Chevrolet Camaro: the dream of millions. Fifth Generation Chevrolet Camaro Road Behavior

Chevrolet Camaro: the dream of millions. Fifth Generation Chevrolet Camaro Road Behavior

May 16, 2015 will introduce the world to the new sixth generation Camaro. The new model will embody all five previous generations, on which great designers and engineers worked. About the model, but no one in the world can deny that the Chevrolet Camaro has always been an affordable sports car that has been popular for many years not only in the US, but in many parts of the world. This car has always been a rival to the Ford Mustang, which was updated last year and which is waiting for how Chevy will respond.

First generation Camaro - 1967-1969

Of course, no one will say better about the car than the one who owns it. For example, the first generation Camaro (1969 release) is owned by company vice president Ed Welburn. According to him, the sports car should not have been a success, since the design of the first car was not outstanding, and the architecture of the sports car was based on existing technologies that were used in the production of other Chevrolet models. Also, the introduction of a sports coupe to the market was somewhat premature, since the demand for this class of cars had not yet acquired the necessary dynamics at that time.

However, the first generation of the Camaro had in its design a particle of the original classic, which at all times will be appreciated by all car enthusiasts in the world. Compared to other sports cars of the time, which were more massive in size, the first generation Chevrolet Camaro looked much more modest. But thanks to this difference and some classic body elements, the car differed from its competitors in originality and originality. The thing is that, despite the architecture of the first generation, which was used on some models of the company, the design and style elements were original. Thanks to the individual design, which was not like any other model, the Camaro was loved all over the world.

Second generation Camaro - 1970-81

Chevrolet design chief executive Ken Parkinson said the second-generation Camaro was based on a new architecture that gave freedom to designers and engineers. Almost the second model was created from scratch. Thanks to the wise approach in creating the second generation, it was possible to make a truly amazing car.

Under the influence of the European of that time, Chevrolet really managed to create an American sports car with an aggressive design that was unlike any other model that existed at that time.

Unfortunately, many confuse the second generation with the first. But in fact, in spirit, these are two completely different cars. Thanks to the success of the model, the project has been developing for 12 years.

Third generation Camaro - 1982-92

The third generation was a radical departure from previous models. According to Chevrolet's chief design officer, John Cafaro, the third generation will forever remain a cultural symbol of the 80s. The thing is that this model was embodied all the fashionable of the time. The third generation of the Camaro made a significant departure from the previous generations, which were certainly influenced by European Grand Touring cars.

The new generation was a purely American car with a unique and, which was created without outside influence. True, despite the aggressive appearance, many experts at that time considered that the front of the car did not come out very well (due to the too curved front of the car). But in fact, this appearance of the front of the car was created not for aggressive design, but to increase the downforce of a sports car.

Fourth generation Camaro - 1993-2002

Starting with the fourth generation Camaro, the company has taken the path of evolutionary design. Chevrolet's exterior design manager said that those who own a 1993 Camaro Z28 these days still look modern and exclusive on the road. And this, despite the fact that more than 20 years have passed since the fourth generation model first appeared on the market.

20 years later, people are turning their attention to the 1993 Camaro. This is made possible by a body design with smooth corners. When Chevrolet took the car to the world market, it was a car with a provocative exterior, with an unusually aggressive appearance, which had improved aerodynamic characteristics. Particularly striking in the design of the Camaro Z28 is the low front of the car, while the rear of the car looked much higher due to the spoiler, which created a movement effect in the style. That is why, after many years, the car still looks modern.

Fifth generation Camaro - 2010-2015

Unfortunately, from 2002 to 2010, the Camaro model was not produced. But in 2010, Chevrolet brings to market. Chevrolet design director Tom Peters, who currently owns a 1969 Camaro, said the designers used the first generation model as inspiration when developing the fifth-generation Camaro. The new fifth generation has become something more than just a model update for developers. The company's management believed that. But in fact, everything turned out to be quite more complicated than it seemed at the very beginning.

Distilling the first generation into a modern vision of automotive design proved to be the number one challenge. But in the end, the designers managed to solve a difficult problem. The final appearance perfectly reflected the heritage of all previous generations of cars, and also carried something new.

For example, new fresh solutions were sports cars with an eye on the future. It is thanks to this that the Camaro model will continue to evolve in the future. What will the 2016 Camaro look like?

Will the new model meet the expectations of fans of this brand? It didn't take long to find out. The premiere will take place in May.

