembly units of the equipment and the base tractor are dismantled for ease of transportation. These parts and assembly units must be installed in place. The list of parts and assembly units is given in the packing list.

It is also necessary to make an external inspection of all threaded connections of the equipment, tighten if necessary.

3.5.2 Preparing the basic tractor for work

Preparation of the base tractor for work is carried out in accordance with the document "Belarus Tractor Operation Manual".

Before starting operation, the distance from the end of the axle shaft to butt install the hubs of the left rear wheel in the same way as the right wheel, i.e. colasa must be installed symmetrically.

3.5.3 Preparation of excavator equipment for work

Lubricate the excavator according to the lubrication chart. Check the level of working fluid in the excavator hydraulic system tank.

3.5.4 Preparing the front attachment for work

Carry out an external inspection and eliminate the detected malfunctions.

Lubricate attachments according to the lubrication chart. Check the level of working fluid in the tank of the tractor's hydraulic system. Check the level of the working fluid with the hydraulic cylinders fully retracted.

3.5.5 Equipment run-in

The running-in of the base tractor is carried out in accordance with the document “Belarus Tractor Operation Manual” (section “Tractor Running-in”).

After running in the base tractor, it is necessary to perform maintenance after the running in (after 30 hours) in accordance with the document "Belarus tractor operation manual" (section "Tractor running in").

The running-in of the excavator is carried out in two stages:

movement of all hydraulic cylinders for 30 minutes at idle engine speed;

· operation of the excavator at medium load (filling the bucket no more than 50%) for 30 hours (5 shifts) at medium engine speeds.

movement of all hydraulic cylinders for 20 minutes at idle engine speed;

· operation of a bulldozer-loader at an average load (filling the bucket no more than 50%) for 30 hours (5 shifts) at medium engine speeds.

Break-in of the blade is not performed.

Running-in of the swivel blade is not performed.

After running in, it is necessary to inspect the equipment externally and eliminate the detected problems.

After running in, it is necessary to make the first replacement of the filter element of the hydraulic system of the excavator.

3.6 Use of equipment

Engine starting:

An ETO must be performed before starting the engine.

Prepare and start the engine in accordance with the document "Belarus Tractor Operation Manual".

3.6.1 Using the excavator:

When operating the excavator, it is necessary to strictly comply with all the requirements of the safety measures specified in this manual.

Before starting work, it is necessary to make sure that there is a working fluid in the hydraulic tank of the excavator and the multiplier of the hydraulic pump PD-3/36E18. Switch on the tractor PTO drive at 1000 rpm if the machine is equipped with an NSh-71L hydraulic pump, and at 540 rpm if the machine is equipped with a PD-3/36E18 hydraulic pump. (Switching the PTO, see the operation manual Belarus).

When operating in the spring-summer period, use MGE-46V oil. When operating in the autumn-winter period, use VMGZ oil.

When the pointer of the vacuum gauge of the filter of the hydraulic system of the excavator is in the red zone, it is necessary to replace the filter element.

Before moving the excavator boom or arm, it is necessary to lower the excavator outriggers and the bucket or blade of the front attachment to the ground, remove the column locking pin in the transport position, and unlock the boom locking mechanism in the transport position.

Check the operation of the excavator at idle engine speed by moving the cylinders.

When the excavator is operating, the bucket must be installed so that there is no friction of the back wall against the ground, and at the same time, it is necessary to ensure a minimum digging angle.

To reduce cycle time and increase productivity, it is necessary to combine the working movements of the hydraulic cylinders. It is recommended to avoid moving the hydraulic cylinder rods to full stroke, as this will lead to frequent activation of the safety valve.

It is not allowed to combine the process of digging and turning the column.

After completing the work, it is necessary to install the excavator equipment in the transport position and turn off the PTO drive.

When working on clays and loams, it is necessary to clean the bucket, avoiding its heavy contamination.

To transfer the excavator equipment EO-2626.DT, EO-2626.DT.1, EO-2621.DT, EO-2621.DT.1 to the transport position, it is necessary:

To transfer the excavator equipment EO-2626.DT.2 to the transport position, it is necessary:

move the carriage to the left (in the direction of travel);

fold the boom and handle and turn the column so that the bucket is on the right (in the direction of travel);

fold the bucket under the handle (pull out the bucket hydraulic cylinder rod);

fix the column in the transport position with a finger;

fix the boom in the transport position with a lock;

Raise the front attachment to the transport position;

Raise outriggers to transport position.

3.6.2 Using the loader

When operating the loader, it is necessary to strictly comply with all the requirements of the safety measures specified in this operation manual.

