“CLIMATE WORLD” is a real event in the domestic HVAC&R industry. Today, this campaign is the largest exhibition project in Russia, and throughout Eastern Europe, which has annually brought together participants from all over the world under one roof for more than ten years.

Exhibition directions

During its existence, the exhibition formed five dimensional areas that covered all areas of the climate business:

  • air conditioning systems;
  • ventilation units;
  • heating and water supply systems;
  • air treatment equipment;
  • energy-saving appliances and heaters.

Purpose of the exhibition

The goal of the exhibition “CLIMATE WORLD” is not just to introduce exhibition guests to innovative technologies and equipment. The campaign actively promotes the development of the Russian HVAC&R sector, popularizes a civilized approach to work and creates healthy competition in the domestic market.

Exhibitors

In 2016, Russian suppliers, engineering companies, as well as world-famous brands traditionally took part in the exhibition. At the international specialized exhibition "CLIMATE WORLD - 2016", the Fitting Atelier company will present a unique development - heating glass that can replace any heat source in premises for various purposes.

This technology, created by the company’s engineers based on its own developments and research from world experience, has no analogues comparable in characteristics on the modern market.

Thermo Glass heating glass operates from a 220-volt power supply and heats up to 55 C, providing an optimal indoor microclimate. A special coating of metal oxides is responsible for heating. The heating temperature is controlled using a special control panel.

The material is universal in application: it is used to create windows, panoramic structures, doors, skylights, winter gardens, glazing of swimming pools and other rooms with high levels of humidity. Glass has selective properties - in cold weather it reflects heat back into the room, and in hot weather it does not let the heat inside. Thermal hardening provides high strength to the material.

Infrared heating technologies are rapidly gaining popularity. The market is saturated with various models of IR heaters, but the developments of the Fitting Atelier company stand out significantly from their background. Unique glass heaters have no analogues in the world. The line includes several series: from interior devices to industrial models.

In 2016, the company introduced a new model - glass floor heater PION N-06. It can be used for additional heating of the room and for local heating.

PION Thermo Glass N-06 operates from the mains and has a power of 600 W; its main advantage is combined heat transfer: infrared radiation is combined with convection flow. The main element of the heater is a radiating surface made of tempered glass, capable of withstanding high temperatures and mechanical loads. The stability of the structure is ensured by special legs. Settings are made using the control unit.

In addition to excellent technical characteristics, the device has an unusual appearance, turning the heater into a fashionable element of the interior.

The new RadiPac range of EC centrifugal fans features an impressive efficiency of well over 60%. This was achieved by optimally adapting the impeller, motor and electronics to each other.

The GreenTech external rotor EC motor used in the design is a synchronous motor with a wide supply voltage range. Depending on the version, the engine can be connected to a network with voltage from 220 to 480 volts. The energy efficiency of the motor significantly exceeds the parameters of the IE4 class, which is achieved without the use of rare earth magnets. The electronics and motor together form one unit - this not only saves space, but also ensures ease of installation. In this case, the built-in switching electronics system replaces the external frequency converter. The fan rotation speed is controlled using an analog signal 0...10 volts or a digital MODBUS interface. There is no need for additional electronic filters or shielded cables.

The aerodynamically optimized impeller with integrated diffuser is mounted directly on the motor rotor, saving space and balancing the entire rotating assembly, which reduces the load on the bearings and increases their service life. The special profile of the blades made it possible to increase the efficiency of RadiPac fans by more than 13%.

Using the mounting panel, the fan can be easily installed on the wall of a device with a horizontal or vertical motor shaft.

Today, the new RadiPac fans are available in versions with outer diameters from 250 to 560 millimeters. In the near future, the diameter range will expand to 1000 millimeters.