I decided to publish my review of the 5th generation Chevrolet Camaro. In this review, I tried to put together useful information about the car, its interesting features and secrets. European versions of the Chevrolet Camaro are now being delivered to Russia. How they differ from American ones and what is included in the car package, read below.

Please, when copying this information, do not forget to link to this page. And don't forget to recommend it to your friends if you liked it. :-)

Many thanks to the responding Kamarovodam from Drive2.ru for their contribution and help in compiling this section!

  • 2LT and 2SS look no different now!
  • 2LT owners can rejoice and rejoice, because in addition to the RS package, they additionally receive a cutout on the hood and grille, characteristic of the 2SS version. It will be possible to distinguish them only by distinctive nameplates and by the deeper and more powerful roar of the 2SS motor.
  • Installed system MyLink.
  • There is a radio. Voice control. The armrest has a USB connector through which you can connect a mobile phone, iPhone or iPod. Accordingly, you can watch movies, listen to music and talk on the phone through the multimedia system. MyLink has a graphic equalizer (you can adjust the sound by changing the bass, treble and mid frequencies).
Addition: some owners sometimes have a USB bug when you insert a USB flash drive. Also, problems may occur with some Nokia models.
  • A remote engine start system has been installed.
  • On the key fob, press the close door button, then immediately press the arrow sign. After a few seconds, the engine will start. The engine will run for 10 minutes, after which it will automatically turn off. In the car settings (via MyLink), you can make it so that the seat heating automatically turns on when autorun. Very important in winter! :-)
  • A car parking search system has been installed.
  • On the keychain, hold the special red button and your car starts to squeak and blink its headlights. The sound is sharp, unpleasant, but the car is located quickly.
  • There is a rear view camera and 4 parking sensors.
  • Engage reverse gear (selector mode R) and the rear view camera will automatically turn on. The image is displayed on the display of the MyLink multimedia system. Parktronic sensors will help you when parking. If you approach an obstacle at a dangerous distance, you will hear an alarm and see a yellow exclamation mark on the display. When there is a risk of collision, the yellow sign changes to red. There are no parking sensors in front! Therefore, I recommend parking backwards - it is quite convenient and does not bother.
  • There is no speedometer projector.
  • In the American versions, a speedometer projector is installed and the readings are displayed on the windshield. Our versions do not. I’ll add on my own that this option is not needed, since the readings of conventional and digital speedometers are enough.
  • The crankcase and automatic transmission protection is not installed.
  • There is no crankcase and gearbox protection. Most dealers don't even have that part. However, the vast majority of Camaro owners drive without protection installed. By the way, by installing protection, you reduce the clearance of the car.
  • The car is very low - a myth!
  • The clearance of the Chevrolet Camaro is about 14-15 cm. The car calmly runs into a standard curb without touching it or scratching the insides. Speed bumps can be safely passed at a speed of 40 km / h. However, on off-road or rural roads, I strongly recommend driving slowly, slowing down before each bump.
  • No rubber mats.
  • Only the front pile mats are included. The car will be in mud and sand in 2-3 days. I recommend purchasing normal rubber floor mats for the cabin and trunk.
  • The wheel is hard to turn.
  • It really is. For comparison, in Toyota Corolla it turns 2 times easier, and in Chevrolet Cruze 1.5 times. The steering wheel turns hard, but nice. It was made on purpose. The car is powerful, angry, with character, so the controls are set up with safety in mind for the driver. By the way, the steering wheel is from a Chevrolet Cruze, but its execution is a little richer.
  • You cannot turn on the fog lights and headlights at the same time.
  • Fact. Very uncomfortable. There is no way you can turn on the PTF and dipped beam at the same time. Either foglights or headlights. Just know that this is not a malfunction, but such an unusual feature of the lighting setup.
  • Automatic opening/closing of windows.
  • When the door is closed, the glass automatically rises by 1-2 cm to ensure tightness in the cabin. When the door is opened, the glass automatically lowers by 1-2 cm. Camaro owners strongly recommend opening doors and windows with the utmost care in winter after washing. You can inadvertently damage something. Therefore, at the sink, make sure that the doors and trunk are thoroughly blown and wiped dry.
  • The VIN number of the car is located under the windshield.
  • You will find it on the driver's side. You need to look not inside the car, but outside. It will come in handy during registration with the traffic police.
  • Installed orange rear turn signals and redundant turn signals on the mirrors.
  • In Russia, red turn signals are prohibited, which are installed in American versions. Therefore, the "Europeans" are orange LEDs.
  • External mirrors have changed.
  • Mirrors have become less beautiful, but more convenient and practical. Better visibility and redundant turn signals enhance safety on the road.
  • To refuel the car, it must be turned off.
  • If you refuel the car with the engine running, then you will have an error light. However, don't worry! To fill up the car, you still have to turn off the engine, as the gas filler door is opened by the ignition key.
  • Cheap trim is true.
  • Leather seats, as well as a leather insert in the dashboard is good. But the central tunnel, plastic in the doors and dashboard, glove compartment are made of super hard and budget materials. The salon in the Camaro is simple, ascetic, but this is not a minus. This is his feature! It's retro, folks! This is a tribute to past generations of the legendary Camaro.
  • A tall person will not be very comfortable - it's true.
  • I have a height of 167 and I periodically strike or rest my head on the roof. A person with a height of 180 cm will not be very comfortable even with the chair lowered to the stop and the backrest folded back. Although, as a rule, this is a matter of habit and you just need to choose the most successful pose. For example, one of the owners of the Camaro feels quite comfortable in the car with a height of 187 cm.
  • Only children will sit in the back - almost a myth.
  • There is room for only 2 passengers in the back. To get there, you can recline the seats using an electric drive or a mechanical handle located at the back of the seats. The mechanical method is the fastest. There is plenty of room in the back, BUT tall people will constantly rest their heads on the roof.
  • Visibility Camaro = visibility tank or armored personnel carrier.
  • This is true! But do not worry and be afraid! Believe me - you will get used to such a view in 1-3 days, and when you get into other cars, you will feel like in an aquarium. I was most worried about poor visibility when I purchased the car. But, having driven 50 km in the Camaro, I was already starting to press the gas, and not worry about the dimensions and low visibility.
  • The Camaro is the people's favorite! Fact!
  • If you drive an E-class Mercedes or a cool BMW, then at best a traffic police nickname or a neighbor will pay attention to you. If you ride a Camaro, EVERYONE will be watching you! Now you are in the spotlight. Get used to it! Your car will be constantly turned around! She will be photographed! You will be overtaken by other drivers to catch up with you and take a photo on your phone! You will be shown thumbs up, you will be approached and asked about consumption / power / dynamics! Returning to the car, you will see people around it, discussing it or again taking photos. The car is liked not only by children, but also by adults and even the elderly. Take my word for it - it is. You don't even want to tint. Attention (even if not to you personally, but to the car) is always nice! :-)