Before starting operation, it is necessary to check the operation of the loader at idle engine speed, performing cylinder movements.

When working with a loader, the excavator equipment must be in the transport position.

When using a loader with a bucket, place the bucket horizontally on the ground and fill the bucket while driving the tractor forward. After filling the bucket, it is necessary to turn the bucket up and raise the boom to a height that ensures the passage of the bucket above the vehicle body, taking into account the turn during unloading, drive up and unload the bucket.

To reduce cycle time and increase productivity, it is necessary to combine the working movements of the tractor and the bulldozer-loader:

moving the tractor forward and turning the bucket up;

Tractor moving back and boom lifting.

When using a loader with a bucket for loading and unloading operations, the inclusion of a forced drive of the front axle of the tractor is prohibited.

When using a loader with a blade, it is necessary to set the optimal cutting angle, and when the tractor moves forward, implement the blade into the soil, increase the soil volume and move it with continuous cutting of the soil.

3.6.3 Blade use

When working with the blade, the excavator equipment must be in the transport position.

When using the blade, it is necessary to lower the blade, and when the tractor moves forward, implement the blade into the ground, increase the volume of the soil and move it with continuous undercutting of the soil.

4 MAINTENANCE

4.1 General instructions

Carrying out maintenance is aimed at ensuring reliable and durable operation of the equipment.

Before all types of maintenance, except for daily maintenance, the equipment must be cleaned of contamination.

Before performing the lubrication operation, the lubricators, as well as the surfaces located next to the lubricated element, must be cleaned.

A clean, level area of ​​approximately 30 m² must be prepared for maintenance.

Collection and disposal of waste fluid is carried out in accordance with GOST 21046.

Refueling of the excavator with working fluid must be carried out in a closed way and ensuring the filtration fineness is not more than 10 microns.

4.2 Security measures

When carrying out maintenance, the tractor must be set to the handbrake, shoes are placed under the wheels, the engine is turned off.

It is forbidden to carry out inspection, repair and other work with raised working bodies (boom, or excavator bucket or front linkage). If it is necessary to perform such work, the working bodies must be lowered to the ground or installed on stands.

All movements by the working body, including when checking the settings of the safety valves, should be carried out only from the tractor cab.

When dismantling the hydraulic systems of the equipment (for example, to install a pressure gauge), you must make sure that there is no pressure in the hydraulic system, for which you need to turn off the PTO or tractor hydraulic pump, lower all working bodies to the ground and move all control levers.

4.3 Maintenance intervals

For the convenience of carrying out maintenance of the equipment, it is combined with the maintenance of the base tractor.

6 TRANSPORTATION

5.1. Transfer to the place of work

Moving to the place of work on your own is recommended only for short distances.

When moving, the equipment must be transferred to the transport position.

Fixation of the rotary support, carriage and boom in the transport position should be carried out at any crossings outside the working site.

It is forbidden to drive at a speed of more than 5 km / h on roads with a side slope of large bumps or sharp turns.

The equipment is transported by any means of transport.

During transportation by rail, you must:

· The floor of the platform and all fasteners must be free of dirt, snow or ice. In winter, sprinkle the floor of the platform and supporting surfaces with a layer (1-2 mm) of sand.

· Place all parts removed from the equipment and tractor for the period of transportation, together with operational and shipping documentation, into the tractor cab.

· Place the cab and ignition keys in the tractor's tool box.

· The bars and pads used to restrict movement must be nailed to the floor of the platform with 2 nails with a diameter of at least 4mm, and the bars installed in front of the front and rear wheels must be nailed to the floor of the platform with 6 nails.

· Each backhoe loader must be secured against longitudinal and transverse movement with 4 stretch marks made of soft (thermally annealed) wire according to GOST 3282 with a diameter of 4 mm in three threads. Arrange the braces in such a way that the angle between the bracing and its projection onto the platform floor, as well as the angle between the projection of the bracing onto the platform floor and the longitudinal axis of the platform does not exceed 45°.

· Fasten the front extensions to the wheel disks at one end, and the side rack-mount brackets of the platform with the other.

7 STORAGE RULES

7.1 General

Storage of the base tractor must be carried out in accordance with the Belarus Tractor Operation Manual, section Tractor Storage Rules.

Equipment can be subjected to short-term storage (from 10 days to 2 months) or long-term storage (more than 2 months). The equipment must be stored indoors or under a canopy. The maximum period of storage of equipment indoors is 1 year, under a canopy - 9 months.

7.2 Preparing for short-term storage