From the negative points. Each "clear kid" will consider it his duty to overtake you on his "tuned" 9-ke. Be careful! There are many idiots in our country. If you see that some devil is eager to overtake you, let him do it. Slow down, let him bypass you quickly and calm down. Otherwise, it will poke left / right, make wild dangerous maneuvers, just to "make" your sports car. Don't stoop to the level of bullshit. Slow down! Let him overtake and ride with God. :-)

  • The tax is about 50,000 rubles.
  • There are a lot of horsepower, but Camaro, alas, is not Kamaz. Therefore, you will have to pay the maximum. Russia...
  • CASCO.
  • The Camaro is not among the stolen vehicles. The insurance is quite adequate. For example, I (27 years old) received 110 thousand rubles from CASCO with OSAGO. Moreover, I entered the second driver in the insurance.
  • Camaro is afraid of a rut - a fact.
  • The wheels are large (R20), and the rear tires are wider than the front. Rear drive. If you see a rut, slow down better. The car starts to chatter at high speed. Her path is a super-paved highway. However, we live in Russia, so you always have to be on the alert. Maybe it's a matter of standard Pirelli tires or the European tuning of the car's suspension.
  • Take care of the wheels!
  • The Camaro doesn't have a full spare. There is either a dokatka 17 radius, or a repair kit for tire repair. If you break the wheel, then there will be many problems. If you replace the cast disk, there will be more problems. 1 original alloy wheel costs 40-50 thousand rubles at the dealer, well, you will have to wait 2-3 months for it. If you see that the road is very bad, immediately slow down.
  • Automatic xenon adjustment.
  • Don't look for a headlight regulator. They adjust automatically depending on the horizontal position of the vehicle and its proximity to other objects.
  • Xenon washer.
  • How to turn on the xenon washer in a Chevrolet Camaro? Turn on the low beam headlights, turn on the windshield washer and hold the switch for a few seconds. If it doesn't work, take it to the dealer immediately. Let's fix the defect.
  • 4 side navigation lights do not burn - this is the norm.
  • We are talking about four orange reflectors. They are disabled specifically for Russia for unknown reasons. If anyone has them on a car, then this is an American, not a European Camaro.

The Detroit International Auto Show, held in January 2006, was the venue for the premiere of a completely new concept car that served as a harbinger of the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro muscle car. The serial version of the "American legend" appeared before the public in 2008 in Las Vegas, and the very next year it reached the shelves of car dealers. A year and a half later, at the autumn auto show in Los Angeles, a presentation of an open version of the car was made, which received the Convertible prefix to the name.

In 2012, the debut of an updated car took place on the bride in New York, which, in addition to a refreshed appearance, received new equipment and an increased palette of body colors. In 2013, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, a restyled convertible was shown to the world, which improved in the same way as the coupe.

The design of the "fifth" Chevrolet Camaro surprisingly combines the individual features of the legendary predecessor from the seventies and the modern sporty style inherent in typical American "muscle cars".
Aggressive, predatory, muscular - each of these epithets is ideal for describing the appearance of a sports car. The spectacular look is reinforced by the evil look of the head optics peeking out from under the edge of the long hood, the chopped forms of the rear fenders, LED lights, two “barrels” of the exhaust system and beautiful 20-inch rims.

The 5th generation Camaro is a big car: 4836mm long, 1918mm wide and 1377mm high. Against this background, the curb weight of 1687-1770 kg is not perceived as something out of the ordinary. The wheelbase of the "muscle car" fits into 2852 mm, and the gap from the bottom to the roadway (clearance) is 118-122 mm. The “open” version of the Convertible is slightly larger – 5mm longer and 12mm higher, and has 3mm less ground clearance.

Inside the Chevrolet Camaro 5, there is a spartan atmosphere, and hard and inexpensive plastics are used everywhere, although the seats are dressed in solid leather. Behind the multifunctional steering wheel, borrowed from the Cruz, are square “mines” of the dashboard, which look original, but do not shine with information content. Space notes are traced in the form of the center console, and it is crowned with a color display of the MyLink multimedia complex and a stylish air conditioning control unit (“climate” is not even available for a surcharge). The privilege of expensive versions is four “loopholes” of additional devices at the very bottom of the dashboard, showing important information.

The "American" is equipped with comfortable and tight seats, but their lateral support is not sufficiently expressed. The rear seats are more suitable for children or short adults - the supply of space is limited in both length and height.

The trunk of the Camaro is small - only 320 liters, and instead of a "spare tire" there is only a repair kit.

Specifications. For the Russian market, the "fifth Camaro" was equipped with two types of gasoline power plants, each of which was docked with a 6-band "automatic" Hydra-Matic 6L80 and a rear-wheel drive transmission.

  • Under the hood of the base version, a 3.6-liter naturally aspirated V6 unit is installed, equipped with a 24-valve timing and direct injection. Its maximum output is 323 horsepower at 6800 rpm and 375 Nm of torque available from 4800 rpm.
  • The "top" versions "flaunt" a 6.2-liter V-shaped "eight" with an aluminum cylinder block, intake phase shifters and Eaton technology, which turns off some of the "pots" at light loads, in the arsenal of which there is a herd of 400 "horses" available at 5900 rpm, and 554 Nm of peak thrust at 4300 rpm.

With the "younger" engine, the coupe develops 100 km / h after 6.2 seconds, with the "senior" - 1.5 seconds faster. The maximum speed in both cases is limited to 250 km / h. The cabriolet, due to its greater mass, is slower in accelerating dynamics by more than 1 second, but it was not officially available on the Russian market. In the combined cycle of movement, the Camaro costs 10.9-14.1 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers.

The fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro is based on the GM Zeta platform, where the engine is moved behind the front axle to achieve a better weight distribution (52:48 in favor of the “front end”). MacPherson struts are installed in the front, a four-lever design is in the back. An electric power steering works in the steering drive, and all wheels are aggregated with ventilated disc brakes (their default diameter on the front axle is 321 mm) and ABS and EBD systems.

Options and prices. On the Russian market, the Camaro in the coupe solution was sold in two trim levels - 2LT with a V6 engine and 2SS with a V-shaped "eight" under the hood. For the first modification, they asked for a minimum of 3,900,000 rubles, for the second - 4,600,000 rubles.
The list of standard equipment includes front and side airbags, air conditioning, cruise control, MyLink multimedia system, leather interior, full power accessories, heated front seats, premium audio system and 20-inch alloy wheels. The "top" version, in addition to a more powerful engine, is complemented by bi-xenon headlight optics.

Sales market: Russia.

In 2002, the release of the Chevrolet Camaro was suspended (at that time, four generations of the iconic car saw the light), and in 2009, production was resumed with the advent of the fifth generation. In 2010, the Camaro won Automotive Design of the Year in the World Car of the Year competition. In November 2011, an export version appeared, and since March 2012 sales of the car started in Russia. The export version is distinguished by the design of the taillights, the increased size of the rear-view mirrors with integrated turn signals, the absence of reflectors in the rear bumper (integrated into the rear lights). Basic body colors: metallic silver, metallic navy blue, white, black, red and metallic gray. The interior trim is available in light gray or black leather. Additional packages are also offered for the models. For an additional fee, you can choose the color scheme of the stripes on the hood from metallic gray, white, orange, silver or black. Optional power sunroof and yellow or orange Camaro body colors are also available.

The 2LT is equipped with the Rally Sport package, which includes a 6-speed automatic transmission, a unique grille, xenon headlights, decals, 20-diameter aluminum wheels and a roof molding. The standard equipment also includes leather upholstery on the steering wheel, gear lever and seats, heated front seats, a speaker system with an amplifier and 9 speakers with a USB port and Bluetooth, as well as a dynamic stabilization system. The more expensive and powerful version also received the ability to manually shift to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, the model was equipped with automatic on / off headlights and Brembo disc brakes. Both options are equipped with aluminum wheels with a silver finish measuring 20x8 at the front and 20x9 at the rear. Exclusively, Chevrolet is offering a special “Inferno Orange” interior design that features a black interior with orange leather front seats, orange stitched leather steering wheel and shifter, and orange doors and dashboard with orange accents. Optional polished aluminum wheels are available.

The fifth generation Camaro was delivered to Russia in two versions: 2SS with a 6.2-liter engine producing 405 hp. (at 5900 rpm) and 2LT with a 3.6-liter engine with 323 hp (at 6800 rpm). The first engine (V8) delivers 553.5 Nm of torque at 4300 rpm and is equipped with a half-cylinder cut-off function at light loads. It is a derated version in combination with an automatic transmission. In the original (with a 6-speed "mechanics"), this engine develops 432 hp and a torque of 569 Nm. The junior version engine (V6) produces a maximum torque of 375 Nm at 4800 rpm and is also offered with an automatic transmission in the Russian market.

Chevrolet Camaro is equipped with a fully independent front and rear suspension, standard disc brakes on all wheels. From a speed of 96.5 km / h, the Camaro will have a braking distance of 36.9 m, and with Brembo discs - 32.9 m, worthy of a real supercar. The suspension is stiff, but energy-intensive and perfectly fulfills bumps, the car also behaves well when driving on curved trajectories - thanks to its close to neutral understeer, it clearly keeps the trajectory in corners.

The safety equipment includes 6 airbags: front, side and curtain airbags, driver and front passenger seat belt pretensioners, StabiliTrak dynamic stabilization system, which is equipped with accelerometers and directional stability sensors and helps the Camaro to confidently keep the road even under difficult road conditions . In home crash tests, the Camaro received a five-star overall rating, with five stars for frontal protection and five stars for side impact protection.

This car with a real Hollywood appearance attracts connoisseurs of iconic sports cars. At the same time, the image component of the Chevrolet Camaro is so high that its popularity is practically not affected by any crises. At the same time, there is also the possibility of saving if you prefer a less expensive package - this will have almost no effect on the appearance and interior (with the exception of some options). It is no coincidence that most of the cars on the market are equipped with a 3.6-liter engine, because the semantic load is the same, and the minus in price is quite a significant difference.

The fifth generation is a powerful, fast car with a unique exterior and interesting interior design. This model is revered by many lovers of beautiful cars. What is so special about her? Should be sorted out.

New in 2010

"Chevrolet-Camaro" is a car that existed before. The first versions appeared a very long time ago, back in the last century. But in 2010, a novelty was released - the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro with an interesting design, which was very similar to the exterior of the first generation model, and improved technical characteristics. "Chevrolet-Camaro" is a car that can be safely considered an automotive symbol of America. The first generation appeared when rock and roll was popular, and the culture of this state swallowed up the whole world. At the same time, millions of motorists bought a Camaro. And now, he's back.

How did the new Chevrolet Camaro look like? The fifth generation, whose photo shows us a luxurious new car with a pronounced sporty-aggressive character, has absorbed all the qualities that the mass audience has loved so much. High build quality, original style, interesting interior design - that's what became its key features. A dream car for true enthusiasts.

About model

The fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro was developed by US engineers together with Australian specialists. The technique was tested on the roads around the world. The car, before going on sale, swept in different parts of the globe, in the most unimaginable climatic conditions! As a result, the experts decided that the project was a success and ready for release.

The fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro became the original 2-door, 4-seat, rear-wheel-drive sports coupe. Critics refer to this car as a compact car. Indeed, the wheelbase of the model is not very large: it has a wheelbase of 2852 mm. But the car cannot be called short: its length is almost five meters (to be more precise, 4836 mm). The car is 1918 mm wide and 1376 mm high. These are coming. Specialists developed its middle side pillars in such a way that they became not only an advantageous decoration of the car, but also a practical addition: due to them, the rigidity of the body increased. But the stands are almost invisible. This creates the effect of a folding roof. By the way, potential buyers are given the opportunity to order an electric glass roof. But it will cost more than 50,000 rubles, so the choice is up to the person.

Interior

What does the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro look like from the inside? Reviews of people who own this car are replete with admiring comments regarding the interior of this model. Even at first glance, it becomes clear that the designers have paid great attention to detail. The salon has a very modern design. I would like to pay special attention to the dashboard. It is very original and stylish. The multifunctional telescopic steering wheel looks interesting. Its specialists made of leather. In addition, the steering wheel can be adjusted according to the angle of inclination.

Comfortable and comfortable sports seats. In these, the driver will definitely not get tired, even if he spends several hours behind the wheel without rest. And the seats are distinguished by active head restraints and developed lateral support. By the way, they can also be adjusted (6 different directions). The rear seats can be folded down and the front seats are heated. The developers even made a special mount for child seats - Isofix.

Passive safety is also at a decent level. Pretensioner belts and six airbags make the ride comfortable and the people inside feel confident.

Equipment

What else can you tell about the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro? The technical characteristics of this model deserve special attention, but for now I would like to highlight the equipment of the car. The basic equipment is capable of offering a high-quality Boston Acoustics speaker system (245 W), nine powerful loud speakers and an amplifier. This will appeal to people who like to listen to full music on the road.

But the model accelerates to “hundreds” in 4.7 seconds (in the case of a 3.6-liter engine, in 6.2 seconds). Of the technical features: independent suspension, disc brakes and steering, equipped with variable effort. Thanks to these nuances, specialists managed to achieve excellent handling. As a matter of fact, for this people fell in love with this car.

Price

In the Russian Federation, potential buyers are offered this model in two trim levels. The first is 2LT and the second is 2SS. To date, the 2013 version is available for 4,000,000 rubles. And the second car will cost even more by about 600,000 rubles. The price is approximate, as it may change due to the dollar exchange rate. Earlier, in 2013, the first complete set cost a little more than two million.

But the “richest” version is the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. The machine, which under the hood has a 580-horsepower 6.2-liter engine. 6-speed "mechanics", dual clutch - these are its most striking technical features. The cost of this car in America is $54,350. But on the territory of the Russian Federation it will not be possible to buy it - they do not sell it.

The most popular Chevrolet in Russia

And that, of course, is the 326bhp 2LT. Indeed, the Chevrolet Camaro (fifth generation) has become very popular in our country. This car does not need tuning (and, as you know, people here like to improve and improve their “iron horses”), the characteristics are decent, the interior is excellent. What else does a Russian need to be happy? Moreover, this car has such chic equipment: ESP, ABS, LATCH, a lot of airbags (window, side, driver, passenger), power steering, on-board computer, adjustments, fog lights, washers, heating, various multimedia, anti-theft protection, yes and the interior is all leather. Indeed, everything you need, and that can only come in handy.

If a person likes the quality of a Chevrolet and has an extra 4 million rubles, why not buy this model?
